Had a great experience! Melanie- the manager showed me what was happening with my tires and sold me 2 awesome new ones!Wes- the technician was experienced, showed me the wearing tread andalignment pictures!They were both professional, knowledgeable, with excellent customer service! Quick and affordable I will be back.

Christy did an amazing job! I was so nervous after I heard my tires would not be in til Monday. I drive a lot for work and I could not wait til Monday for my car. She matched the price for me with a different quality tire they had in stock. My car was ready before end of day and at the price I wanted! Thank you so much!! Highly Recommend!!

A local oil change business told me that my rear brake pads needed replacing and wanted to charge me to do that. I went to Mavis and they were honest with me and showed me that my brake pads were barely used. They didn't charge me anything for the inspection. I appreciate their honesty!

The service at mavis tires was very smooth. Tyrone at the front desk was very helpful in getting new tires for my car as well as some other needed upgrades. I would definitely come back again.

Mavis was a wonderful experience! Tyrone & Christy were very helpful they made sure I understood everything that was being done to my car and even gave a reasonable discount for my services. I would refer this place to anyone who s looking to get any work done to their vehicle. Thanks Mavis!!

On the road headed to TN and had tire trouble. Called Mavis Tire and they were more than helpful. Sir was amazing and got us back on the road quickly. You and your staff were amazing. Thank you for keeping us safe on the road!!

Horrible experience with this company.On Monday February 5, 2024 a regional manager ( Zachery) for Mavis had my car towed from another Mavis location to this store 3925 Cherokee St NW Kennesaw Georgia. My car was towed to this location for the brakes that had just been repaired & my car was running hot and leaking fluids from my radiator. Prior to bringing my car to Mavis my car was not running hot or leaking any fluids. I contacted the store 2 days later for an update on my car. I spoke to (Sir) the assistant manager and he said he had no knowledge of why my car was there & he needed to speak with Zachery. Sir called me back the same day and informed me that patch up work was done to my car the previous day and he needed to get further instructions from the Manager Zachery.I never received another call from Sir or Corporate regarding the Status of MY CAR. MY CAR essentially sat until I had it towed back to me on Monday February 12, 2024. My lost has been substantial because of the 1409.00 paid to the first Mavis location & now this location to have my car towed back and still inoperable. ***PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE WHEN CHOOSING AUTO REPAIR SHOPS. ***READ REVIEWS & BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINTS FILED****

I went here for a service. I was excessively overcharged so I told them I no longer wanted the service. I was then told I had to pay one amount for the labor fee, I agreed. When I went to checkout they told me another amount, this just solidified my decision in not allowing them to service my vehicle. It was obvious they were just making up numbers which is incredibly unprofessional and in poor taste especially in this economy. Will NEVER go here again.

Shelby and Scott took excellent care of me. I discovered a screw in my tire when I pulled out of my garage this morning. I called Mavis Tire which is five minutes from my house. I explained my tire issue to Shebly and she told me to bring mycar over and that they could address the screw in my tire right away. Scott the service tech repaired my tire and I was finished within 15 minutes after I arrived.Shebly(the administrator) and Scott(tech) were outstanding. Thank you very much for your kindness. Clearly service is their #1 priority. Put me down as a repeat customer should I have another tire issue.ThanksGary Jones

Terrific service. They did a lot of extra work behind the scenes when a Tesla tire order was cancelled in their system for delivery the following morning.They were proactive and checked that it was on its way when they opened the following day so they would be on track to get the tire. When they noticed it was cancelled, they reordered it for a courier to deliver. When it got later in the day and they saw it was not moving, they went and picked up the tire themselves to ensure I could get my car back on a Saturday after leaving there Friday night. I understand things happen out of someones control, and that it can happen multiple times on the same thing.They went beyond the extra mile to get this all done before closing for the day and made sure I didn't need to go another day without my car. This is what customer service is about and it's rare these days.

Ryan was super friendly and welcoming when I walked in to Mavis! They were able to get me in & out in a reasonable time as well. I always take my car to Mavis for the exceptional service they provide. Thanks fellas!

I pulled up to this place the other day on my bike to put air in my tires and they treated me like I had a car. Even told me if I needed brakes they would help me install them if needed. And when I left they told me to drive safe. I must say they definitely know customer service

Best place to go! I blew a tire and they were the only shop around that had the tire I needed. They were booked up so they called another store near by and took the tire to the other store so I could get a tire put on today. Thank you from an out of towner!

I just have to give Mavis a shout out. Every time I come there, I am pleased with the service you all provide. My mom took her car there because the Nissan dealership was giving her issues. She took it to Mavis and they didn't charge to check out the vehicle and fixed the issue right away. Yesterday, I brought my vehicle in at the last minute (about 2.5 hrs before closing). They were able to fit me in, fix the issue and their service was impeccable. Shout out to Yoti. Thank you so much! Mavis will be my go to for all of my vehicle issues.

The Mavis location near Home Depot is the definition of great customer service and professional auto care. The manager Kirby is an amazing representative for the company, he s always responsible and respectful. You ll get nothing but great service here. 10/10 would highly recommend!
