This family owned business is truly the best. I have been here multiple times and they always take great care of us. They give estimates, always call before doing work, and they are always willing to help. They don t overcharge and they don t lie about what needs to be done. This is an honest establishment and we are thankful we have a good place to use!

Hello peoples! I've been here before with my previous used car (wish I wrote a well-deserved wonderful review then). This family-owned company was referred to me through my Christ fam, because of their honest and highly thorough professionalism/car knowledge. I validate that claim 100%!I've been to other shops (especially being new to GA the 1st time around), and I must say I have returned to Kennesaw Tire Co. because they aren't out for money (no need), but love what they do! And me being a woman, prayerfully considered this place and have absolutely zero regrets!And so I came back with a different car, received the same dignified treatment towards me and my old vehicles! I appreciate that they treated them with the same respect as new cars! If you want great professional services, and great respectful customer service, do not be afraid to come here! You will be happy you did (according to my opinion, based on my experience).And yes...they are well-priced and won't damage something to make a sale ~ at all! You will be welcomed in their upkept waiting room as well (if you need to stay you'll be comfortable)!

I wouldn't go or take my money there as a Minority..I don't feel that they value our money..I felt an overall insensitivity and discomfort to my presence upon entering the business..On Top of that,they didn't complete my services that I had paid for..So I had to return to this less than credible place..Then equipment that should have been installed in the first place or visit was damaged and not installed.

Great place for tires and car repair. I ve always been treated with respect and fairness whether it s repairs, tire purchases and even to stop and fill my tires with air when needed.

Great service! I got a my tires swapped and balanced in about an hour! I scheduled an appointment late the day before and they got me in at 8 am the next day! Definitely coming back!

Took my truck in because I needed new tires and was hearing some noise from my front end wheels. I was recommended to come here and am thankful I was pointed in the right direction. They replaced my defective front hub bearing, lower ball joints, and an EGR valve that was triggering my check engine light. My tires ride quiet and smooth and everything was done for a reasonable cost!

First of all, for the record, I don t have a problem paying a fair price for services rendered; however, honesty, integrity and professionalism are high on my priority list. My previous mechanic s shop is a bit of a drive since I have moved. I was used to him telling me that I didn t need to have a service done right now or that I needed to have something done right away. He was a gem. I never felt gouged or lied to. He kept my vehicle in great shape and had years of experience working in a dealership before he started his own shop.A couple of weeks ago I called Kennesaw Tire and inquired about having my passenger side window repaired. I had been quoted a price for diagnostic only at my local dealership of $180. I was referred to Kennesaw Tire by a friend, and when I called, I am certain I asked what the cost of diagnosis and repair would be. I asked for a price range. I was told $100-$150 for diagnostics and repair Great! I was thrilled that it would be so much less. Or so I thought. I made an appointment for today and when I got there, I wanted to confirm the price so, I asked again how much it might be understanding that they had to look at it first. I was told that the diagnosis was $150 and it could be upwards of $300 for the repair. Another man kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain and then the young man that was confirming my appointment said, AND I QUOTE, Here you go. Take your car somewhere else. With that he handed me my keys. I was appalled and still am to say the least! Could he have been any ruder? The manager, who had been listening, came out of his office and I felt he was implying that I was lying. He started explaining that they had to take the door off-which I already understood and that if I had shopped around, I corrected him by telling him I had only spoken to the dealership. It is no secret the dealership is always going to be more costly than the local repair shops. He kept interrupting me so I really didn t get to fully explain what I had been told. He said maybe it was a misunderstanding. Maybe it was. The person I spoke to originally clearly wasn t listening because my main concern was that the dealership was charging so much for diagnosis only. I was thrilled that it was only going to cost me $100- 150 dollars. If I hadn t confirmed when I got there for my appointment, he would have taken my keys and then told me the exorbitant price later They can charge whatever they want, but they are not a dealership.So, I reached out to another friend. She and her husband take their vehicles to Bridgemill Auto in Canton. Turns out they charge $65.00 NOT ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY. So, the manager at Kennesaw Tire who tried to make me believe that the cost of diagnosis was a fair cost I wonder is that how they normally treat older women and potential customers.? If I was a big, tall man would he have dared to speak to me in that manner? Not sure what his problem was, but I wanted others to know about my very poor experience. This is 2023 and there is never ANY REASON to be rude to customers. After all, customers are the reason you are in business. Arrogance and professionalism are not qualities that customers expect and people do talk about poor customer service. Although, this qualified is totally subpar.Had he behaved in a gentlemanly and professional manner, I might have paid the $150 diagnostic fee. His unprofessionalism and lack of good manners is saving me almost $100 FOR THE SAME THING A DIAGNOSIS WHERE THEY WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE DOOR OFF. Bridgemill Auto only charges $65.00 for diagnosis.I am still blown away by how rude and unprofessional they were and that the manager was also on board. By the way, I haven t taken my vehicle there yet, but Bridgemill Auto does have a 4.8 rating. Once I do, I will post on their website.

Can t say enough great things about these folks. My fianc�e brought her car in for an oil change and brakes. These folks were honest enough to tell her that her brakes were just fine and completed the only the oil change. Hard to find good honest people nowadays but this is where you will find them! Highly recommended!

We have been using them for years and they ve always been honest and straightforward. My daughter needed a car so we brought a few in to be looked at and they caught some issues that would have cost us a lot of money to fix. We trust them and would recommend them to anyone!

Nice people, I was happy with the alignment. My appointment was 10 A.M, my car wasn't taken back until after 11 A.M it was after 12 pm when I left. Next time I will have someone drop me off and return when it is complete

I cannot even begin to say how wonderful Kennesaw Tire is. As a family we have used them for years. They are honest, kind, fair-priced and trustworthy! I would not take my car to anywhere besides Kennesaw Tire. I was referred to Kennesaw Tire from a trusted mechanic who does not do wheel alignments. I made the appointment and arrived at 7:45am, prepared to drop off my car. When I went in to hand over the keys, the person at the front desk said it would be ready in about an hour.I decided to wait instead of taking an Uber home.The car was ready about 63 minutes later! I was very impressed that they gave me an estimated time for the car being ready, and it was completed on time. In addition, the price for the alignment was very competitive.I recommend Kennesaw Tire! I just wish I had heard of them before I purchased my tires from another vendor.Service: Wheel alignment

Had alignment done in Nov. I live 53 miles away. Steering wheel was not level and car oulled to the left.I had the alignment checked elsewhere and the " drift" was off. This second alignment was many dollars less, my steering wheel is level now and car does not pull but goes straight.I took my recent alignment paperwork to Kennesaw Tire for comment. They refused any refund in part or total.They just lost a personal account and my company fleet account.John from Ellijay

Disabled Mechanic's definitely know the business. Working on cars is something I miss and enjoyed. But because of this. I need someone to trust. I used to work for Kennesaw Tire years ago. I wouldn't trust anyone else. They're an awesome bunch of folks and I learned a lot of what I know today from them.

I have several older US cars, and these folks have made it possible to keep these old favorites running. They always call after diagnosis is complete to report expected cost. They have always treated me (and members of my family that I've sent to them) fairly. Maintenance and repair work is accomplished quickly and efficiently. If anything is discovered during service or repair beyond what was in the original estimate, you will hear from them again. Good, honest, straightforward, and conscientious; the most trusted automobile service and repair business I've known.Vicky works the front counter and most of the phone business. She is very knowledgeable and always helpful. Her contribution really makes the service that Kennesaw Tire provides most valuable.

You will not find a more professional, higher quality & friendlier auto place than Kennesaw Tire...just don t try to, because it doesn t exist! They do fantastic work at very reasonable prices. And it doesn t matter whether you are taking them a $50 job or one that will cost thousands, you will be treated the same way there. They were recommended to my family by a friend about a year ago & we will never take our cars anywhere else.

They were kind & helpful! Mrs. Vicki does a great job communicating & giving all updates. Mr. Jimmy was the one working on my car. Quite a few problems made the bill pricey. After picking up my car, there were more problems that day. I took the car back and they fixed all problems & were gracious with pricing since I had to come back. I would definitely use them again & recommend.

Got a quote from the dealership for an issue my car had with the emergency brake that was close to $2,000, which included 4 hours of labor. A friend recommended I check out Kennesaw Tire. That same issue cost me less than $100 and one hour of labor.

Had a need to mount a couple of "specialty tires". Took them to 4 places and no was willing to give them a try. Big companies with no customer service. Called Kennesaw tire (more of a mom and pop operation but with lots of capability) all I can say is WOW! Customer service like it used to be. Great people. Took a look at my job and said no problem. They did a awesome job. Would highly recommend.My new tire shop.

After my car broke down on the highway on a Sunday, a friend suggested getting my car towed to Kennesaw Tire. I called and asked them if they could look over the car to tell me if the car was repairable. Within a day or so, I received a call from Drew who was completely honest with me and provided his recommendation for my car. I really appreciated Kennesaw Tire's ability to be transparent and professional with me to allow me to make the best decision for my car and pockets! Once I get another car, I will be taking my car back to them! Thank you Kennesaw Tire for your professionalism and honesty!
