1st off I want to say the entire experience was easy, simplified and my guy Josh took great care of me!! Went in not knowing what I wanted to do as far as financing or buying outright. But Josh and his Manager made magic happen & end up getting me a deal i couldn t refuse. I ve been searching for a CLEAN 09-14 Maxima for a few months. Josh was very consistent with communicating with me; which is why i trusted him the whole way. Car had a few issues but he made sure they got it taken care of , or insured that it would by seeing me too with the Owe Me program. Everybody was super cool and friendly, finance was in and out. If you re looking for a car, THEY HAVE TONS!!!! Big ups to the lot guy over there, that LOT LOOKS AMAZING!!!

First off, let me say that I hate to leave negative reviews, but this dealership earned it. I'm not local either, about 5 hrs away. Found a 2015 Lexus online through TrueCar. The dealership worked with us on a deal and banks, that's the positive. Took over a week for the bank to verify everything, a first for me. Dealership sent me a carfax and pictures, but never disclosed how bad the front end of the car was. Now, its partially my fault for trusting them to tell me this upfront since I was out of town, but I'd think a dealership with good reviews would have been upfront. They did disclose the driver seat was ripped and would fix it...if you call this a fix then I'm the President. Pics speak for themselves. Dealership drove the car to me, another positive. Got car and discovered all kinds of issues, to the point I almost sent the car back. Front grill glued on, no passenger inner wheel well liner, front bumper clip broken, etc. Then we got in the car and it had been smoked in, which they claimed had not. Tar build up was everywhere, on the windshield, sunroof, glass, and of course the interior itself. Decided to check things out further, discovered the cabin air filter was never changed, nor the car air filter. I'm very suspicious at this point they never did a car inspection, just washed it and put online. Now I got to order filters and have the interior professionally cleaned. Be forewarned friends, this dealership is devious to make any sale they can.UPDATE: After this review went live the GM asked me to take it down and they will fix the issue if I did so, which I 'thought' I did. I did the dirty work and got them a quote for repair, a quote they didn t like. At that time things turned nasty with them saying they have video evidence the car was perfect and I m basically lying. The video is the driver s walk around at delivery which was a fast walk around not highlighting the damage I found and had shown to the driver. The quote was 3k worth of repair. The dealership is about scamming people. They delivered a car with front end damage, no left wheel fender liner, dirty air filter and cabin air filter, and totally unclean as there was tons of tar build up on everything inside from smokers (which they also denied). Be forewarned friends, these people are scam artists.

I had the pleasure of working with Joshua at Grand Motor recently, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked onto the lot, Joshua was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Wish I would have left this review when I bought the car always meant to but never did. Worse decision of my life. First, I should have known when I made a deal, had my credit ran over the phone and got numbers and then when I drove 4 hours to get there my payment was $400 more. But I wanted a new car and I drove that far so I agreed anyway. I test drive the car and everything was good. I drive the car home 4 hours and the next day the check engine light comes on and the car is misfiring. I took it to a garage that next day and learn there were multiple codes on the car and was told that the codes had to be erased before selling me the car because of all the problems I had. Tried reaching out to the dealership and they blew me off and told me basically that I bought a used car and there is nothing they can do. Was left with paying 6500 in repairs the week I got the car. Trying to get some type of understanding and help from Darren and the dealership but my calls kept getting ignored, passed around, was told I d get calls back and never did. I ve had problems after problems with this car since I bought it. Maybe they are better now but I m still mad at this dealership and it has made my life total hell dealing with this car I night from them. It s never not once not had a problem. So thanks GrandMotors cars for this car that should have been thrown in the trash. I never leave reviews but your dealership has left a bad taste in my mouth forever.

I purchased a Honda Civic 2007 with only about 93,000 miles from Grand Motors. Shortly after adding just 1,500 miles, the check engine light came on, which was unexpected for a Honda known for longevity. Firestone advised me that the engine needed to be rebuilt or replaced. When I contacted Grand Motors, I was met with difficulties in reaching management.Upon visiting the dealership, I met T( I have edit this review to remove this persons real name because he s a human being, but the review will stay), who seemed dismissive of my concerns, comparing my situation to his wife's with more significant issues. He suggested leaving the car for inspection, letting me know I may not have to bear the service costs, only for parts.Despite several follow-up calls, I received no concrete update. When I finally visited Grand Motors, they offered only a trade-in, which I declined. Notably, my car remained untouched, raising doubts about their claims of inspection. A subsequent text to their service line confirmed my suspicions they hadn't examined my car yet.Confronting Grand Motors with this inconsistency, they suddenly produced an invoice, ignoring T s proposal of covering service costs. When I insisted on speaking to Travis, I was told he was unavailable, despite seeing him present.In summary:1) T s assured me of an inspection and implied Grand Motors would cover service costs, yet he avoided further communication.2) They claimed my car couldn't be fixed without inspection and pushed for a trade-in, which wasn't my intention.3) Despite T s promises, I was left with unresolved issues and unfulfilled commitments.It's evident Grand Motors failed to deliver on their assurances, leaving me frustrated and seeking alternative solutions for my car's repairs.There are 6 other locations.You do not have to go to the Kennesaw location and based on my experience, you shouldn t. I also predict that this will get a nasty response like all the other ones star reviews. They will say; this was review undeserved, they have no idea who I am, or they tried the best. None of that is true. Call me a lair I will post proof.P.S customers are asked to write a google review upon purchase. I recommend looking at reviews on other car sites for this location.Or reading the one star reviews closely. Those are closer to the truth.THIS IS THE KENNESAW LOCATION. Near target and Aldi.

Let me start off by saying I had a good experience with David, one of the sales managers at Carvilla , which is like the sister or brother dealership of grand motor in the same lot, Grand motors services there cars. Outside of that I ve had a terrible time with my vehicle and I ve had my vehicle now a little shy of three months. Shortly after purchasing the car, my check engine light came on and I was leaking oil three days after purchasing. dropped it back off they fixed it. Shortly after paying my very first car note, my ABS brake light and traction control light all came on. I called the dealership they asked me if I got the warranty. I told them no I feel like they should stand behind the quality other vehicles within the first 30 days, not to mention the warranty was just for the transmission and motor, Jose of the maintenance managers communicated with me about my vehicle. They kept my car for a week and ran test on it. Called me and told me to pick it up and that they cannot find any issue wrong with the car and recommended that if the light turned on again, bring it back or go to AutoZone and have them scan it I said OK Couple weeks went by the light popped on again so I called the dealership asked what I should do. He recommended that I go to AutoZone and have them scan it. I had AutoZone scan it. It came back as ABS module failure. I printed it out, they told me to drop the car off at at the dealership and they will take a look at it After two weeks of no communication, they finally tell me that they ve been driving it, and could not duplicate the code and stated that the vehicle was fine. The next day after picking the car up the light popped on again so I called Jose he stated that he was just doing me a favor and that s not really anything he could do to help me out I find it hard that the service codes come on when I have the car and never in their care when they have the vehicle for weeks at a time needless to say, I m probably looking at over $1000 job that I have to come out of pocket. There s no doubt in my mind that this vehicle had underlining issues and they sold it, now that the weather is changing, I just realized that the passenger vent blows cold air and the heat/AC unit turns on by itself full blast, even after turning the unit off I will never do business with this company again.

I needed to purchase a car when my car was hit and a total loss. I went to this dealer and purchased a Mercedes Benz on 7-24-23. Everyone was pleasant and professional. All went well with the exception of getting the second key to this vehicle. I was so frustrated in trying to receive the 2nd key because I had to make too many calls and was getting nowhere. When I'd call, I was always given a different reason as to what was going on with this key. At one point, my sales person even asked me " why do you need the other key". I was even told the key was mailed and I'd receive it in a week. Well, three weeks later, still no key. I was beyond frustrated at this point. I finally spoke to Brent Kinney. Brent and Travis were able to track down the key, which was never mailed. The key was then mailed FedEx, and I was given the tracking number. I received the key the next day, which was now 9-23-23. Thank you Brent and Travis for resolving this immediately and thank you for your outstanding customer service! Other than this unfortunate situation, I'm VERY pleased with my purchase!

I went here to purchase A Mercedes-Benz GLA as a birthday gift to myself for turning 40 Joshua was my sales person and he was on it. He made sure that the process was fast comfortable and easy to understand. I got a chance to meet the sales manager as well during my visit, they treated me so well, Joshua Personality is so unique He took his time with me. It was late when I arrived he still was upbeat throughout the process.He didn t make me feel rush, and gave me information that I needed to have to make my experience simple My husband asked a lot of questions Joshua was able to answer everyone. Thanks Joshua for your help and your time this is an experience I will never forget

I commented earlier today about my terrible experience at Grand Motors, and as expected, I got a nasty response from Grand Motors (this can be seen in the image section). I encourage you to read that review before this. Fortunately, I have another Google account so I can address his response.My response:He claims that customers like me give auto dealers a bad rep, but I think the horrible customer service I received gave GRAND MOTOR KENNESAW a bad rep.With the picture provided below, this car was initially listed for $7,855, and I was able to talk them down to $6,000 out the door. Given that my car already has problems with the engine, neither of the prices were worth it. Your reference to the cost suggests that you see my hard-earned money as trivial. I'm sorry my payment didn't seem to hold enough value for you to want to help me.You also referenced me driving a vehicle with no oil. This is not true. Below you will see the inspection review provided by Grand Motors stating that the oil levels were good. Not to mention, I have only put 1,500 miles on the car since I received it. I am sure you didn t sell me a car with no oil. You should ve probably check with your services before making that comment. So this is not an oil problem; I was sold a bad car.As far as the service costing $1500, that was never told to me. I received an invoice displaying the parts cost will be 203$ and service cost with be $305. After pricing the parts and the usual cost of the service, 1500 would have been a ridiculous. Giving the horrible experience I had with Grand Motor, I decided I am going to get this serviced somewhere else.I encourage everyone to pay close attention to how all the one-star reviews are responded to. It is very unprofessional. It seems like whoever is responding is doing so with lots of emotion and no logic.Also, throughout this entire experience, no one has placed the blame on me until now, despite the fact that the individuals I have spoken with have provided questionable customer service. No one was in a position to tell me I was wrong because I wasn't, and I noticed that. I can't be convinced otherwise. Additionally, were you able to speak with me at all this week?Could this be Rummi, Rumi, or Rummy? I am not sure of the spelling, but I was told this was the owner s name, and it is impossible to reach him, despite my attempts to try.If not, may I have your name?This experience has taught me be mindful of dealerships I buy cars from, and read all comment that don t seem generic.PS. I'm sure one of the other six locations of Grand Motors has very respectable auto representatives. This review is meant for GRANDMOTORS KENNESAW (the one near target and aldi)

I tried so hard to do go to this point but its needed. Terrible customer service in the sales department. The dealer I dealt with refused to deal with me directly when it came to my issue, i was basically forced to call and actually speak with someome in the service department about my issues.My car needed work before I even purchased it and had to find out after I left with both cars. The draler was well aware of these issues.A week later my car was switched for another car that needed work as well due to the finance company not wanting to finance the vehicle. How do they not know this from beginning?! It's ridiculous, I never in my life deal with something like this. I really just wanted my money back at this point. It's crazy to deal with something like this when you have to pay for it. It's not like it's free and I'm ungrateful. It makes no sense at all!!! I need an extension on my first payment too! Second week and i can't even enjoy my car becuz of all this stuff i have to go through with the maintenance of the car. I'm over this place fr!!!! I will not recommend anyone here.The service department was very helpful and concerning of my issues. I was able to explain my full experience of both cars and they were willing to fix it all, but it's still unexceptional.

My experience from viewing the vehicle online Mateo was in contact with me almost daily making sure I had everything I needed to make the purchase process smooth when I arrived. Had a young salesman who did a nice job all around helping me out since I was purchasing this truck from out of state. Be very careful with their financing department. I was lied to on the phone about what my apr would be, was not told about the change of where my apr was until I arrived down there(had to buy one way ticket to fly down), and was lied to again what it was while signing papers. Then I was told I could not refinance for a minimum of 90 days, come to find out that is because that is when the financing manager gets his pay. Very shady buyers beware. Make sure you double and triple check everything first! Would definitely recommend going to any other dealership than this one!!!

I drove from North Carolina, 4.5hrs and Just traded my truck and had a great experience, Matt helped and got me the payment I was wanting i left with a sweet 17 F350. Definitely will be going back and doing business. Not one time did he let me leave without giving me as much info as he could. Texted and emailed me and made sure to keep up to date with when I was coming down before I bought the truck and made sure if I had any questions to contact him!

I m a reviewer and honestly I did not feel welcomed here. I really needed the truck F250 which o did close one anyway! Management (mr Herb) obviously did not assist the new sales men!Vehicle was not taken to body shop as promised, car was given to me on EMPTY not wash or vacuum. Corrosion all on the battery has tank on E!I definitely felt really bad doing business with this organization. It s been a week. Is no management followed up ! Just take money and go on their way.Hey I have an amazing credit and I shop honestly! In short terms I don t advise going hereAll I ask is to be treated fair just as any customer would! Spending 50k

Wow I can t brag enough about this place. Every place I went to wasn t able to get the deal done until I went to Josh and his team. They worked tirelessly to make sure I got the car I wanted with the terms I was looking for. What was even better was since this was an out of state deal I had to fly in to pick it up and Josh picked me up at the airport and gave me a ride to the dealership! I would recommend this dealership to everyone that is looking for an amazing experience. Josh refused to give up until I got the best car for me.

The sales person was good during the sale. The car has presented issues. Some that you d think would be addressed prior to sale. Dealing with service has been more than a task. From the way that I ve been spoken to, to the way that I ve been ignored. I would say be VERY cautious and exhaust opportunities in other areas first. I m not going to say that you should not purchase here, because ultimately I did. Just saying that the purchase has not come without head and heartache.

I discovered Grand Motorcars Kennesaw online while searching for deals on a quality used pickup. They had just what I was looking for. I inquired about the truck I was interested in (I live in NC) and was immediately contacted by veteran sales rep Darryl Mann. In my lifetime I've never met a more generous, authentic, helpful individual in car sales who was so willing to go above and beyond as Darryl to ensure I was able to secure this pickup, working with management to ensure a truly incredible deal. When I arrived in Kennesaw to get the truck I was amazed to discover not only what a fine dealership facility it is, but even more, what a fantastic group of folks they all are. My wife and I ended up spending much of our afternoon chatting with the welcoming staff and, of course, the very winsome Darryl Mann who oversaw the purchase. This was truly the best auto purchase experience I've ever experienced by far. I enthusiastically recommend Grand Motorcars for their quality business, super deals, outstanding customer service and, not least, the helpfulness and friendliness of their entire staff.

Everyone at this dealership was super nice and attentive. But Dylan was absolutely amazing to deal with. He was patient with us knowledgeable and even drove us to their sister lot to look at a truck. If you re in need of a vehicle go see Dylan you won t regret the experience!
