I came here two days ago to change the brakes. I had all 4 brakes replaced. Today, I noticed a scraping noise coming from the front, left tire so I called the shop and I was hung up on twice. The second time I spoke to a worker on the phone, I asked if I could bring my car back for someone to take a look, the worker told me "I don't know." When I asked the worker what that meant, he hung up on me. I will not be returning here for any services and would not recommend anyone else to come here, especially women.Update:I took my car to a corporate tire shop and the workers there informed me that several parts on my brakes had not been installed properly which caused my brakes to grind against my rotors. They also did not replace the brake cover correctly on my car so it was flapping around. This cost me another $100+ to redo the brake installation. If I had not been able to drop my car off at a shop, it would have eventually cost me more money as it would have ruined my brakes. I understand perfect performance cannot be achieved for every customer and interaction but I would have appreciated for Juan's Tire Center to have been more receptive to their mistakes and correcting them in a proper manner.

Do not buy tires here. I had a blow out with my wife and daughter on the side of the road. I went to this place to get a used tire. The owner said that he would charge me $84 for almost new tire. I paid for the tire. Got ready to put it on the car. And the tire had a plug in it. He would not take It back. Nor give me a discount. Because I had already purchased the tire. So I pay $85 for use tire with a whole already in it. I could have just purchased new 1. I have nerver paid so much for a used tire and then it had a plug in it. Just not how you do business.

I have used Juans Tires for many years. They have always done a great job mounting and balancing tires and fixed a flat tire for me with no issues.Latest work was mounting tires on my Land Cruiser. Great job as always.

They fixed my flat tire fast and he only charged me $10 . I was like, just $10? Im glad i can drive safe and no need to worry about it. Thanks to Juan.Happy & i highly recommend him. Great job!

Horrible Customer Service and Pricing. When asked for price to mount 1 tire 195/60/15 and balance and would be supplying own tire. His price was 2+ times the amount of 95% of other shops which price given was $35 for 1 tire just to put the tire on the wheel and balance that is just obsurd and outrageous. Check pricing before going to this place.

I've been buying new & used tires from Juan for years now. They're always in good condition and have years of life left (if they're used). I never have to wait long, and the prices are literally half the cost of new tires. I just got a solid set of used front tires for my F-150 installed for $130. Mounting, balancing, and the disposal of your old tires are all included in the price. If you need reliable tires for an excellent price, Juan is the man to see!

I went there thursday. I called prior to getting there and on the phone was quoted $55 per tire when i showed up they told me no one quoted me anything the tires were $65. Also left with not properly balanced tires. Ive been to plenty of other used shops and have not had this issue.

Juan is a local treasure. Seriously, look no further if you want fast service at an unbeatable price.I had a near-flat on my SUV and I brought it in to Juan, never having used his services before, because it was nearby. Juan's shop is not going to win any beauty pageants, but if you have any experience with car shops you know the more pristine the place looks, the more they're going to be overcharging and underperforming. Luckily for me, Juan's shop would be honestly hard to find at a glance from the street; I found him based on Google maps reviews.I kid you not, Juan had me in and out with a repaired tire in about 10 minutes flat. He charged me 25 bucks (a steal), and when I paid by card and realized I hadn't been asked on the machine to tip, I asked him how I tip and he said "oh it's fine". Now to be clear, you should always tip service folks, but the fact that he was just like "oh don't sweat it" shows that he's not out to con anyone's money.Just look at all the other great reviews the man has and you can see that his reputation is warranted.

My daughter had a cut tire; still holding air but not good. Juan found a tire that matched and installed it for$75. A new 255/50 R19 would have cost over 200 bucks. Thanks Juan. He and his helper were very pleasant.

The overpriced used tire they tried to sell me was terrible condition. Claimed they did not have another despite my tire size being very popular. I've done this enough times to know they try to paw. The worst tire they have on you just in case you are desperate on a budget. Certainly not worth the $40 they wanted to charge. You're better off getting a new tire elsewhere. Went another time for a flat due to a screw, did the inside patch and not the quick plug type patch for $20.

Looking for the most affordable used tires when my girlfriend needed a tire. Two months later we bought our first tire from this place only to have to buy another tire a few weeks later. The final straw was the last tire we bought due to a fictious pothole that put a "bubble" in the side wall. The "new tire" was supposed to be the fix all and it wasn't. This tire already had dry wrought from the previous owner which in turn sold to my girlfriend (I wasn't with her). I DO NOT recommend this place for tire repair/replacement.

Juan is great. Speaks good English. Good used tires for a fair price. Also does brakes very inexpensively. I've been going here for over a decade and have had three brake jobs and bought over a dozen tires. No problems.He knows what he's doing and works fast. Highly recommended.

Call this shop at last moment to have my brakes done and they had it done so quickly. I will most definitely recommend this shop the staff was friendly and professional.

I bought new tires on FB-market then brought in the wheels & tires already off my vehicle to Juan's. Sean removed the old tires, put on the new ones and balanced them in about 15 minutes(on the night we were supposed to get snow- it was COLD). Not only was it quick, but also at a better price than these big name shops! Great job Sean- good meeting you!

been going here for over a decade and never had tires that went flat the next day or made bubbles soon after ... and my wheels have never fell off either . quality used tires i would definitely say have at least 50% wear left over on them if not more ... quality quick service and friendly service

I wouldn't waste my money here....I bought a used tire from here the 28th of December 2020 and by the 30th of December it developed a bubble on the inside of the tire on the way down to Florida and started making my car feel like it was bouncing... Good thing I didn't have a blowout on the way back home. I took the tire back and showed them what happened to it and they told me I was sh*t out of luck. No refunds! Just go buy a new tire, don't waste your money on used!

Came here to get a plug in my tire 2 days later the plug came out!!! I couldn t believe it ..I ve never have this problem before. I ended having to go to Discount tires for a new tire. When I told them the plug came out they were puzzled as well. Smh

If I could rate it with no stars, I would. The guy gave me 2 tires and both of them coincidentally went flat within the next day. I took it back and he said there was a screw in it so he changed it out but this one still went flat. Unbelievable. Do not go here. He acts like your flat tire was all your fault. My friend also had this experience.

Maybe it s a good place if you can talk to someone who actually understands you. I kept getting one word answers, some didn t even make since. Then they hung up.

I brought a used tire and it sounds horrible. Not compassionate at all. Ripping off people in general and has no love whatsoever. I don t recommend his service at all.

Picked up a nail in the road at the intersection near the shop. I pulled in and they had me in and out in less than 8 minutes! SUPERB!!

Horrible service. Not a place you want to have your wheels or anything else done at. Owner is not truthful or honest. Wheels fall off while driving. Use them at your own risk.... Nevermind, don't use them at all.... Ever,
