Had my parts stolen on their lot.(Tues) My car started over heating while I was delivering with uber eats, so I drove it to this nearby auto shop. It was after hours, so I called and left a message. The following day (Wed) I called again within their business hours and gave them info about my car, no big deal...They told me to drop the key off on Friday because they were busy, but I was working so I dropped it off Saturday evening thinking that would be fine. Well when I arrived on Saturday I saw parts hanging under my car. You can see the dragging car parts in the photos attached. They told me to remove the car by this evening (following Tues) or they'd have it impounded! So I got a tow and moved it to a different shop up the street.Luckily I took photos when I dropped the car off (Tues) and when I dropped the key off (Sat).Hope that gives a clear picture of their customer service. Try to avoid this place, even if you have an emergency.

Kennesaw Auto Tech has always been extremely competent, more than fair, honest, and consistent over the years. It is very well managed and they understand how to take care of their customers. My experiences have always been positive & my opinion has not changed- best auto shop around.

Towed my vehicle here from united bmw. Went there for a regular service and was given an outrageous repair estimate. A coworker told me about this place. Took a chance getting it towed here and was not disappointed. Was Very impressed with quality of work and attention to detail. Definately will be bringing my other vehicles when repairs needed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

We were stranded in a strange town with a broken-down car. Jason put us to the front of the line and fixed us quickly and courteously. Can't beat the price, service, or care. Five stars!

Crazy efficient. I went in for an emissions test on a weekday around lunch/early afternoon, and within maybe 10 minutes, I was out the door. I had originally gone somewhere else, but that place's system was down for some reason, so I came here instead and was delighted. Emissions was a flat $15 (I paid cash, but cards are accepted too), and I was able to sit comfortably in the little office area while I waited. The man running the place was polite and efficient, and he even put some air in one of my tires that looked a little slack. He also parked my car right outside the door so I could hop in and be on my way. I don't have any experience here with actual car repairs and maintenance, but my emissions testing experience was top tier.

We have been having our family's cars serviced here for years. We probably have paid enough to put the owner's kids through college. We get our car in quickly, get the issues dealt with mostly costing much less than we anticipated. Jason is honest with us and sometimes doesn't charge much at all. Love having this business right down the street and will keep coming. We have been having cars fixed here for 10 years or more. Plus our grown kids' cars.

Went here to get my emissions done. Very pleased... So pleased I went back the same day for our other car. Was $15. Went on a Saturday at about 9 am and later at 2pm. No wait to get tested. In and out in about 10 mins. The person I spoke with was very professional , courteous, and efficient. Would recommend.

The customer service at this location is phenomenal. Jason is by far the best lead for an awesome team of mechanics. I would trust them with any car issue.

I just stopped by for my yearly emissions check. It went smoothly & quickly, maybe 10 minutes if that. I always dread my emissions check since I have a summer birthday & usually you have to sit outside in the heat while waiting for your car. This place had indoor seating & it was only $15, compared to most that are $20. I highly recommend them for your emission checks.

I just didn't understand, i guess you cant trust the glowing reviews you see online sometimes. I did my research. I have an issue with my Mercedes 320 passing emissions so i sought to get someone to take a look at the vehicle and advise me on what could be done to correct the situation. I drove a pretty good distance to this place because i got the impression from the reviews and information from the business that i could probably get assistance.When i arrived i entered the lobby and a gentleman from behind the counter ask if he could help. I explained that my car did not pass emissions and i wanted to know if his business could look at my car and everything went down hill from there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!He immediately began this non ending flow of non confident statements about what he could not do!! talking over any questions i had and rambling on like he clear was afraid or didn't care for my business"The next appointment i have is next Monday""My repair schedule is overloaded""With your car, i dont know""I might be able to take a look and i may not""Is your engine light on""Mercedes vehicles are tricky""I am not sure of what i can do""When did it fail inspection"I have never witnessed such evasive awkward lack of confidence in offering to help a customer. Please forgive me but i came to your business because it advertised that it could help. Your interaction told me very clearly that i should be taking my car to someone else. This is why i thanked you and left your business.Good luck, i found a place down the street from you who helped me and figured out the issue quite quickly.Your interaction and business behavior was absolutely unacceptable!!!

Stopped by for a quick emissions test. Great prices, clearly posted. Friendly service tech Jason greeted me. Had my car in and out in less than 20 minutes. Nice air conditioned lobby to sit in and wait, with wi-fi. Great, painless experience.

I'm not from this area, my car broke down right before the holidays in Kennesaw and I have to say this is by far the best mechanic I have ever been too. They were a true life saver is a seriously tight jam. The manager was very friendly, and super helpful! The repair cost was very reasonable. If anyone needs anything this is definitely the place to go!!!

Hats off to the people running the show at Kennesaw Auto Tech on Wade Green Rd. at Cherokee. The most conscientious, honest, professionals that you ll ever find. They are very courteous and timely, with accurate assessments of the issue and at prices that are very VERY fair. I will never take my car anywhere else. Visited this repair shop twice and was not happy either times. As a student at KSU I would recommend all other students and people who lack knowledge in auto services to take your business elsewhere. Upon visiting this shop I simply wanted a service member to confirm that I had low transmission fluid after my suv was sitting for half a year. The gentleman explained to me they were very backed up and wouldn't get around to it until midway thru the next week. No problem at all...understandable, but when asked to just check the transmission dip stick he told me he was too busy. I asked If he could please just take a simple look before I got on the road to go home for break. He said "No were to busy". I asked if he had 30 seconds to step out the door pull the stick and check, he said no were busy til next week, this was on a Thursday afternoon. He seemed as if he didn't want to help me obviously. Speaking as a business student, You make money and accumulate business off of the way you treat people. You should never turn down honest business, simple as that. Safe too say I will NEVER be back to your shop Ever again, I will drive an hour to get my auto needs met by people who will take 30 seconds out of their day to help me out. Pathetic fellas... Speaking straight through people dealing with deeper car issues is a great way to discredit; I was asked to trust; the problems persisted; the trust was broken. Will not return. I'm sure they're fine for your basic issues but if you have a diagnostic issue, go somewhere with more respect and listening ears.

Kennesaw Auto has a quick and professional staff. Jason takes care of my cars every visit. I can trust that they will be fair in pricing and thorough when fixing my car. I highly recommend this auto shop.

Was double the price Kauffman and the Dealership would charge me for like four things to be done and their price was only for one thing. Three days before my car was looked at, almost $100 just to diagnose the car and they said they had tied a part of my car up so it wouldn't make noise, but I personally have been under my car and nothing was done.

I've been going to this place for years and it is the most honest straight forward no nonsense mechanic I've ever experienced. They know me by name and have been able to work on my 2003 Honda Odyssey, 2010 Prius, and 2015 Prius with no issues.I have 250k miles in the Honda and 210k on my 2010 Prius. This has to do with the amazing preventative maintenance they do. Great family run business. I recommend them to both my friends and family, so why not here to everyone?

Actually I don't want to give any star to this place but I have to hit 1 just for writing a review. My car was broke down in the middle of the road on Jiles and Cherokee st. in the morning. It was just right across Autotech so I decided to leave my car and asked for help if they can jump battery so I can get my car out of blocking traffic. I was a little disappointed with the answer of a staff there. He said we did not do outside service and suggested me to tow my car to his shop that means I have to wait another 30 minutes or so for someone to tow my car to his shop. It was redicurous and such a cold hearted staff. Then I walked back to my car and called revolution auto service. The owner sent out a tech in 10 minutes to jump battery and get my car out of traffic. Autotech could never lose me as a customer because I will never be a customer of yours.

So glad to find a mechanic I can trust! They've worked on several of my vehicles and ALWAYS come in cheaper than the dealership. They work with your budget to figure our what is necessary and what repairs can wait. Will never take my cars anywhere else.

How have I not already reviewed this place? I've been coming here for years. They don't pressure you with upsales, they have cheap service, and that apparently keeps them busy enough to not need to sell me stuff I don't need.Especially good place for oil changes, check engine lights, brakes, and emissions.Hrmm, this reads like a paid review, but I swear, these guys are just that good.

I like this shop for oil change but I've got very disturbed my feeling today.At the payment, ( I was showing my VISA debit gift card for payment)The first payment screen got timed-out because I was slow to act to it without explain to press green bottom-OK to proceed a payment.for the second time screen, I hand my card to rep guy to proceed the payment, then;Rep: is this Check?me: ... (I didn't know why he was asking it )Rep: is this debit?me: um yahRep: (showed me the key pad said "enter PIN number")me: oh I don't know PIN, so it's credit.Rep: DIDN'T I ASK YOU THAT? (he cancelled the transaction immediately)me: ....sorry.Rep: (He made another transaction with a credit payment, and everything has been done.)no conversation for this moment, but he told me other guy will bring my car out soon and I drove my car to home.I just hope I don't wanna see this same guy again for my future visiting or if I see him again, I have to be careful for dealing with debit payment or what. DO I HAVE TO WORRY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WHAT. HE MIGHT NOT LIKE ASIAN WOMAN ESPECIALLY?Thank you for reading.

Kennesaw auto tech is hands down the best auto shop in town. I used to take my car to firestone for regular oil changes since I have their tires and every time they would tell me a list of things my car needed . After being fed up with their antics I took my car to kennesaw auto tech for an oil change and I ll never go back to firestone.My car is older and has had some issues over the past few years. I have taken my car to KAT for strange noises etc. and they have always given me an honest answer and many times it is sometimes cars do this when they are old, you will need ____ replaced in about a year or two but it s no concern now . They are always honest, affordable, efficient, and they do quality work. If you want to go to a shop that actually has integrity go to kennesaw auto tech!

They did excellent work on our car, without trying to sell us extra stuff we didn't need (like many places do when you get an oil change). We made an appointment, and they were right on time.

For over 18 years I've trusted my cars through everything from an emission test to replacing the whole engine at Kennesaw Autotech. I've learned to trust them, because they've never tried to do anything that wasn't necessary. I tell everyone that mentions car repairs to go there. When you trust the guys that work on your cars you are entrusting them with your family's lives. Robert P Warnock
