K.M. Auto Care is the absolute BEST place to have your car needs taken care of. They are honest and fair in their pricing and they have a quick turn-around time too. My husband and I take both of our Lexus RX350s there for service. You won t be disappointed if you use K.M. :)

Mark has been nice to work with, however the quality of service has been poor. I ve had 3 repairs done by K M, and every time I ve had to return at least once because the service was done incorrectly this last time resulting in being stuck on the side of the road for hours. The attention to detail in their work definitely needs to be improved.

Horrible customer service and simple auto knowledge, got my girlfriends car towed here because it wouldn t start at her work and asked them to check the fuel lines and the battery, they call me 2 days later saying the car started right up and was just out of fuel, before I had it dropped it off there was a quarter tank, they said it must ve been on a hill and they charged me $140 after tax and I get it back home and it does the same thing as before. Come to find out it wasn t the low gas, it was because my fuel lines were frozen and I know that because I sprayed some starter fluid into the air intake and it started right up. When I called the guy to pick my car up he told me he topped my oil off and was charging me a total of $140. I told him that price was dealership range and I thought it was unfair and he hung up on me, went ahead and paid and my car didn t start the next day. Didn t even bother taking it back here I diagnosed the car myself and I recommended you do the same if it s something simple.

I just had my CV joints replaced today and other things done as well at K.M Auto and they were finished with in a few hours , also they were super nice people! Family owned business which is a plus I think we can all agree.

Paid $1100 for CV axles. They didn t reinstall the caliper bolts and the brake assembly fell off the car while driving. Taking my vehicle to another shop to make sure no damage was done. Save your money and avoid damage to your vehicle. These guys have other reviews stating the same kind of competency issues. Do not use this shop unless you have disposable income or just hate your vehicle.UpdateNeed to replace wheel bearing now which will cost an additional $1000 or so to have repaired.

I would recommend this repair shop to anyone. Working with Mark was an awesome experience; he went out of his way to pick up a part for my car instead of waiting for it to be delivered later in the afternoon. Called at 8am to get my truck looked at for an oil pressure switch/sensor code, they were able to get it in right away and have it back to me early afternoon. They were also great with communicating price and not pressuring me into any additional repairs as well as confirming my suspicion that it was the switch and nothing else. Will definitely be back to use them for future repairs and maintenance. Great local and friendly shop that serves everyone who comes in.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We just got into town heading to Florida and lost our air conditioning. Called KM and talked to Kent and he said bring the van over and they checked it out and got us on the road. Would highly recommend. They were awesome.

Can't recommend more!!! Best in town! We've been taking all of our cars here (American & Asian makers) for years because they are just that great. Super knowledgeable, trustworthy & fair. A true gem we'll continue to call our auto place for as long as possible.

I have KM fix 3 different things wrong with my car over the last 2ish years and every time something went wrong with their fix. The first time was with in about 6-7 weeks of my visit. The second and third time they replaced my belts and about a year latter my ac and s belt broke. They only have quick fixes that do not last long. I came in with limited money, limited time, at the end of the day, on a Friday, with no idea what was causing my car to leak coolant. Kent and his mechanics jumped on top of diagnosing and figuring out how to get parts rushed over and how to get to the problem in order to fix it. By the time my car cooled off enough, these guys stopped what they were doing to get the job done. I was traveling from Tennessee and supposed to check out of the hotel on Saturday at noon, with a handicapped mother and my 12 year old daughter. The fact that these guys made getting my car fixed such a priority, was such a blessing, and their willingness to proceed with the repair so close to closing time, was extra mile service for sure. If they hadn t, my family and I would have had no place to stay, and no way to vacate our room, and make it back home until at least Monday. Super nice guys, superior work, and extra mile service. Along with a super generous price to fix it. I only hope to have my car mess up the next time in Kennesaw. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Broke down on 75 and after a quick search for options in the area ended up towing my car here. They quickly diagnosed the water pump issue and fixed it at a fair price. On a different occasion they kindly checked my car for any problems following a tire issue. We just moved to the area and are so glad to have found reliable mechanics. They are straightforward and efficient. Thank you.

Honest & reasonable, fair price. My car died in Dallas the day before New Years & had no idea where to take it. KM had great reviews & they were open. Dropped it off & he said they couldn't look at it until Monday the 2nd. No problem! I told him I think it was the starter & when he called me on Monday, that's exactly what it was. Picked it up Monday afternoon & he tightened my belts which I thought need to be replaced since that is what another mechanic told me. Starter sounds amazing!! I will definitely be back!

K&M Auto is the best auto shop in Georgia. Mark and Kent will drop what there re doing to fix your vehicle if you have an immediate need. In my lifetime I ve never known a more honest business. They WILL NOT over-sell you on unnecessary parts/repairs. Great family atmosphere as most of the shop have been working there for decades. Thanks for your help this week guys. After receiving a "recommendation" that I replace the brake pads on my car and flush out and replace the transmission fluid from a national brand up the street, I didn't feel right about it took my car to K M Auto Care after reading so many positive reviews. I'm so glad that I did.Not only did they get me in to take a look within 30 minutes, would have done the work the same day if necessary, but 10 minutes after pulling into the garage Matt came and told me to have a nice day because no work was needed.I sincerely appreciate an honest relationship with the people I do business with and I will be taking my vehicles to K M Auto Care for everything I do going forward. It's a great, family owned business and I highly recommend them.

Very unsatisfied with my service. My car wasn't running so I researched shops in my area and I found KM and they had good ratings so I thought I'd give them a shot. That was a mistake! They charged me $90 to "listen to my motor" and determine it needed a new motor. I asked what happened and the answer I received from the tech "It could be 1 of a hundred things". I asked how much to replace the motor and I was told " Probably like 4-5k. Not worth replacing the motor. It was like I was bothering them. After taking to some friends they recommended C&P auto. C&P gave me the same diagnoses, the difference is the explained what they believe happened to the motor. When I asked for a quote they gave me a quote with a breakdown of the charges. Never did they act like I was bothering them. I went with them. Very happy with their work at C&P!

BEWARE....WORK IS NOT ALWAYS PERFORMED...I took all three of my vehicles in for brake inspection and service. Two of the vehicles, they charged me for work they never did...the other they said was fine, but actually wasn't...I doubt they looked at any of them..In fact, I found out taking vehicles to another shop less than a month later due to still having brake problems and K M refusing to re-inspect brakes while I was present...at other shop and I stayed while they pulled brakes to find out all pads were completely worn and had not been changed. One vehicle took mechanics a long time to remove the caliper bolts because they were seized up and brake pads on rear starting to crystallize...which is from vehicle not having brake work performed for a long time. This is the same vehicle I was charged almost $700 for brake repairs 3 weeks earlier by K M.I have used this place for years for minor service like oil changes and battery changes, but if you need a significant work, these guys will RIP YOU OFF and not perform the work. They did the same thing when I requested air filter change and spark plugs.... they work was never done but I was charged for it. They only changed plugs that were easy to access and never changed back plugs and coils that would require significant work getting to...When confronting them on charging me for work not performed they refused to let me see the old parts that were taken off vehicle after they supposedly just replaced with new and refund me my money.I just wanted to warn everyone....these guys are CROOKS and will cause you severe car repairs because they are not performing the work as charged. WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...they need to be closed down for ripping people off and damaging vehicles. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have just turned me away versus ripping me off and lying about it.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Overquotes and under delivers.Quoted 5K for a used motor in my car. Took my car to C&P $2800 for a motor with less miles. Been doing business with C&P for years and haven't regretted it once!

Awesome. Kent and his brother saved me over $900 because they used a sealant for my leaking heater core. I drive a 2007 PT cruiser with 114k miles. These guys know their stuff. I had my timing belt replaced here too over a year ago and they helped me avoid having to get a new car. Honest wonderful mechanics.

This is a great, honest family owned operation. I took a vehicle in for a pre purchase inspection. They were thorough and walked me through every issue that the car had. In the end, they recommended I not purchase the vehicle due to likely costly repairs that it would need in the short term. Thank you for saving me thousands! I'll be back, even though I live an hour and a half away. When you find a good, honest mechanic, value them! Highly recommended.

Went here thinking I would need a new alternator because the new battery I had installed the day before was already drained. They found out out it was the starter instead. They replaced it for a fair price and in a short amount of time. I was pleasantly surprised with these people as I am not from the area and was not familiar with any local auto mechanic shops. I would most definitely recommend K. M. Auto Care to anyone that is in a jam and needs quick help or just routine maintenance.

At K M you are not paying for shiny, large, new waiting rooms. Instead you are paying for guys who love what they do and won't try to rip you off. I have two great experiences to share:In my old car my steering wheel would shake and three shops couldn't figure out why. Took it to K M for an oil change when a friend recommended them and the mechanic told me he put in the missing motor mounts when he changed the oil free of charge. The never ending problem was solved.In my new car, I took it to the dealership for recalls and an oil change and they told me I needed to spend $3000 on a motor mount harness due to a chipmunk eating it. When I had K M check it out, they laughed and said there was one bite, but it didn't need a repair nor the full replacement the dealership recommended.

These guys are great! I always bring my cars here. They are honest and if they don't see anything your car needs fixing they will tell you just so. I also do my oil change here. Kurig coffee is good too! :)

This family owned business is a rare jewel in the auto repair business. Integrity directs their business practices. Efficiency and quality are characteristics of their work.
