As much headache and fear that can come with purchasing a new car especially after having your first ever car totaled from an accident , Raul my car salesman made this journey super easy and stress free. He explained everything very well, showed all features that came with my vehicle, helped me with getting comfortable in it and was not pushy at all. I really appreciate the help and kindness from this dealership. Thanks Raul !

Came in Saturday 3/2. Greeted my Andrew Tuck and my salesperson was Michael Beran. Purchased a used Honda Civic for my daughter. My ONLY complaint was the wait time to hear back from the bank. Probably out of their control so I won t take a star away. Service was overall exceptional. Once the bank approved everything Andrew had all of my paperwork and I signed and was out the door. Glad my 19 yr old was able to see how the car buying process works. Definitely will be back when it is time to get my oldest daughter a car in September. They were both a pleasure to work with.

Jim Ellis is perhaps the best dealership experience I've ever been through. Connor O'Shea (our salesman) and Colton Post (service desk) were fantastic. After my boyfriend's car was totaled in a random freak accident, Connor helped with getting set up in a fantastic Tiguan for a great deal. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly pleasant, easy to talk to, and professional. When I need my next Beetle, I'll be going straight to Connor and Jim Ellis VW.I also took my 2010 Beetle in for service while we were working out buying the Tiguan, Colton and the service team were great! It was an easy process and honestly didn't take very long (about an hour). They topped up my tires and my wiper fluid on top of the oil change. Awesome experience!

Jim Ellis Volkswagen Kennesaw does not treat its customers with respect and compassion. My vehicle was serviced twice and for two different issues. My battery light came back on not even 10 minutes after I left the dealership. On top of that the dealership had my car for over a week.I wasn t compensated or even given the courtesy from service management to rectify the situation. Jim Ellis Volkswagen Kennesaw only cares about the money and not fixing the issue for their customers. Management and service advisors only care about getting you out.This is the worst dealership on par with their lackluster effort in wanting to fix the issue. I would never recommend them to anyone.Sadly, I have to drive an extra 45 minutes just to get my car serviced at another Jim Ellis Volkswagen to make sure my is car serviced correctly.

Ask for Seth! We were in the market to purchase a new SUV for our family, after looking at a couple of different options we decided on the Atlas, then we wanted a particular trim and color both exterior/interior. We got to work calling dealerships and finally came across Seth in Kennesaw and he was willing to take the task and make it happen. He was able to get the vehicle transferred for us. Thank you Seth for your honesty and work, we appreciate your help in this process. We love our Atlas!Side note: I appreciate that they did not pressure you to buy any additional packages when financing.

This dealership gave an outstanding experience. This was a first time purchase for my son and the staff made it easy with no hassles. The Sales Manager, Clayton, came out and greeted us with a warm welcome. Salesman, Michael, was professional and answered every question we had. Finance Manager, Andrew, did a great job of getting the financing set up with the lender of our choice. Easy process in the finance department. Thank you to the Jim Ellis team.

Had my car serviced here recently. The waiting area was well equipped and clean.Colton was our service technician who greeted us with a smile, and took care of everything efficiently.He made it an easy process, got us in and out quickly to enjoy the rest of our day.

Always great service coming here.Called at 1:55 pm asking for a same day appointment for inspection on my tires. Alanna got me squeezed in within 5 minutes.Kyle D. , Service advisor helped me out quickly, explained all my options, and got me taken care of in under an hour with no appointment.Great team here!

Great customer service from the advisors to the valet team. Came in to have my tire pressure corrected and my oil topped off. Kyle got it knocked out and Jacob was kind enough to wash it for me as well. Great team of people, see you in 800 miles for my 2nd service.

My wife and I are expecting our first child. We fell in love with the 2024 Atlas SE w/Technology. Jace, Craig, and Kevin in finance helped us get the deal of a lifetime. It was a bumpy start, but Jace really went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and explained everything about the car that we needed to know. We appreciate the time and dedication Jace and the team at Jim Ellis VW showed us.

Brent was very warm and welcoming. He assisted us with getting into a new lease. He was very knowledgeable about the different options and packages we were looking for. He even showed us how to work all of the features the new Tiguan had to offer, so we didn t leave not knowing. He was also very patient with us and was able to give us all of our purchase options and helped us close on a great deal. I highly recommend to any of my family members and friends!

As much as I don t like buying a car, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience I had at Jim Ellis Volkswagen in Kennesaw.Brett Jones was a great example of what a salesman should be. He was kind, respectful, and very accommodating when we wanted to look at multiple vehicles before making our decision.He was not pushy or constantly calling/texting after our first visit to try and sell us something. He allowed us to make our decisions and contact him when we were ready to make a purchase.I appreciated the honesty and fair treatment we received from him during this purchase.If your even thinking about looking at a Volkswagen, go see Brett at Jim Ellis Volkswagen in Kennesaw. I love Jim Ellis Volkswagen! The staff is always so kind and quick to keep me updated on my car. Kyle in service was very professional and helpful during my visit. While I waited for service to finish, Joseph walked me through my lease end process and showed me some options for my next vehicle. I will continue to come here and I will definitely be back for my next vehicle!

Kyle was awesome - however - when I made the appt. there was no mention of my car being in the shop for two days - which then turned into four days. If I had known I would have made transportation arrangements. As it was, the service team worked hard to return my car before a planned trip. Communication between scheduling and service needs much improvement.

Our salesman, Abdullah, was great. He helped us decide what trim we wanted and hunted down the exact car. The day we purchased the car, things moved so slowly. I had a work meeting to get to and I missed it even though I told them about it because the finance team took over an hour to even get us set up and walk us back there. Also this left no time to go over final features and set up of the car which was disappointing.

Never a bad experience at this dealership! We were finally experiencing a sunny day here in Georgia so I wanted to get my car details before the rain hit tomorrow. I had just got back from driving it to Florida for a family trip so it was time for a detailing. I called up the dealership to see if they had any availability for today to get my car details. I wasn t expecting him to have any availability as they are always packed and I know that for the weekends you need to have an appointment, but my boy Colton was able to squeeze me in ! When I got there, they were busy, but he gave me his undivided attention the entire time! And didn t feel rushed at all. They took their time with the car and it shows! I will never go to any other Volkswagen dealership for anything. I am so glad I found this dealership, from the moment I purchased a car up until getting a detail today I have had nothing but great experiences here, truly always making me feel comfortable.

I recently purchased a new VW from Jim Ellis Volkswagen in Kennesaw. Craig, Brent and Kevin were all excellent to work with to accommodate my wants and made the purchase process very easy. I have bought multiple cars over the years and I would say this was the best experience I ve had hands down. I would highly recommend this store and these guys!

This past weekend I bought my very first car here, and it was a smooth process! Sales representative Joshua, walked me through the whole thing, while providing a welcoming atmosphere and great quality service! He went above and beyond to get me situated and showed me all the functions of my new car. Also, Joshua answered all my questions and I was able to take home my new Taos the same day! My whole family & I are thrilled with my new car & we ll definitely be back for the next!

Had excellent service and will definitely come back. The lady that handled my service was extremely friendly and helpful. I will say that rotating and balancing four tires shouldn't take two hours but I understand many things could have happened for it taking so long. I also thought the price was fair for what I had done.

All of the folks that I've worked with (sales, finance and service) have been superb. The sales process was transparent, and the staff instilled trust. Being able to compute my lease terms on your website was the reason why Jim Ellis VW got my attention. I never felt that I was being taken adavantage of. Rather, I felt like a valued customer!
