I love this place. I bring all of my cars here. I needed 80,000 mile service done on my vehicle. The dealership wanted to charge me $750. I brought the list over to grease monkey. Half of the stuff my car did not even need. I spent $290. I am so happy. Jamie and Jennifer are wonderful. Jamie and I talked about the services and he explained them to me . he let me take pictures of the fluid and filter- the difference is amazing. I m so glad I got this done. So thankful that they are less than a mile from my house.Service: Oil change

This was my first time coming here. The guy who came out to help me was very nice, polite, friendly, and funny. I had a car in front of me, so I waited a few minutes but he let me know that he was finishing up on the car ahead. I was there to get an oil change and was seen quickly, he explained to me the whole step of what to expect later on and the discounts that are provided to me with the plan I have with the car dealership from which I purchased the car from. Very knowledgeable, professional young man! I'm terrible at remembering names but he was excellent. I would and will recommend this place to ours. This place will be my only place from now on. Thanks for making my experience great!!!

Workers here were great, treated me well. However, I can't in my heart leave a good review. The workers didn't seem to have any gloves, and it really offset me. No matter the business workers should be wearing gloves if they are getting their hands dirty. You need to provide or enforce gloves, only then will I improve my review.

Quick and straightforward process, effective service, friendly and cooperative employees. Only complaint is the price rose roughly $20 from my previous routine maintenance check/oil change w/o explanation, in their defense I didn't ask why. Will definitely ask next time.

I have a small box truck and an oil change at a commercial truck depot is $150-$200No appointment and they took me right in $60-$100 depending upon the quality of oil I useEverybody handled it quickly, and even with a smile

My experience was great, the only thing they didn t do was do an inspection on my lights to see if my break lights and headlights were good to go because I ended up getting a ticket an hour after leaving there because my break lights were out and I had no clue. They usually always check when I go but on this visit they didn t. Just in the future to make sure they always do with every customers that comes for service.

I like grease monkey but I cannot honestly leave a five star review. The staff reeked of marijuana. I changed from conventional to synthetic oil change and they gave me a sticker to change my oil again in 3000 miles. When I called them out on it they hand wrote the number 5000 on another sticker and gave it to me. The Sandy Plains location is much more focused. I want To take my truck to a location I can trust. Step it up boys

Expensive oil changes even with coupons. And my wife got an emissions test and it took over 25 minutes when she was the only person there upon arrival. Slow service and it ain't cheap. I'm not impressed with GM. It's a shame too bc we live less than a mile away.

The team at Bells Ferry in Kennesaw is prompt, polite and honest, I went to get an oil change to my wife s vehicle but the dashboard still said 30% while their sticker said it was overdue, the vehicle is older so more frequent oil changes help, one of the guys offered to visually inspect the oil before having me spend the money, so we did and the oil was in fact a little dirty so I decided to go ahead and get it done, NOT because they were tricking me into it or using scare tactics, they are a good trustworthy team and I am really happy with their service.

They were very helpful, thoroughly checked over my car and topped off the fluids etc. Service was free of charge since I get my oil changed there. Very courteous and polite.

Jaime, Dalton, and Jennifer are so very accommodating and helpful. They make an awesome team! Jaime & Dalton did a complete thorough check of my vehicle & concerns. Great service and a fantastic crew! I knew what was happening with my car every step of the way. I was given my options without any pressure. Shame on me for not catching any names, I was in a hurry this morning and they had me in and out in a snap (which I very much appreciated!) I live in Smyrna, but will be bringing my car here to be serviced from here on out.
