I have had multiple issues with several workers at this Town Center location. Previously, work with Ed. He was personable, reasonable, and really cultivated a family atmosphere. Ed made me feel like he truly cared about me. His customer service was impeccable. I always left feeling taken care of and valued. I m guessing he retired. I think that was a huge loss for this location. I ve tried to overlook the rude and cold hearted customer service I ve experienced since Ed left. I m passed my limit of providing patience. I will NEVER return to Firestone after this last experience. It s truly sad because I used to recommend Firestone often. Now, I deter people from Firestone based on the terrible customer service I ve received these past couple of years. The staff there need training from more experienced seniors who actually value the customer and not only the bottom line. They are a hindrance to retention of customers. If that matters to you, I d advise strong monitoring for improvement.

Dre greeted me on an early Sunday morning following a noticed bulge in my wheel well. Dre sniffed out the new tire I would need and it was swiftly switched out for a new one. Price was reasonable and the service was exceptional. I m an out of towner and I didn t know what to expect, but the service and product were of exceptional quality.Service: Tires

Great, fast, efficient service. Wonderful, kind, courteous staff. Dre is amazing and beyond helpful. During my last visit there, he stopped what he was doing to help me when my key Fob would not work. He went out in the rain and got my car open and started so that I could head home. Such a good person! I would rather drive further to go to this location than the one 5 minutes from my house.

I took my car to this location quite often because I thought they were honest, but things change. My brake light went out and I asked Firestone how much it would be to fix it. They told me 70 bucks. I went to an auto supply shop, purchased two bulbs for 11 bucks and replaced my light in 5 minutes. Firestone tried to charge me 70 bucks for a 5 minute job. Dishonest.

I drained the battery in my car while at the mall so I called Firestone to see if someone could help me jump my car. A very nice gentleman (really long dreads) came to my rescue. He saved me a lot of time, and I m grateful for his kindness and willingness to help. Thanks again!!!!

I went to get my oil change on a limited amount of time. They said it would take an hour which I thought was excessive but I needed it done. I had them add wiper blades as mine were ineffective. I got a work order emailed to me as this is a work fleet vehicle. In the work order there was an AC service with dye listed that I didn t ask for or need. When I asked if they were going to service AC he said no. When I called him out stating I had the work order he quickly stated the system added it automatically. I contacted my fleet service and they stated nothing is added automatically. The service would have to be requested by the service center and the only time that type of service is completed is when AC is not blowing hard which mine is fine. This service center added this in there knowing my company would pay for it unbeknownst to them. Such a scam and I am extremely disappointed with this company. I will not be going back and suggest non one else uses them for their service and they are unethical.

A great car place! Gets the job done! A very trustworthy company. I still use them when even though I moved over a few states. This location is very good. They are friendly and quick (for a car place).

Dre& their technician was awesome my entire experience they got me back on the road in no time . What I like about these guys they re honest they not out for what s in your pockets but to educate you on what you need & what has to be done ! Great job guys definitely was great business & will be returning for more! Oh and can t forget Codie & her great customer service skills this location is amazing!

Found nail in tire. They contacted another store to get correct tire.everyine was helpful. Polite. I have used Firestone in multiple states. Each has need great to do business with. Have been pleased with each. This time I had a birthday credit. They applied after home office received the invoice.

*ATTENTION LADIES*DONT GO HERE. My car was once serviced with an oil change. Then magically my car which didn t have a problem.MAGICALLY GETS A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. I go back get that fixed at another Firestone location.Now the rubber underneath the wheel of the car became loose. Man on side of road did you get an oil change? So goes to show something off with this place. LADIES DO NOT TRUST THEM!!Update as of 09.06.2023My car battery died. So the original diagnosis on them were FALSE. They told me to replace the gas valve of my car. Which did make the check engine light come on.But they didn t notice my battery???Like I said. Again another issue. I went to another place fixed my car.

Would NOT recommend this location to anybody ever and I will never bring any of my cars back to any Firestone in the future. Their customer service is pretty decent, but that only goes so far with any auto shop. I spent an unnecessary extra $2k and my car is having the same problems I specified when I brought it in to be checked. Not to mention, the day I picked up the car was three days after the day I was told it would be ready. The first time I hit the interstate the car immediately starting having the same issues. I asked was the car test driven just to see what they would say and of course they said, yes it was, but there is just no way when the car is having the exact same major problem I brought it in for. They did offer to take another look at my car, but I honestly do not trust them to do so and accurately or fairly quote me for a repair again. I mean would you??? Try to avoid this shop at all costs. I will be going elsewhere to resolve this problem and I m just out of that money, but I want to at least warn the next person so it does not happen to them too.

I really enjoyed the experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Kennesaw! It is always stressful to have my car in for check up, but the staff there made it easy. They didn't try to sell anything to me but just gave recommendations after a thorough inspection. I appreciated their honesty and expertise.

My wife and I have been going here for the last 5 years for all of our tire service needs. Ed, the general manager, has always taken great care of us. He readily explains the potential problems and the ways to fix it.The services have been done properly and many times, if they don't replace or remove anything, we are not charged for the service.So long as Ed is here, my wife and I will fully trust Firestone to service our vehicles.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Battery

We had a pretty pleasant experience. I took my wife's Hyundai in for a check engine P0335 code. Barry was really professional and able to schedule me in that morning after I mistakenly scheduled a appointment at the Dell Road location. I dropped off the vehicle and received a courtesy Lyft to my home. Around 5pm the car was complete. Great experience! The only reason there is not a 5 star rating is the price point to change the crank shift sensor was a lot more costly than expected. Barry definitely gets a 5,000 star rating.

My daughter went to this store to get her tires changed. Thank goodness they didn t know how to get the lock lug nuts off( that weren t there but they didn t bother to check). They also did a free diagnostic on her vehicle and told her she needed about $2000.00 worth of work, including shocks, struts, ball bearings etc. she brought it to me and I took it to my mechanic who said the car needed none of what they said. I will never darken the door of this fraudulent place, nor will I buy any item that is Firestone . Next time I m in town I will also stop by and let the manager know this as well. If there were zero starts I would give that to them. Don t patronize this place.Service: Tires

they left the cap off of my oil during a routine change. i drove around with it like that for three days or so, thinking the light was because my oil was just changed. everything was covered in oil when i had them check it out. not to mention how dangerous it was to have driven around like that.foolishly i continued to choose them because of familiarity. Now, after a full inspection, the same afternoon, a light pops up about transmission fluid. the guys are kind but i am getting super frustrated with the quality of service. it s a constant problem.

I took my car in for a screw in my tire wall. Josh was able to go from Jacking my car up to return the fastest I have seen. This man knows his tires and has an amazing work ethic. He has been trained well and needs a raise to match his skills.

I am from Canada. I was in Atlanta with my cousins for Midtown Music Festival. On the way home just outside Atlanta the breaks failed. The only place open was the Firestone. I brought the car in and they looked at it for me. The job was rather large as the brakes were quite messed up. They did their absolute best to help me. It has taken a couple days to fix up but they have been great the whole way through. Robin and Kristy, the two service managers, have been incredible. Bruce, the mechanic, has also been working very hard this whole time, I'm pretty sure he's had to pull overtime for me. They stayed open late for me and Kristy even drove me to my motel when they discovered it wouldn't actually be done the first night! The job has ended up being quite expensive, but they have made the process easy for me. Thanks again!

In this day and age it is hard to find people you trust when you take your car in to get it fixed. I have been very pleased with the service I have received here.I initially went in there to purchase a tire last year in June as I had a flat tire from a nail. Harold was very professional and the price was very reasonable. I had been getting indications that there was low pressure in one of the tires. I had been just putting air in as it would go way. But then the indication light kept on coming back on so I finally decided to take it in.John Smillie the service manager was very professional, courteous, and sincere. It turned out that I had a nail debris and they fixed it for me. All the staff are fantastic here and I would always go back when I need my tires fixed!!!
