Would not recommend. Apparently someone in the shop took a customer's car on a test drive earlier and decided to reverse down 41 back to the shop entrance where my wife struck the customer's vehicle and Kennesaw Police department claims it is my wife's fault for hitting the moron who decided to back the vehicle The wrong direction down 41 to get back to where he came from which was the shop where the customer's car was dropped off. They did not take blame for the fault of their employee but yet let the officer place the blame on my wife and 4-year-old daughter who did not notice the vehicle reversing the wrong direction down 41 when she only had to follow the law and give the right away to the oncoming vehicle heading north. Not vehicles heading south in the northbound Lanes in reverse. Apparently an oncoming vehicle in the wrong direction in reverse is somehow part of that law where it's excused and it is my wife's fault. Due to the lack of traffic laws in the state of Georgia by this company and due to the lack of concern of the officer in the city of Kennesaw, I will probably have to pay for this out of pocket because both people failed to understand and know the law. Pertaining to the employee at this shop and the officer of Kennesaw. You should admit you were in the wrong by back the motor vehicle the wrong direction

The first time I brought one of my vehicles here, I had an excellent experience. Repaied my Audi correctly and at a much better rate than the Audi dealership I had it diagnosed.I took my suburban in for an engine noise in April. Turned out to be a lifter. Scott told me he and Sean were replace all eight lifters on the driver's side of the engine. 6 months later I'm back in the shop with a lifter tick. I asked when I dropped it off would it be covered under warranty because you just did this side 6 months ago. I was assured by Scott it would be. Give him a week, it'll be done by next Friday. A month has come and gone and they didn't touch my truck. They gave it to another shop on the same campus of shops and didn't inform me, AND asked that shop not to contact me. All the while, I'm paying for a rental car every week. Turns out they only replaced 2 lifers...an intake and exhaust... didn't replace the guides...AND CHARGER ME FOR ALL 8 Lifters and labor. A serious of lies and cover-ups later and they both admitting to me and the owner of the others shop what they did. I asked them to take care of the replace of the lifers on the driver's side sincerely now im having competent people do all 16 and they told me to sue them... they're not taking care of anything. I filed an incident report with the Acworth Police Department and the lady who answered the phone said they get tons of complaints about this shop. I don't talk bad about anyone and if this place fixed your vehicle correctly and you had a great experience, good. I had a great experience the first...and second time I took a vehicle there. However, dirt always comes into the light and when they're dirt was exposed, they chose not the path of good business practice and and no morality. When I had Scott and Sean on the phone together asking them to go next door and pay the portion of the repair job the shop was doing that they didn't perform AND CHARGED ME FOR, THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED BACK, THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER. I CALLED FROM MY OFFICE, SCOTT ANSWERED AND SIMPLY SAID TO GO AHH AND SUE THEM.BE WARY OF THIS SHOP. THESE GUYS ARE SNAKES.

I took my 911 cab in for a roof that would not close. They are horrible when it comes to giving status, you must call them, they will not call you. After a week I finally got in touch with the owner, Sean. He informed me that a day before while test driving my car it was involved in a rear end collision and probably totaled. What make its really bad is after the fact the did nothing. Do not ever sign and waivers with these idiots. Sean would never take my calls-THIS PLACE SUCKS!Service: Body & Trim

I entrusted this great team of guys with my Nissan Murano, I brought it in because my AC wasn t working & there were some other things making my car not run great so I had them diagnose it. They put in a new AC compressor & vacuum tested it to make sure there were no leaks. My AC is freezing cold now! Thank goodness! While my car was in the shop I also went ahead had them do some routine maintenance to it. They are fair priced & are GREAT at communicating unlike other shops I ve been to in the past. Best relationship I ve ever had with a shop!! I trust them to be honest, and to find the right solution to some complex service needs for both my Porsche 911 and Cayenne. I took my Audi there for what would be a Liquid Moli oil change and they quoted me the dealer price. HUH? I'll take it to the dealer for that price thank you. From the moment I stepped into the office I sensed something was not right. I hightailed it out of there and would recommend this location to my enemies.

I would highly encourage anyone who wants their car to be taken care and worked on properly and in a timely manner, NOT to take it to Kennesaw Eurosport! The shop is a total cluster. I took my 2011 volvo in and they held it captive for almost two weeks!! They never keep you posted on status and frankly I don't think they know how to work on Volvos. They might be able to standard jobs fine, Oil Change etc, but anything more I wouldn't even bother taking it here. The owner is a nice enough guy but 2 weeks with little to no updates is unreal.Never going back

My fianc� and I took our car to this shop and had the most horrible experience. We are pretty knowledgeable about cars due to living in a rural area for years. This shop is the worst I ve ever been to. They are unorganized, don t keep you updated, and I really don t think they know what they are doing. The owner has a temper and tends to skew any issues in his favor. Definitely a bad taste in my mouth, I recommend staying far away.

Got my Lexus serviced here. Rachel was a great communicator. They were very professional. My husband tried to fix my breaks and all the error lights came on, Sean worked diligently to diagnose and fix.

I really hate to do this because I adore the owner. He is such a sweet guy. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I believe he truly cares. So months ago I had work done on my car there. I guess they threaded my oil plug back in wrong cause I went to a close place to get my oil changed and they wouldn t touch it. They said the plug wouldn t come off and they didn t want to touch it and make it worse. They told me to take my car back to the last person that touched it. So I did. I went in for an oil change. I was specifically quoted $113 for my VW Passat. Higher than I m used to but whatever. Well I went to pick my car up and was charged $177 and some change. That is extremely high for an oil change. On top of the fact they quoted me a completely different price. I always take notes so that I can relay everything to my husband. So I know I m not mistaken. Of course I paid it. I won t be returning though.To be fair, I have had amazing experiences in the past with them.Service: Oil change

This is the only place that could figure out my AC problem! After solving that problem, my car was having other issues so I took it back there and we figured out it was just a fuse. They were super helpful and even gave me a couple extra fuses to keep on me for free, in case that one went bad. I will definitely continue taking my volts wagon here for all of its automotive needs. I dropped off my Porsche Cayenne with what I thought was a drivetrain issue. Sean took the time to properly diagnose the issue and it was something completely different! He repaired it and the Cayenne is running great! Lauren is great to work with in the office and extremely knowledgeable as well! They are honest and professional! I wouldn't hesitate to take my other Porsches to him. I would recommend Kennesaw Eurosport to anyone looking for a great shop that does outstanding work at an honest price!

Excellent experience. Needed an oil change in my Q5 and didn t have time to visit the dealership. AC stopped cooling on the way over, so I asked to have it checked out. Relatively simple repair that would ve cost much more at the dealership. Took my TT RS in to get an oil change and filter (OLF), and to have the crew give it a once over before my stint instructing track days this weekend. I called Wednesday, and Sean stated he'd fit me in Friday AM. Got there and Rachel, the new Service Writer, made quick and friendly work of getting me into the system. Trevor did a great job making sure the car was ready for the two-poster, and completed the work almost before I got home. I was pleased the work was done well and in a short time, allowing me to finish packing the car and prepping it for two days at Road Atlanta. The heat is supposed to be murderous (it is HotLanta) and now we have fresh oil to cool the engine and keep it running smooth.Thanks to Sean and the team.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Don't bring your car there if you want it fixed! Check engine light was on and was told they had to remove the front body of the car to clean out the valves. It was in the shop a week longer than quoted and the check engine light came back on three days after I got it back. In addition, parts that were removed and put back were not done so properly, which caused the head lights to not work correctly and intermittent starting issues. I paid $1700 for this fix and have left four messages for the owner and have gotten no call back!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I have an 06 Toyota sienna that Sean has work on for many years and he and he was the only person that was able to get it to pass emissions with 260,000 miles on it I have decided to keep the car as opposed to buying a new one because he has done me right every time very professional and great prices. I take all five of my cars to him including the cars of my teenage kids it s great to have a place where you can trust your after year

Sean disappointed me. I went there to get some work done on my vehicle and it wasn't. I went for front brakes and the back brakes were done. The fronts needed to be replaced and are at 30%. I paid for front brakes. I never received a receipt and when he test drove my vehicle he was very rough. He shoved my manual back in the glovebox wrinkling up important documents and left oil stains on my seat and armrest.

After two and a half months I retrieved my 78 CJ7 from the parking lot of a JEEP SPECIALIST VERY close by to Eurosport. I drove my vehicle home to vacuum the inch of rain water from the floor, dried it out over several days and took it to see Sean and Ron at Eurosport Auto Repair. ALL problems were resolved in less than a week and it runs great! My CJ had been garaged for 12 years and is now a daily driver. As I find more tweaks that need attention I ll be returning it there. They will not contact you... had my car there for 6days. Had a special tool for volvo, test drove it told me it was a misfire. Scanned it same day never called and when I called, told me he didn't get any codes.. i asked to change transmission fluid, after told me it WAS the transmission. Car shifted worse, Took to volvo and they made it shift normal. Took it somewhere else and SHOWED me it was a misfire after all. Didnt charged me, but taking it somewhere for them to leave you wondering is not good business.

Rachel was great at keeping a great attitude amongst a busy schedule. Kept all visitors apprised of their vehicle s progress, all with a smile. I have had only good experiences from KES- but this story is true and gives some insight into their buisness ethics.A friend of mine's Jaguar wouldn't run in spite of the fact that 2 or 3 shops had looked at it. I introduced him to KES and Sean told him he would look into this strange problem. Sean's extensive diagnostic training led him to a loose ground wire under the console. My friend was beyond happy when he came to pick up his Jag and almost passed out when Sean told him there was no charge.. (I think they are BFF's now) I know Sean to be as honest as the day is long and I would highly reccomend Kennesaw Eurosport for your German or Scandanavian car maintinence.Service: Electrical repair

I had a great experience here! I came in for an oil change and during the process they found a few very serious issues I had no idea of. Two that could have left me stranded. I appreciate the honesty and hard work if the team here! They only use Liqui Moly and my VW loves it! I highly recommend!!
