Thank you Javier, Keisha, my shuttle drivers and Costas :) GREAT customer service from when I walked in to when I picked up my car!My 10 year old, 175K mile Toyota Avalon just got a FULL PAINT JOB because of a recall!! WOW! They made it so easy to drop off my car, gave me a rental for 15 days while they re-painted my car. THANK YOU!!! This is one of the many reasons our family only buys Toyota vehicles!

This is one of the best places with excellent customer service. Everyone here is friendly and extremely helpful. Their techs do great repair work too, and they work with insurance companies to get your car repaired as quickly as possible.

I have taken my 2002 Toyota 4Runner here twice now for repairs and I continue to be thoroughly impressed with the craftsmanship. I have made a point to use OEM parts on my 4Runner so my expectations were high.Lake was my point of contact for the second round and he went above and beyond to ensure OEM Grade A parts were used on my vehicle, all the way down to the nuts and bolts. The paint was perfectly blended and I could not be happier with the results. As a Toyota certified shop they will continue to be the only place I take my 4Runner when I need a body shop.

I was asked to pick up my car on December 15th, 2023. When I arrived, I found that the car's right center pillar was not completely fixed and was still partially buckled with a poor paint job. I refused to accept the delivery, and it was eventually fixed after 10 days. I finally picked up my car on Wednesday, December 27th. The right pillar was corrected; however, the car's trunk was extremely dirty, with scratches over the black plastic inside. The car is a 2024 Camry and had only 1,400 miles on it. Apparently, the trunk was used by your shop to store large parts, resulting in its being dirty and scratched. I am disappointed and would not recommend your shop to anyone for repairs.

Excellent customer service from dropping my car off to having it prepared. Detailed, thorough, dependable and kept me in the loop. They kept my car a little longer than I wanted but, it was worth it.

The team at Cobb County Collision Center did an amazing job fixing my car after an accident with a deer. They were easy to stay in touch with, worked hard on my behalf; and went the extra mile for me. Special thanks to Eddie for his help! I highly recommend.

Great experience in working with this team, especially Drake! They were able to repair to the so well, when I took it to get an oil change, they had no clue it had been repaired. They have been very responsive and flexible in working with me and I really can't say enough! You can trust them with your car and know you are getting quality service. I dropped off my Honda Civic w/o reading all the reviews first. I must say that my experience thus far has been FANTASTIC.Matthew ran the front desk with superb efficiency while providing excellent customer services.Eddie was prompt and business minded in his initial assessment. He called when he had a question and promptly took my return call.I honestly expect nothing short of a continuing positive experience right through to the end. I am a contented customer!

Well, I don't know when those other two reviews were.....but I had a GREAT experience at this place. Shannon and Bo were wonderful!!!! I had no hassles with my daughters car. It was finished when they told me it would be and they were always nice and helpful when I called. My husband and I have a business also and I will DEFINITELY recommend this place to EVERYONE I come in contact with. THANKS TO SHANNON AND BO AND THE GUYS WHO FIXED MY DAUGHTERS CAR. CYNTHIA CAPES

Matthew at Cobb County was awesome!!!!!! He definitely went over and beyond in his customer service. He got results from my insurance company who was being completely slow in the progress. He kept me informed and always had an answer for every question. They did great work on my car. It looks brand new! Thank you again Matthew and the team at Cobb County!

Great staff, very helpful! My family and I have used this shop six or seven times for various wrecks/repairs. The repairs have always been fast and the quality of work is excellent! The work is always as good, if not better than new. Hands down the best repair shop for the money!

Horrible customer service. Went in on Dec 18th to get an estimate. Our serviceman David Moore act like we were bothering him on a Saturday. Did not spend any time with us and told us he would call us back on Monday. It has now been 23 and he still has not called us. I guess they don't need my business. They need to work on customer service.

Very poor communication. No call backs from service rep. I had to call and speak with secretary who was supposed to give him my message. No return call from him. Waited for 2 days on 2 separate occasions. Will never return and DO NOT RECOMMEND.Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

Total lack of professionalism, they barely communicate with you on the status of your vehicle. Took them 2 weeks to put in a tire, something that can be done in one afternoon. DISHONEST AND RUDE!! STAY AWAY..Someone hit the back bumper of my vehicle and I took it here for repairs. When I returned to get my car, it had new chips and scratches in several locations. I brought this to their attention and was told by Eddie that he had eyes on my car and no one parked next to it. He then told me he watched the techs take off the bumper, paint the bumper and reinstall the bumper so there was no way the damage could have happened at their facility. My car is black and the new damage was all the way down to the grey primer, very obvious. Extremely easy to see from 30 feet away. No way was it there prior to being at their shop. So Eddie must have lived there for 5 days if he never took his eyes off of my car. In the pictures they took of my car when it first went into the shop you can't see the chips that are now there, but they still refuse to admit fault. Marty the manager wasn't any better. He pretty much accused me of being a liar, and stated that his employees were professionals. Well professionals are human too and being a mechanic myself I know all about the horseplay and mistakes that can happen. What ever happened to the days when the customer was always right? Let alone call the customer a liar. So if you ever take your car somewhere to have work done. Do yourself a favor and take pictures of all sides of your vehicle and have them sign something as to the condition of it just like a rental car company does to you. That way you will have the proof you need. "Stay away from these rude and untrustworthy people". It's bad enough to be inconvenience by someone hitting your car let alone having to deal with this kind of drama. Thanks for nothing COBB COUNTY COLLISION.

Wow-just unbelievable. I spoke to them on Thursday -"Yes, you can have your car back for Monday." (after 2 weeks there) "I'll call you." I try to call them since 11:15 on Saturday -no one answers. Now they're closed. No car again, no call from them. Really would not bring a car again there unless you own several cars and can do without you vehicle!

My Jeep commander had a leak in the sunroof for 8 months . Finally figured out how to fix it . My car had mold and was a complete mess . I took it to there to get it detailed . Melissa was great at communicating what was going on with my car and Lake did a great job at getting it cleaned up . It took a few days (that s how terrible it was) but now it s FABULOUS !!! I will be taking my husbands truck here to get detailed also . They did an amazing job !!! Thank you both very much .

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have used them in the past, but I never will again. Cobb county collision has done nothing to deserve my future business. They have had my car for two weeks, it was supposed to be done five days ago, Eddie, my representative is saying it may be several more days until it's complete. I would strongly recommend anyone to use another repair shop. Business is earned, appreciated, and valued, I have not experienced any of this while working with Eddie at cobb county collision.

Cobb Collision did a wonderful job of repairing my car. I worked with estimater Keith McNeal who was exceptional. The repair was completed on time and the cost was very close to the original estimate. I encountered no problems.

I am very impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail. Unfortunately I had backed up into another car in parking lot at Trader Joe's back in California. I decided to wait until I moved out to Georgia as I was pretty sure the cost would be less here. I was hoping that it would be under a $1000 but boy, bumpers are expensive.I have a 2015 Toyota Corolla and it was going to be a little more than 1K. Khemara was very helpful and gave me the best and worst case scenarios. I decided it was smarter to use my insurance. I know that depending on how much insurance pays out for repairs it could affect your premium so I was hoping it would no be as much. I had to call the Geico insurance adjuster and have her look at the car and get an estimate. The good news is that my insurance adjuster Jennifer (who was also very friendly and knowledgeable) works with Cobb Collision Center regularly so once I got the quote from her things went very quickly.I dropped off my car on Tuesday and I got it back on Saturday! Another added plus is that they offer rental cards onsite so you drop your car off and drive off with a rental car. I am new to this area so I was hoping I would just get a Corolla as I am not used to the roads arounds here. And so I did! I actually was provided a brand new Corolla as my rental. They did warn me that I had to drive around 15 minutes or so as the battery had died earlier due to it not being driven. When I tried to start the car later that day to go to the gym, unfortunately the car would not start. I called Khemara and she took care of it right away. She sent someone out for me to swap the car with another new Corolla.When I went to pick up my car on Saturday, Bo was there by himself juggling customers. He wanted to make sure that I did not get wet whilst transferring items from my rental car to mine. It is a small thing but it shows that he genuinely care.Since they do detail work on cars I will definitely bring my car back to get it serviced!

Horrible experience. Specifically with Fred Smith. He straight up hung up the phone on me. I then went to talk to him in person and wouldn't even talk to me, he had to have the manager talk to me. Never would recommend. Horrible experience
