We love Discount Tire and have for years! Stopped in today to check my tire pressure. The tech checked and filled all four, measured my tread to tell me the four are wearing properly. Won't need tires until next year and we will be back!

this place is the worst location for discount tires. i have been using discount tires for long time but today it will be the last time as i went in to get new tires as the front tires needed replacement so the guy named cory kept pushing me to buy all four where as the rear ones were fine and he said he cannot balance the rear ones as i don t want to buy all four but the rear ones were bought from discount tires as well so as one of the tire had a nail he said just because of that he cannot do anything with them and simply refused to balance them as well and my tires have a lock and instead of asking me where the lock was they just went ahead and went through my car s glove box and went through all the paperwork i had in there and just took it themselves ..pathetic customer service by bunch of rednecks working at this location no more discount tires in future for sure

Took my car in for a tire rotate and balance, only was interested in selling me new tires. Tires had good tread, company has lost its credibility and my business moving forward. Do better for your customers

Been getting my tires at the highway 92 discount tire for years but I had a flat at work today and went to this location for a repair or replacement. They were great, didn t push me to replace my tires yet even though they are getting close to needing it. I will continue to use discount tire for all of my cars. This location is top tier like the highway 92 location.

Thank you BRANDON B! Today could have been very dangerous for my daughter and I, but you were kind and knowledgeable about what would be best for us. We walked in right before closing but you didn t not rush me and you took your time to ensure we had what was needed to get us back on the road. We will be back later in the week to get the tires that I prefer because they were out of stock, but you ensured I had something similar and I am appreciative for your service. Thank you!

Had a nail in our tire and they fixed it for us. Prices on tires are good and the extra warranty plan (1 time payment) on each tire offers free replacement if the tire goes flat or is damaged during warranty period.I've been using Discount Tire for over 25 years. Great customer service and good prices for tires (plus, they will beat any other price on new tires).They also offer free air fill up on tires (even if you aren't a customer.Waiting room and bathrooms were clean. Entire process from beginning to end (changing tires and checkout) took under 30 minutes.

Great service and clean waiting area. It's best to schedule an appointment, or you could wait 2 hours or more if they're busy. They plugged a tire for me. I'll definitely be back.

I have never been in a dealership or tire shop where I have witnessed such professionalism. These guys were so welcoming and genuine to every customer that entered the door. Cudos to Trey for having such a great crew. I was truly impressed.

Our tire pressure light came on on the way to Nashville so we stopped in to get air. Matthew was so helpful, timely, and nice. He checked for nails, showed us the tire wear, and really eased our stress!

it can be SO hard to find any auto place that s actually trustworthy these days, especially being a girl in her 20s who doesn t know much about cars. the guys here have always been so helpful and honest about what s wrong (or not wrong) with my car, even if it makes them zero money. i am SO thankful i found them and will always be my tire shop of choice!!!!

I had such an amazing experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this location. Fast service as well, I arrived 20 minutes to close and they still were willing to help. They gained a loyal customer!

Check your tires after install! They gave me three of one size and one of a different size. Granted they fixed the problem after I complained but they had one job. The customer should be able to trust the business and while I trust DT as a whole I no longer trust this location.

I service all of vehicles with Dsicount and they by far offer the best options for me as an individual and a business. They always have rebates and promotions on top of their already best prices in town! I definitely recommend this company to be your only source of tires! One thing about this store is that I do advise that you plan ahead or fqll ahead as this is one of their busier locations)

Was upset at first because there was some miscommunication about my tires, but Pat was thorough in getting to the bottom of it and finding a solution quickly and fairly. I give Pat 5 !!! He was very patient with me and fixed my tires in a matter of minutes.

Made a same day appointment for 3:45PM for four tires that were in stock for my car. Tires were installed in less than an hour and I was out the door at 4:25PM.

Shoutout to Brandon Hall, who has consistently been professional and courteous, both on days when it seems like it s more relaxed in their bays and on days where the place is the epitome of chaos.I used to strictly get my tires from Costco, but with their mounting scheduling wait times and spotty service, I looked elsewhere to find a better experience - Discount Tires is now permanently my go-to place for anything wheels related.

What an AMAZING experience!! I had an appointment today, and when I got there, they took great care of me. I had quite a few questions about the service and what I needed. The customer service was EXCELLENT!! Pat was very informative and so helpful. This store has provided me with such a great experience. I recommend that you come here for all of your tire and service needs. It's definitely worth it! The team is simply amazing. They got me in on time and out exactly when they said they would. Excellent customer service. Got there before they opened with my wife, first there and had a seat on the bench. We watched about a dozen people pull up, some sat in their car and some started forming a line. We are both seniors so we sat. Watched as the clerk opened the door and everyone rushed in. He asked how we were doing as he held the door open for all and I stated that being first and early means nothing anymore. We watched a couple of women time it just perfect, having arrived last but just walked straight to the front. He said I can help you and we got escorted past everyone, watched him open up, get our car in and put four new tires on in less than 30 minutes. Always get excellent service at any discount tire.

I worked with Trey who was absolutely phenomenal. He was a referral from a friend of mine, and made sure I was comfortable, kept me updated and all in all I feel confident in the service I was provided. The store was clean, and spacious enough that I could work while I was waiting on my car to be finished.

I realized I had a slow leak due to a nail in my tire. They took care of me by repairing the tire for which I'm thankful. However, the 5-star worthy behavior is that they valued me as a customer just the same as the other big ticket services. I really appreciated that and will definitely return to give them my business!

I visited this location yesterday because my tire pressure warning had been going off and I needed to get my tires checked. It was starting to rain heavily and I thought I might be turned away, but the person helping me was kind enough to allow me to pull into an empty bay and check my tires for me. He added more air for me, but I'll need to come back in for another appointment to have my tire looked at more thoroughly. It's free to have this done, so I'm thankful for that! Overall, I'm satisfied and will return.

Outstanding place to get tires. Not only are their prices great, their "after the sale" customer service is amazing. Follow-up reminders for air pressure checks and tire rotation checks are needed and welcomed. Thanks Discount Tire! AAAA++++

Had been going to Hiram Discount Tire for years, and always seemed to have an issue with them from missing lug nuts, stripped posts, improperly installed covers, etc. Gave these guys a try as they are close by my work, and they were absolutely awesome. Great customer service, the techs were professional, and the store was well ran. Kudos to the team there, Hiram could take a page out of your book!

I had 4 tires installed at a good price. During routine work a non-routine issue popped up. The manager called me immediately to express his concern and he gave me my options. His integrity was top notch and I will trust them with all of my future car care needs.

Everyone there is very nice and accommodating. I ve gotten my tire plugged twice now (years apart) at a couple of different locations and I ve always been taken care of. Whether getting a free service or spending hundreds of dollars, always treated with respect!! Everyone today checked on me to make sure I was taken care of. Very friendly.
