Doug is indeed a "master technician"! Knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and does the job right the first time. Couldn't be happier with the major service I received on an uncommon Italian diesel engine. Very fair labor rate too, especially since I can be a bit of a pest. Give them a try, you'll be happy you did. First rate and highly recommended!

Doug is an amazing and honest mechanic. I hate trying to find a new mechanic because it is hard to find one to trust, but Doug did an amazing job! I have been going to Doug Ferdinand for years for all of my car maintenance. He is very honest in his pricing and what needs to actually needs to be fixed. He has kept all of my teenage drivers cars on the road with reasonable costs. I do highly recommend him for automotive repairs.

Today (2/27/20) I got a call at 8:14 am saying my quoted repair of $1250ish dollars is going up by roughly $750. Doug hadn't looked at the catalytic converters when he quoted them the previous Friday. Doug had asked me to drop the truck off Tuesday morning and said it'd take 2 days because he was busy. I dropped it off Monday (2/24) around 5pm. On the 3rd morning of him having my truck (with no calls Tuesday or Wednesday), I called him back at 9:35am to agree to the additional price (I use my truck for work), he told me I "missed the cut-off" and to come get the truck (because I have a job scheduled for Friday(2/28). He still knows what he's doing, but I guess he's to busy since the move for his old repeat customers.

I have been taking all my vehicles there since the company has been in business. Excellent guy and he has done excellent work in a timely fashion. He put a motor in my vehicle in less than a day. Way to go Doug.

Knows his way around cars pretty well. Fixed mine while other mechanics were having a hard time. Takes great care of his customers. I highly recommend this shop.

About a month ago, they fixed my daughter's AC - they made that repair, plus several little things they found for less than half what other places wanted to charge. We WILL be back again!

We had a transmission put in and they destroyed it by not filling up the differential then said it wasn't there fault because it wasn't there transmission absolutely garbage
