I definitely appreciated the ease of the process setting up my appointment for service. It was a quick drop off and pick up of my vehicle which I liked of course. And everyone I interacted with was very nice especially Randy he was the one I was directly dealing with. I would come back again for service if needed.

When i arrived I was welcomed right away and the service adviser assisted me. The waiting area was clean and well stocked. There is also a window to see the work being done on the car. I highly recommend this dealership for your vehicle service.

Shah West in the service department is AMAZING to work with. I took the day off to drop off my car because it was in bad shape and when I got there I was told I needed an appointment but Shah literally came to my rescue and told me she would make sure I was taken care of and she did just that! She kept updated and informed me of the services that were recommended and was VERY realistic about the maintenance that needed to be done. I m very grateful for her compassion and so thankful that there s people like her out there dedicated to providing AMAZING customer service!!

Everything was great. Informed me of what was done, fast and on time for pickup. Easy in and out. Aubrey Lane helped me get my car back and she even had it washed before giving it back. This is a great service area as well as new cars. I have to turn my head with all the new models

So far all of my experiences with this dealership have been extremely positive. Took my new car into its first scheduled maintenance yesterday and everything went very well. Bryan McFall, my Service Advisor, was friendly, informative and spot on when he told me how long I would need to wait for my service to be complete. Left their facility feeling like I had made the right decision as to where I purchased this car.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated on 4/8/24.The service was smooth and timely, the waiting area was clean, comfortable and offered free snacks, and my service advisor Brandon Lahaie was thorough and communicative.And as an added bonus, they washed my car.I will definetly return for my future service needs.

After receiving unprofessional service from a sales rep at another dealer, I searched out to start fresh and ended up visiting Hyundai of Kennesaw.We had an excellent overall experience ordering and receiving a new Ioniq 5! Rachel did a great job in walking us through the process, generating numbers, providing test drives, and even offering the opportunity to get into similar builds as we awaited the custom configuration we ultimately went with.When the day came, the delivery experience was smooth. Mohammad, the Finance Manager, is a great conversationalist and made going through the paperwork as quickly and painlessly as possible. This is our first Hyundai purchase, and I have no hesitation recommending this Dealership. Thanks again!

NADIA MADIH is the best , She was very patient and understanding helping me find the car I really wanted. All the staff who treated me were very friendly. I had a very rough Friday morning with a turbo engine that blew causing my entire motor to be toast. I got my car to Hyundai of Kennesaw where Randy became my advisor. From the beginning of working with Randy, he was kind, patient in explaining things to me, and very quick in his service. He had warned me that it could take up to 20 days just to get a diagnostic test, but he was able to get it done in less than 10! When faced with a dealership, I feel that they will try to make buying a new car the best option as it is better for their profits, but Randy was honest about the warranty on my motor and let me know that they would cover a new motor with the warranty that was on the car. As someone that wouldn t have known the difference otherwise, I appreciate that he was thorough in his examination of the problem. They got my car back to me, and it has worked amazing since! When the time for a new car does come, I will go to Hyundai of Kennesaw first!

I bought certified used Santa Fe with 35k miles at Hyundai of Kennesaw in February. The check engine light came on after driving it a week or so!I called the service department right away, left message after message, some messages were left by phone, other messages left on their website, still nobody called me back after weeks of trying to get through.I called the salesman that sold it to me and his manager, John, and nobody ever called me back!Having the engine light on, I was not going to drive it all the way down there to get in their face (but should have), at this point I didn't want them to touch it.I cannot believe the complete incompetency from Hyundai of Kennsaw! I urge anyone looking for their next ride to steer clear of this dealership and/or even purchase a Hyundai! I mean, why is the light on anyway??!!- it's only got 35k miles on it!!Nobody can seem to have a good product with good customer service any more.

Called to get pricing for an oil change and rotation. Firstly, I could not get anyone on the phone and had to settle for text messaging. When I finally got in touch with someone, I got quoted a price of $130 before tax for a simple 4.5 quart synthetic oil change. as an example Carriage Kia does the same service for $64.95 literally half the cost. when I asked if anything could be done on the price. I got a flat no and that a synthetic blend oil change was 69.99. Synthetic oil does not cost twice as much. these people are gouging prices and have horrible customer service. Beware!!!

I will say I have not had the best of experiences when it comes to the service department. My car has been in out of this service dept for the last 4 months. However, Andrew (service manager) changed that for me this week. My car was throwing a "check hybrid system" code and everything I've read online tells me to not drive it, its not safe..etc; When I originally called to get scheduled for an appointment, they told me it was going to be anywhere from 15-30 days. I said "absolutely not, have a manager reach out to me." Andrew called me within hours. He said to drop it off last weekend and he would at least have me answer by Monday. Sure enough, he called my husband Monday with the answer that it was an error code due to an update that had not registered in my car's computer. Him and Kyle were prompt and very professional, and really helped me out, considering the catastrophe I had the last time my car was in their shop. I cannot thank them enough. Call Andrew and Kyle for any issues with your Hyundai. GREAT customer service.

I had great experiences at this dealership. First off, everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I bought my first Hyaundia here. It was a very smooth process and I never felt pressured.The service center is also great. I was impressed with the staff who were so friendly and thorough. They went the extra steps to find out what was included in my warranty. The service center is very clean, and inside was perfect for working while I waited for my car. When my car was ready, it was freshly washed and clean! Overall, this has been a great experience. If you're looking to buy car, I highly recommend Kennesaw Hyaundai.

Austin was helpful, friendly and fast! He was able to get most of the process done remotely so I just had to bring in my trade-in then I only spent about 30 minutes total completing financial docs and picking up my 2024 G80! I am absolutely in LOVE with my new car

This was the second car we have purchased at Hyundai of Kennesaw. The first was a new Hyundai Sante Fe about 6 years ago that my wife loved, including their service department for basic maintenance. This time I was looking to replace my car and again our its was a great car buying experience. Upon entering you get a sense of the friendly, personable and professional staff. Paul Gadomski did an awesome job helping us out with the purchase of our Certified 2019 G80 Genesis. He was patient, knowledgeable, attentive and a pleasure to work with. In addition the follow up has been fantastic, including a hand written card from their GM, Jason Teague. Highly recommend this 5 star business establishment !!

Dropped off my car for maintenance. Kyle Lesser greeted me with a beautiful smile and friendly vibe. He showed me around the waiting room; he offered me snacks and beverages. Came in at 8:15AM for maintenance. Other services needed to be added which was going to run into a meeting I needed to be at by noon. After communicating my time constraint Brandon and his team were able to complete ALL required maintenance and get me out in time. Appreciate their efforts and great customer service.

I purchased an extended warranty from Hyundai Kennesaw for the car I purchased from them. I called to schedule an appointment with the service department. I was told the first available appointment would be 6 months out! When I mentioned that I purchased a service warranty through them and had a service concern I was again told the first appointment was 6 months out- it was the best they could do! I was told I should go to a different Hyundai dealership to get a faster service appointment! If you don t want to service my car, don t sell it to me! Buyers beware!Considering this was for an engine concern, when I asked what I should do for the next 6 months while I wait for them to service my car, the service manager suggested that I should just drive a different car! Hyundai has had multiple engine recalls & now Kennesaw Hyundai is unwilling to service my car in a timely manner and unwilling to provide a loaner!Disappointing!

The Service Department of Hyundai of Kennesaw is one of the best, if not THE best, of any dealer I have ever dealt with. Jonathon Watson, my service representative, was outstanding in not only helping me set up my appointment and arranging my concierge service, but communicating with me at every step of the service process on my Genesis GV80, including taking care of my two recall issues. They were very professional and treated me and my car with care. I highly recommend this dealer.

I bought my car from here at the end of 2022. I received a call to get a oil change/maintenance check and was informed that it would be complimentary which is the only reason why I drove this far and came to this location. I had to wait over a month for my appt but I held out cause I was told it was complimentary. As I arrive to my appointment, the reps told me it is not complimentary. I paid for it anyway since I needed it but I HATE when business don't keep their word and felt like I was manipulated to come here. But Kyle (rep) was very helpful and kind
