Staff and service are amazing. Always friendly and professional. They get my vote for #1. Recently Jason and team got my 1944 willys jeep back on the road as well as keeping our work van in shape. Love these guys.

Second time taking a vehicle here. Customer service great as last time. Up front with expected repair cost so you can make an informed decision. My repair was a little expensive and they were able to find a way to make it cost effective without reducing quality. This repair shop will continue to be my go-to location when I can t do the repair myself.

The crew at Kennesaw Auto Center are always so nice to work with. They are incredibly knowledgeable so I know that anything they diagnose is accurate. They gave me a very good estimate as to how long it would take to fix my truck. The only unknown being the availability of parts but that turned out to not be an issue. I m very pleased with the work they did on my truck and will certainly be returning to them in the future.

Jason and his team were awesome again!! My mustangs power steering pump leaked out and asked them to replace it. He told me it wasn t leaking just the hoses and I didn t have to replace the whole pump if I didn t want to! I ended up having it replaced since it was really old .. Most places are happy to take all of your money but it s hard to find an honest shop that you know they ll shoot you straight! Had them take care of a few other issues and they got me back on the road quick!!Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair

This is my go to place for all my auto care needs. They are trustworthy and have been very honest and truthful about all repairs to my two vehicles that I have brought in. They call and let me know what needs done maintenance wise. The work gets done for a fair price. I have never felt taken advantage of. I recommend Kennesaw Auto Center highly.

Kennesaw auto has been our go to shop for all our auto repairs. We have had multiple repairs to our Ford, Jeep, and we have been very pleased with there work.There up front honesty is a rare thing these days, but very much appreciated. They tell me up front what's going on and what they are going to do and they do it for the price they estimated.I trust them and that means alot. Everyone wants the best price on repairs obviously, but trusting a company is worth much much more, and I fully trust them.Thanks Kennesaw Auto and a shout out to Corey and the entire team there!

I saw Kennesaw Auto Center recommended by several people on the NextDoor app. I came out of an appointment and my vehicle decided it did not want to get me home. I called and asked if I could have my vehicle towed there. I spoke with Jason, who was very professional and helpful. They were thorough with checking my vehicle made sure it was safe and ready for the road. I also appreciated that they did not try to add a laundry list of items to be addressed. I will be back.

I ve been coming to Kennesaw Auto Center for over a 10 years now because I find them to be the most honest and reasonably priced of all the service centers that I ve ever come across. I trust these guys with my family s vehicles and wouldn t go anywhere else! They never pressure me on any repairs and are always looking to get the best out of my driving experience!

The best auto repair shop I have found! Technicians are thorough and detailed. They tell you what needs to be done or if it is something that can wait. Pricing is fair and transparent. Highly recommend

First time customer referred by long time customers. Excellent service and support from Jason and his team. They had to troubleshoot some long overdue issues on my daughter's 20 year old Mazda. They worked to the cost estimate and got the car to pass emissions. Thank you.

I went to Kennesaw Auto center when I was quoted a large number at a chain store, when I was sure they were upselling me. Kennesaw Auto was honest, caring, and kept me informed through the whole process. Jason did an amazing job at making sure my car was done in a timely manner, and he communicated very well! My car is now driving normally and I can guarantee you wont be disappointed if you brought your car here(:Thank you again!!

Great experience! When I called with an issue, they instructed me to call the dealer as there may have been a recall, and they didn t want me to spend unnecessary money. It turns out there was no recall for my particular vehicle, but I really appreciated the attempt to save me an expensive repair. I ended up spending what I consider to be a good chunk of money here, but it feels good to have my car back and feel confident the work was done properly.

Always a great experience with Kennesaw Auto Center. No place I trust more to work on my vehicles. And you don't have to worry about the scammy upsells like at other car places. What they tell you needs to be done, needs to be done. Love having a place to take my vehicle that I don't feel taken advantage of.

I had an appointment and did not have to wait. All the workers were very friendly and helpful. Afterward, they parked my car so I would have no trouble getting in (I use a walker). Service was great and quick. I will be going back.

I live in North Carolina but broke down in Georgia. Kennesaw Auto Center took care of my truck, found the problem, and fixed it. My truck runs better than it did before, and they were so sympathetic and kind! I highly recommend them to anyone in or around Kennesaw and Marietta.

Very honest and diligent folks. I had an idea what was wrong when I took my truck in but asked them to verify. They could have agreed with the previous recommendation I had received but they found a different much less expensive problem that saved me a good sum of money. I highly recommend them.

I always have a great experience with whatever service work I need done. I have a 2013 Ford Explorer with almost 109,000 miles and it s going strong! Took my son s car there in March to replace the starter. Fast forward to December and the starter needs to be replaced again (no fault of the shop, simply a bad part). Bill worked with the other auto shop that my son s car was towed to and made sure the starter was replaced free of charge. This says a lot about Bill s character and how he runs his business. You don t find many people anymore that do what is fair and treats others like family. I recommend this business to anyone in need of a repair, especially college students who are far from home.

These guys are awesome. Our company has used several shops in the area with nothing but headaches until we found Kennesaw Auto. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are honest and communicate with you well.

We just moved to the area from overseas and after our car was shipped it would not start. Looked up repair shops near us and they had great reviews. Car was towed here and service was exceptional. They did not charge for anything unnecessary. Kept us informed the whole time what they were doing, what it would cost and time frame. So glad there are still reputable car repair shops. They have a loyal customer in us.

I've been taking my cars here for the last 3 years since living on this side of Kennesaw and I love it. They always do a great job. Great customer service. They are fast and efficient. Corey and Tim do a great job here. I'm sure the rest of the team is good too but haven't met them. We have a late-model vehicle that has runs well but is prone to "check engine" sensitivity. Instead of resetting the repeat codeand sending me on my way, they tested extensively until finding the root cause...and then covered under warranty! Thank you for providing top-notch service and communication!
