Thanks so much to the team at Crazy Nae's. You guys are AMAZING. You recommended exactly what we needed to make my daughter's Gladiator just how she wanted. I had an amazing experience at this shop! I walked in on a Friday afternoon with a serious issue with my Jeep Wrangler, which had only 16k miles. Rob didn't hesitate to diagnose and solve the problem. I am grateful for their quick and efficient service and I will never take my Jeep to any other shop. This shop is truly a rare find these days! I brought my 05 Wrangler here after another shop did poor suspension work and left me with major death wobble. Rob was attentive, communicated frequently and thoroughly (including photos of what he was finding) and repaired my jeep quickly. He made sure a member of his team rode with me on a test drive before paying to make sure I was satisfied with his work. It's riding great and is now safe on the road thanks to his team. The whole staff here was amazing. I had just got new wheels and tires on my truck and realized i needed some extra room/height due to tire rubbing. I took it here and they immediately took care of me and did an excellent job. My truck rides amazing now and looks great. This was one of the best auto mechanic experiences I've ever had. The management of this garage truly cares about their customers in a way that I haven't experienced before. The repair was fast, reasonably priced, expertly done, and delivered on time for my daughter's drive back to college. And besides, they're total Jeep people! Please do not hesitate to take your Jeep here, despite the fact that they're Alabama fans.....go Gators!

After a very long and frustrating situation with a 3rd party warranty and a different shop, we finally took our Jeep to Crazy Nae s and they were absolutely incredible. They diagnosed our JK quickly and correctly and did all the leg work with the warranty company. They got our JK fixed promptly and got it back to us as quickly as possible! We are so thankful for Crazy Nae s and couldn t recommend them more to any Jeep owner! We are now back on the trails and road with our Jeep because of them! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed working with the staff of Crazy Nae s. We met with Rob and team numerous times before beginning the project and each time offered suggestions and alternatives to realize the vision we had for our Jeep. Just picked up my Jeep, had a list of maintenance repairs that needed to be done. I m very happy with the service and turn-around-time. Staff was outstanding and are definitely Jeep experts. And they ve got some really cool Jeep projects in the works. Cudos to Rob and his staff.

I must express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Crazy Nae's Jeep Wave. Despite their claim of job completion, I encountered significant issues with the repairs on my Jeep Wrangler, raising doubts about the team's competence in handling such vehicles. Unfortunately, I had to seek assistance from another shop to address and rectify the issues.The numerous challenges encompassed horrible customer service, a failure to adhere to timelines, unresponsive phone communication, and a lack of callbacks. The vehicle sat in the workshop for ten months, seemingly without reason, as the job was not executed to any acceptable standard. The assembly of the suspension was mishandled, leading to substantial complications.Opting not to pursue legal action, as the other body shop was able to secure payment from insurance to address the issues, I find it disappointing to witness such incompetence. Despite collecting over $20,000 from insurance, the funds were not allocated for the intended repairs. Furthermore, the car was returned with missing parts that were originally installed before entering the body shop, sparking concerns of potential theft.Additionally, Rob and his wife lack essential customer service skills and demonstrate a fundamental misunderstanding of effective business management, further contributing to the overall negative experience.My intent is not to foster negativity but to share my experience, cautioning others to exercise prudence when considering Crazy Nae's Jeep Wave for their automotive needs.

Heart full of compassion and classy professionalism is what I got here! They are extremely busy because they do amazing work. They care about you and they care about the quality of work they do. I highly recommend you find a spot on their schedule. Their expertise, knowledge, attention to detail, customer service and quality professional work is absolutely worth it!!

If there was a way I could give 6 stars I would! This is the 2nd Jeep I have had Rob lift for me. His work speaks for itself and his customer service is in a league of its own and his prices are definitely better than 4 Wheel Parts or any local competitor. I will do all my Jeep business with Crazy Nae s Jeep Wave!

I will recommend this place to anyone who has a jeep! I was recommended by a friend of mine who is also friends with Taryn. Taryn is so sweet and kind! Rob is amazing! He explained that he did to my jeep in detail! Didn t understand a whole lot of it but I appreciate that he did that! I will definitely go back for anything that my jeep needs even any modifications! Highly recommended to everyone!!!

Took really good care of my Jeep and even went above and beyond on the installation of everything. We are working through a list of about 12 items and he organized everything in order to be completed. I d recommend this place to anyone with a jeep. They re going to do you right!

The guys at Jeep wave went above and beyond my expectations! I brought them a 98 H1 that I was turning into a everyday driver. We bounced ideas off each other and came up with a design. Throughout the entire process they kept in touch with me to give me updates. If we couldn t find parts ( 98 H1) they would just fabricate it in the shop! They dropped a system in it that drowns out the engine and if you have ever been in hmmwv you know how hard that is to do. I would recommend them to anyone.Service: Painting

I have had 2 jeeps built with Rob and he is a perfectionist! Never met a mechanic with a better work ethic. Definitely need to come here to get a fair price and a GREAT job!

Every once and a while you find a gem of a place and as a reviewer you hate to rave about it because the place will see an increase in business and you hope it doesn't have an adverse effect in the way they do business. This is one of those places! 5 stars does not do this place justice! I wish I could rate this place 10+! First off Rob is an amazing mechanic and his staff Gagnon and the rest of the crew are so meticulous. When you meet with Rob he listens to your needs, he wants to meet with you to go over all the details of his estimate! Yes including pricing! He will let you know what needs to be done and what will need to be completed at a later date. In addition to this he will personally take you into his shop and show you on your car what the problem is if there is one and will explain in detail what he will need to do. The last time someone did this for me was 27 years ago. This used to be the norm until repair shops stopped letting byou in their shop. I have a Jeep a 2010 Jeep Liberty and he went over every detail of the vehicle and why certain items needed to be completed and why if I choose to I could wait on. He watches every dollar like its your own so he isnt pushy or like a dealership service writer trying to sell you items you dont need. And here's the kicker his turn around time is amazing! My Jeep needed a lot of work because of prior repair places basically not doing services and charging for them or not telling me what needs to be done and thus many items had to be brought upto speed on my Jeep. It took Rob a day to get the parts and complete the repairs. It rides better now that it has in years and gas mileage has also greatly improved thanks to Robs maintenance suggestions. Rob and his shop are an amazing throwback to one folks actually took pride in their work and cared about doing the right thing by people and charging a reasonable price. Oh and Rob even gave me a ride home in a very cool Jeep. I challenge anyone to find a more knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable vehicle maintenance, repair shop!

Called the shop up I was having some issues with my jeep. I brought the jeep in these guys had it diagnosed within an hour and fixed for almost half what the other guys wanted. Can t beat the price. Great place with great people best place for in and out oil change to full custom vehicles getting a health care check on your vehicle to make sure that check engine light doesn't turn into an engine replacement...air ride, custom stereo equipment to beat the block-down tons of quality aftermarket jeep parts and accessories lifts to lights go in and check them out see and make your dream ride into reality .... Wow what a place. These guys are great. I will only let rob the take a look at my truck he is also the owner and will take good care of you. I send my friend in there and he got a big lift and the whole package . It looks awesome great job rob.

Horrible experience! Bad customer service and did a horrible job on my truck! Had to have another shop fix it! Also found out why it s called crazy Nae s, unfortunately! The owner Nae went off on me over the phone when I simply asked for them to fix the issue on my install and that I not have to drop it back off for a whole day. She proceeded to yell at me that I was insulting her installers and that they did nothing wrong and if I wanted to drop it off again they would look at it. I told her I m not going to take this from you this is an unacceptable way to talk to your customers. She then said, oh no you re going to listen to me, etc in a very angry voice. I had to hang up. Took my truck to another shop that fixed the work and did it right. They said the wiring was a hot mess of wires running through the engine. Don t use this company if you want a quality job and good service. If you ve heard the saying What s in a name? Everything! This definitely rings true with Crazy Nae s!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this business! Rob and Renee are so kind and really know Jeeps! I ve had mine here for a lift (it was perfect), upgraded sound system (amazing) and now a new amp (I should have listened to Rob earlier) ! Seriously I will always use them for anything I need for my Jeep! Good folks support local They are knowledgeable and very fair!

Great owners and customer service. Tiny Camper Co was coming back from Great Smokey Moutain Jeep Invasion where we started to have issued with our Jeep. Stayed the night in Georgia, then visited them at 9 am in the morning. They took care of us that day, allowing us to get home safe to Florida. Great company and great Jeep. Scam Alert ! The worst shop I have ever seen! They have 0 certified technicians working there, go ahead and ask to see a ASE certificate. Prices are marked up X 2.5! Owner Rob has multiple current lawsuits against him for scamming customers. Jeep builds never get completed, they just sit in the parking lot for around a year! They will take your deposit, never order parts , park your jeep out back, and let it sit there, while never contacting or updating you. Multiple people have had to tow their vehicle to another shop after 6 months to a year of just sitting there, no deposit given back either.. hints all the lawsuits. Be careful going into the shop and confronting the owner, he will turn off the cameras, go completely crazy, try to attack you, then go to his office and grab his pistol. I ve seen the whole thing with the most current customer suing him. Safe yourself, your Jeep, and your money go somewhere else!

I called Jeep Wave to have them take a look at problem with an after market headlight. The light was originally installed by 4WP and the passenger side kept going out. After a few attempts at diagnosing the problem, I started looking for another shop. Rob was able to get the Jeep in the next day. Not only did he figure out the problem but he was also able to install a previously purchased stereo and added a back up camera. My wife and I were very pleased with the customer service and the timely manner the work was completed. Rob knows what he s doing and has earned our continued business. We will definitely be back for more!!

This is a gem of a maintenance shop. Kennesaw is extremely lucky to have this place so close by. Starting from the services + quality of maintenance to the very fair prices they offer, this place has it all. Rob and his team were absolutely fantastic and kept me updated throughout the service time. You will save HUNDREDS and possibly THOUSANDS of dollars coming here instead of a dealership depending on what services you need.
