Jason did an amazing job up front helping me with my car. He was professional and great to all other customers as well. Great customer service and extremely courteous, and the mechanics did great fixing my car in an efficient manner. I recommend them to anyone wanting their oil change and car checked up at a great service.

I visited this location to get an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and I was very pleased with the customer service. The prices were also reasonable. Corey assisted me, and he was very nice, kind and friendly. I will definitely be back for my next oil change and beyond.

They are amazing! Truly the best! They are not one of those dealers that tries to break your pockets either! I highly appreciate the honesty and professional costumer service they provided, and I will only be going to this location from this point forward! I highly suggest you do the same!

TJ was so helpful and he even waited for me to get back from Clayton County to get all four of my brakes and rotors done on the same day I called in and the shop stayed after to take care of me.We had to pay a few more hundred dollars to get same day service, however the service was superb.

The staff was incredibly professional, providing excellent customer service. They helped me find the perfect set of tires for my vehicle, and the installation was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this tire shop for their expertise and top-notch service.

Made an 8 am appointment earlier in the week. Show up on the day of my appointment at 7:50, was the first person there before the door opened and it took them almost 45 minutes before they even began to look at my car.After almost two hours of doing a diagnostic test, they quoted me almost $500 for a job that should cost $200 max with labor. I told them that was way too much. (Definitely felt like they were trying to rip me off) and still charged me $90 just for telling me what was wrong with the car and they didn t even fix anything.I went to Autozone and bought the parts myself for $50. Midas was trying to upcharge and sell me the parts for almost $300.Would not recommend this place unless you re looking to get ripped off.

TJ (manager) and his techs took great care of my car. They were quick and thorough and made good recommendations on future service for my car. I definitely recommend this location for anyone needing service or new tires.

Went to this location for the first time and the manager Cory Morgan was amazing. His whole team was very welcoming and polite. They helped me with my repairs that were needed and completed the job within the timeframe given. I will definitely be coming back for all future needs.

TJ was absolutely amazing. We will always continue to come back. Always. They did a great job and did an excellent job time wise in handling my emissions and oil change. I will be back soon for my break pads and air filter. Very grateful.

Went to this location for a muffler, they looked the part up & ordered it!so they quoted me a price about $530/ which I agreed, as we waited for the part to come the gentleman asked did I want a tail pipe I said of course but my vehicle already had one, so he comes back to me & change the price to $800 ( long story short) the part never came I left & went to a local muffler place got same job done in & out for $250I was so very lucky that day as I was going to be ripped off! ( Shop around first & get different quotes before going to this place)

This was my first experience with the Kennesaw Midas location, and I was extremely pleased. I spoke with Luke on the phone to make my appointment and was quickly able to book a time that worked for me. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, Jason got me all set up, and I waited about 40 minutes for the work to be completed. When he was finished, Matthew came to the front and took some time to speak with me about my engine. The three employees that I interacted with were friendly, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I know every situation is different, but for me, this was a great experience!

These gentlemen are always kind and respectful and do great work. Thought I'd need all new brakes. Only needed front brake pads. Very honest and helpful.

They tried overcharged me for a service listed on their website for a different price. While speaking they changed the price for a part 3 times there quote changed from about $600 to $1057 for a service within minutes of us talking. I found a mechanic to do the job for under $200 including the part. I had a very unprofessional experience.

The service manager at this location, Noel, demonstrated the most vile behavior and customer service I have ever witnessed.I brought my car here on Friday July 16th, 2022 to be serviced. Upon inspection, Noel found that there was an issue with my wheel bearing which needed to be replaced. Cost of the part= $147. Price for labor= $500. Diagnostics= $90. After all the extra pricing, the job came out to $900. I was desperate to have my car fixed this day. I agreed to the job.3 hours later, I get a call that ANOTHER part has been broken, the knuckle which holds the wheel bearing had snapped off in the middle of the job. Noel told me that this part that had been damaged needed to be ordered and wouldn t be in until the following Monday. Due to me now being inconvenienced for the entire weekend and now needing a ride back home, I called my mother and two other members of my family to help resolve the now heightened issue. I no longer wanted to get my car serviced at the location since there now has been additional damage done to the car.Noel was patronizing, saying that I could not get my OWN car back and refused to do the additional labor (unless I paid) to put the wheel back on the car to have it towed to a different shop. I had to call the POLICE to even get my car back. After lots of back and forth, Noel finally agreed to lower the cost and service the car as originally intended.HOWEVER Noel s patronizing didn t stop there. Speaking over my mother and other women in the shop, talking down, and even THREATENING myself with comments such as We don t call the police over here and I m Jamaican, I don t play You don t play about what Noel? I defended my mother, saying African Americans are also to be respected due to the frontier of civil rights held in this country. Noel replies by saying AFRICAN AMERICANS ARE LAZY AND HAVE DONE NOTHING . He begins questioning what rights have AAs fought for, and even defends himself by saying Kanye said it I have never seen such ignorance on full display coming from a service coordinator of a business establishment. The high priced bill and confiscation of my car was one thing, and could be resolved civilly. BUTXenophobic and misogynistic comments however, I can NOT stand beside. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. You will be overcharged, and even worse, if African American, will be seen as lazy and does nothing . Anyone who stands against xenophobia and misogyny should STEER CLEAR!Service: Tires

I go to midas all the time. TJ the ASM is EXACTLY the reason why midas is the best. They hire the best! Corey just joined the team and took care of me as well! Happy customer!

I've been going to this location for years until now. I was told by the manager the last time I was there that my next oil change is free since they screwed up with my tire rotation and balance. I go to claim my free oil change and I was told there is no free oil change and they don't see my lifetime FREE balance and rotation that I purchased when I bought tires from this SAME location! I no longer recommend this location and I will not return
