This was the first time I used this location. Same great service and friendly staff who make you feel welcome and are happy to answer questions as I experienced at one of their other locations.They do great work and provide documentation for the services provided.Many of those who bring their car there for service or mods are passionate about cars. As such, we tend to ask questions and try to be involved in what s going on with the work. They remain patient and get answers for you from the techs.Roomy waiting area with very comfortable seating. I was able to easily work from there while waiting.They finished the work on time.I like that I can book online and they regularly communicate electronically prior to the appointment.They answer the phone. Some shops barely do.I ve used them for years for different cars and will continue to do so.

Josh is a great advisor! Got in early for routine brake pad, disc and sensor replacements. He also provided some additional insight regarding a periodic fault code I've been getting recently.If you choose to stay, they have a nice waiting lounge. There's also 1-2 places to grab lunch next to their location, which is convenient.

Great experience, fantastic customer service, master mechanics and now I'm part of the Eurofed Automotive family. Most of all I got the most affordable price getting my Range Rover fixed! Can't say enough good about these guys!

You said you couldn't fix my truck I was running hot and all it needed was a thermostat you all told me $6,500 But the exact same day I took it to a mechanic and he fixed, it cost me $210 .. I have been bringing my truck to Eurofed for 3 years anything goes wrong with it I brought it to y'all. I was going to have you all do my shocks but I think with yall making a decision like that I'll go somewhere else. Since my business is not wanted I'll take my business elsewhere where.

Jacob and Marcus have been tremendous to work with as a customer. They make things super easy and for the quality work they do it s an honest price. I just got a timing service and a carbon clean on my 18 gli and it was an amazing, fast, very smooth experience. If you are looking for one of the best in my option auto repair or aftermarket installation shops definitely give this a shot. Will be working with eurofed from now on. I ve also had a dsg service and a few aftermarket parts installed from Jacob and once again he does fantastic work. The guys at Eurofed went above and beyond to properly diagnose and repair my ride the right way!! And they went a step further helping me to identify the beat ways to reduce costs in doing so! I highly recommend anyone who loves their European vehicle visit this spot first with issues!

Amazing customer service!Fast work and great workWent there for a oil change and got some recommendations they checked my car to see if anything else needs to be done for no extra charge I even got a video and pictures with it which I loved!!!They recommend something else with the oil change that I also went with cause my car is burning a little bit of oil and I can t complain.Very great waiting area too!

Outstanding. Worked with Josh, and I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. Josh is the consummate professional and his analysis of a car I was intending to purchase literally saved me from making a huge purchasing mistake.Do not hestitate to use Eurofed for a prebuy inspection - they are very reasonably priced and the level of service you get from them pays for itself 10 times over. A+!

I was recommended by a friend of mine and totally get five stars from me!! Bobby my advisor was so sweet and explained everything to me that I was getting done the environment of the place is clean and he recommended things that need done on my car and the technology of seeing what you need done and what can wait , they even send you pictures of your car of what things need to be done!! I totally recommend coming here for your luxury cars! You guys will be seeing me again thank you a lot!April 12, 2024 I returned to the shop because I needed some extra fluids in my car. I visited Eurofed with my husband today, and they were able to get him in same day for a tune up. Great. Their customer service with him was fine. With me though...as a person who came with him...I was completely ignored altogether. My existence was not acknowledged WHATSOEVER, whether with a nod, a smile, or even eye contact, despite standing right next to him, and this was true with three different employees throughout the course of the day. It was as if I was completely invisible. To be frank, it's not fun for anyone when that happens - I had questions for possible services with my own car, but all three of the employees interacting with my husband couldn't even glance in my direction to acknowledge my presence, not once, so I didn't feel comfortable to ask. Sexism...sigh.

Honestly they took care of me like I was apart of the family. They literally laud down all your options so you can choose what works best for you. Also if you have a warranty company they work wonderfully along with them to ensure when your vehicle leaves Eurofed; it leaves in the best condition. Thanks to the technician Mr T, to front desk guy Josh and Dillan for taking me for a ride in my dream car his (b9 s4) y all are goated and will see me again

Back in September or late August 2023, I reached out to Eurofed in Kennesaw about servicing my 2016 Jaguar XJL. I explained that it has not had any issues other than normal wear and tear and that it's one of those vehicles that didn't have the issues that some of the same models had. I advised that I was looking for a repair shop who could perform my annual service in lieu of the dealer. I spoke with Josh who assured me that they could.My appt was 10/9/23 which I stayed all day. I remember Josh stating that they were not going to charge me to flush my radiator because they had to flush it in order to change the supercharger belt. I couldn t remember if it was the radiator or the water pump he said had to be removed but I do remember him saying no charge for this. My annual service was complete. Before I left, I remember Josh telling me I have a good car that is in good shape.I work from home and do not drive my car that much. On Thanksgiving 2023 about a month and half since my annual service, the car was leaking coolant. This freaked me out! �I called Eurofed the next morning and spoke with Dylan. I explained what happened and that I believe they had to move the radiator when they service my car. He stated that it is not required to move radiator to change the supercharger belt. I requested that they tow it and check to see what was going on which he did. I am still upset because I remember what Josh had said to me about the flush which I may have gotten the radiator confused with the water pump but he stated one of them had to be moved and since he had to flush the radiator, he would not charge me for that. Well of course, Josh didn't remember telling me this. Dyan, is now saying that the water pump on my car was leaking and leaked over the control arms, several belts and other items that now require repairs of over $3500. My pressure is going up as I type this review which you know what it was doing when they told me this. We went back and forth about this. Josh continued to state he didn t remember telling me this but finally stated that he could have since it gets so busy around there. It was their word against mine and at this point, I needed my car repaired and was at their mercy. After warranty contribution minus deductible, it was $1700 out the door that included $695 for additional hoses we requested to be replaced. My car was ready for pick up on 12/13/23. When I got home and turned the car off, it sounded like the trunk was opening up (there was a thump sound). I never heard it before and it was not the trunk opening. When my husband came home, he said it sounds like it's under the hood.��I was not sure what to think at this point. Of course it was after hours for Eurofed so I showed up the next day. �Josh had his mechanic who last worked on my car and who has the same Jaguar, listen to the sound. He made some comments to Josh. I asked if it could be related to something I read online, he got defensive with me and said, if it was an issue a light would come on in my dash. The mechanic should have just checked his own car to see if it made the same sound. I explained to Josh I did not like the tone the mechanic took with me. I also know that the dash does not always tell you what is wrong. I told Josh I will take the car to the dealer after the new year and get back in touch with them. He then stated that I am just probably listening to every sound since I have been through a lot with them as if it's no big deal. Ah yeah, you would think so, plus I know my car.It is now after the New Year. I went to the dealer. The foreman stated it's normal for the throttle body to cycle but it's kind of weird for the super charger to make that sound. It should make a sound when it shuts down but not that loud.�I am just tired and this is my call to Eurofed.

Very cool staff & they definitely are about your safety but in some OT to make sure my car was safe for me to take home definitely recommend these guys here again thank you for the good service

I ran over something in the road that damaged my engine. A friend told me to take my gti here. I drop it off and was met by nothing but friendly people. Jacob the dub doctor did a phenomenal job rebuilding the engine. Marcus helped coordinate insurance parts etc and when jacob was out the day i picked up marcus was more than helpful of finishing my car and getting me going. Idk who the owner of this place is but both those guys deserve a raise. The only shop I'll come to. The guys that work there are super knowledgeable about euro performance cars. They aren't pushy about repairs if they aren't needed immediately. Lobby is clean and comfortable with reclining chairs. Top notch

What a joke. I sent my child her for her mini to be services for an oil change. She had a confirmed appointment today ( 10-18-2023 ) at 9AM at the Kennesaw location. It's now 1:26PM and they JUST got her car in. Don't waste your time with them. If they can't treat a young adult with respect, then they will never get my family's business.

Bobby was awesome to deal with from start to finish. He was very thorough and candid about what my car needed. Excellent service and quick turnaround- had my car back to me in a few hours. I had a major issue with the coolant system on my Porsche Macan S. Eurofed was prompt in responding to my call and preparing a quote about the repairs. Also, the repair was handled in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.

Initially took in my recently purchased vehicle to determine if there were any issues after receiving an assessment from Audi of Marietta that did not seem accurate. After they spent time looking at my vehicle, we moved forward with several maintenance items and discussed next steps. Great service, with no pressure, where it felt like we were working towards a mutual goal. Would highly recommend for your european car needs.

While they were not able to fix my car due to it needing a brand new engine, they went above and beyond in their attention to detail to find the issue with my vehicle, in order to avoid me paying for temporary fixes that wouldn t address the underlying issue. I appreciate their information and effort.
