They kept telling me you car will be done next week and never gave me a date. After about a month of getting it back my gas cap wouldn t open and a part of my car flew off while driving. Glad I didn t pay for it and it was the insurance because I would hate to waste my money on such sub par work.They seem to only make sure the final product looks good and not functional. When other places didn't even get back to me to confirm my insurance estimate for body work on my Mercedes, Collision Tech provided a quick, friendly reply. They fixed the car in the timeframe they promised and stayed within the original quote! The work done was superb, and the paint match is great.

My driver's door and lower portion of my driver's passenger door, looked like a crinkled piece of tin foil. When I got my car back 1 week later, it looked literally brand new. Collision Tech is one of the best body repair shops in Georgia. Due to finder benders to major accidents that are repairable. Jerry and his staff made the car look exactly like it did just before impact. If not better. I crumpled up the front end of my 1998 Volvo some time in 2000 or 2001. Jerry and his staff repaired it with excellent results. On my next scheduled service (I use an independent shop that only serviced Volvos back then). Did not notice the front end had been crashed until I told him. He looked more thoroughly and could see some very minor irregularities. He said the repair was one of the best he had ever seen. You can't go wrong by using Collison Tech for your accident repairs.

Very unsatisfied with the work performed! I paid over $900 to have weather strips replaced and hinge adjustment to reduce the sound of wind coming into my car. Billed for 6 hours of labor that the technician took 45-60 minutes to complete and the noise still exists! Immediately took the car back technician did something test drove it and said it was good now. Needless to say I will not be back! And yes the loud wind noise still exists!!

I have a 2016 Ford F350 that is in impeccable condition because I m OCD about taking care of my things Collision tech is a breath of fresh air in an industry that is filled with over promise and under deliver these days! Jerry is such a nice guy! His office kept me updated as things went along call and he beat his delivery date by two days! The Collision tech team did such an amazing job it makes me want them to paint my whole truck! Too bad for me they only do collision work. If you are looking for a collision repair shop you need not look any further! Thank you so much Collision Tech! Do not be fooled by this Google review. If you are thinking of coming to this shop. STOP! They are horrible with communication. They'll take their phone off the hook and never get back to you. I'll give you the run around about time frames. And when you get your vehicle back the colors won't match there will be dirt in your paint and Orange peel texture all over the place. I feel like they took it in the back alley and used a rattle can. The only thing that looks good on it is are the dealer ordered parts reinstalled. Now I'm stuck going to another body shop Out of my own pocket to get a repair the right way. If I could give negative stars I wouldIf I could give negative stars I would.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business. No communication whatsoever. They totally screwed up my vehicle, and basically blamed me for their inability to repair it correctly. They used up three months of my life screwing with me. It s now in another shop where are shocked at the poor quality of work done. The estimate to fix is more than the original estimate. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Collision Tech did another excellent job on the repair of my vehicle. The paint matches perfect and you would never know it was involved in an accident. In addition, they worked great with my insurance carrier direct on a few change orders due to a limited supply of parts. I highly recommend their services, you will not be disappointed!

This place and the owner Jerry totally live up to all of the great reviews. I haven't even had my car fixed yet, but just in the estimation process I felt totally comfortable and confident that Collision Tech was 100% upfront, honest, and was trying to do what they could to mitigate the cost. There was no "up selling" or bait-n-switch BS. And while I was there I spoke with two other customers that have lived in the area and had come there over the years for various work on family cars (mostly due to teenage kids :-) of course) and they all spoke very highly of Jerry and Collision Tech.

Collision Tech did a fantastic job repairing my car. My paint required a two step process and it is flawless. You cannot tell that the door was ever damaged. They also finished the job on time. I highly recommend Collision Tech!

Collision Tech repaired my Honda Element last Fall after an accident. I am completely satisfied with the work, and I felt the cost was reasonable. In fact, after the initial repairs were done, I took the car back to have my old fogged-over headlights replaced. I particularly appreciated Jerry taking time to explain which parts should be OEM and which parts were worth buying aftermarket to save money. Communication with the shop was good, they stood by their estimates, and the work was done in the time promised. I would definitely recommend Collision Tech to others.

Nice people and the owner is funny. The estimate was accurate to the actual total for the damages on my bumper.The only thing I would recommend if you choose them is calling them for updates. They seem to be very busy so they might not call you for a while if you re the type of person to expect them to initiate anything first.

I am a 100% satisfied customer of Collision Tech and I highly recommend their team to anyone looking for quality work at a great price with a very customer friendly team. I damaged my vehicle before even driving it after it was delivered to me. I was upset with myself and the first drive I took was to a different shop that told me the topper of my vehicle could not be repaired for what I thought was not major damage and it would cost me well over 2k to replace. Then I went to Collision Tech. It was such a positive experience from the beginning. The staff was very friendly and sympathetic to my situation and they took my vehicle in right away and even offered to drive me home to make my day better without asking because I was going to call a cab and lived close by. The price was fantastic and it would be ready in just a few days. So in the end my vehicle was done the day they said it would be and it was cleaned and looked amazing. The work was to perfection and I could not be happier. Thanks Collision Tech for everything!!

Through my years of experience, I have never been more satisfied with any service more than that provided by Jerry and his professional team at Collision Tech. The shop primarily focuses on collision repair, but as a long time customer of Jerry's I asked him to paint my entire car. With the amount of work that Jerry did, I am unsure how he even made a profit on my car. It is the best paint and clear coat that I have ever seen, and looks better than a stock paint job. Thank you Jerry and team!!

Wonderful! I have taken my cars to them since I started driving (which was a long time ago). I am an OCD/perfectionist and they are too! Mr. Keys and his staff do an excellent job making your car as good as new (or better) after an accident. They did a unbelievable job in color matching my 87 Ford Mustang's baby powder blue paint.I know that I can trust them with the care of my children (cars). Thanks!Service: Body & Trim

A Jewel amongst the pack. I love the experience here, the customer service can not be beat. The was my second time in this shop and I meant to write a review the first time. They were helpful and honest from the beginning, Jerry and the big black dog, LOL.I had a fender bender in October 14, then again this past month. I got my car towed to them and they worked hand in hand with the insurance company to get my car fixed. It was anticipated for two weeks, they did it in one. Now I am back on the road and would highly recommend their service.There was no scare tactics, up front fees, just friendly courteous service. I hope I never have to see them again but things happen and when they do I will take it there no matter how far, I trust them.

Jerry Key has been fixing my vehicles for more than 18 years. I know when I use his shop I have nothing to worry about. His pricing is always fair, his work is exemplary, and his turnaround time impressive. He has fixed something on almost every car, truck, and van I have owned. Some of my collisions have done extensive damage, but when he is done, they look like new. Myself and my family refuse to use anyone else.

Collision Tech did an absolutely amazing job on my car! I am so grateful for their help. From the first phone call to the last they answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car in good hands. They were super flexible and very courteous. They did an amazing job on my car you would never know that it had been in an accident and even helped find the right parts at the right place. Collision Tech is an awesome place to take your car. I will definitely do business with them again. My car was repair was perfect! Great customer service like this is hard to find. When all was said and done I had a wonderful experience.

Collision Tech is THE place to go for body work! We have taken our cars here for the past nine years and have been very pleased. With teenage drivers, we seem to be frequent visitors over the years. The owner, Jerry, is very good about making recommendations and presenting options. I have recommended them to many of my friends who also now use them and are pleased!

I came by them as a referral from a friend. Unfortunately had 2 people hit our car in school parking lot over last 2 months. Collision tech gave me the most resaonable quote and advice on how to best handle the situation. Even bumped out the door and front quarter panel issue that was rubbing and making a popping sound when it opened so no more damage came out of it while we were working out with one of the at fault parties. I highly recommend seeing them for a quote, advice, and repair.

I suppose like most women I don't know a lot about cars and car repairs so I was very fortunate to have found Collision Tech. The owner, Jerry really took his time to explain things to me and made sure I knew what was happening all the way through the process. He also saved me a Lot of money!! I appreciated the kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend using this business.

I found out about Collision Tech through my cousin. Previously I had always taken my car to Toyota. I will now always take my car to Jerry. He is professional, personable and a man of his word. My car was completed on the day that he promised and was repaired faultlessly. He went above and beyond by not only washing the exterior of my car he cleaned the interior and presented it to me in better condition than I had delivered it to him. His service was fantastic!

I just picked up my car after being repaired from a car accident, and it is a top-notch job! I couldn t be any happier with the work! The car was ready earlier than expected, and the process was easy and wrinkle free from start to finish. The staff is very friendly, and extremely easy to work with. I wouldn t hesitate for a second to bring an automobile there if need be in the future.

Great shop. Gave them my FRS to repair wheel/suspension/steering damage and they gave me back a car that drives like the day I bought it. They didn't detail car, which is common with many other collision shops; but for the quality of work in repairs, I'll vacuum my damn self.Highly recommend, I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here. Hopefully they'll consider jobs outside of their notable collision service. Staff was friendly and attentive.

EXCELLENT COLLISION REPAIR & CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had my Jeep Liberty fixed here after being in an accident. From the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out, I received great customer service. Jerry, Christina, and the team were responsive and attentive to my situation and they handled everything in an expeditious manner. They by far went the extra mile (no pun intended) to really make my Jeep shine again. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone's car needs. Excellent work!! Jerry has repaired our black Jeep Grand Cherokee 2x after being rear-ended at traffic lights. He has done a great job doing high quality work, on time, and at fair price. Jerry s team took care of all insurance hassles. Really appreciated his buffing out some scratching we spotted not related to the accident.
