Justin did a phenomenal job keeping me up to date with the entire process. My car was repaired earlier than expected and looked just as good as the day I purchased it. Beyond thrilled with the results, timeliness, and customer service provided by Justin.

I had an amazing experience with Darryl and the team at this location. My Tesla was involved in a small rear-end collision, so it needed a new rear bumper among a few other things. The service manager at Tesla Kennesaw told me that many Tesla owners in the area have had a good experience with Classic Collision, so I took up the recommendation. The work performed by the team here was done very well, and also completed slightly ahead of schedule. Regular text updates throughout the process were also a nice touch. If your Tesla was involved in a collision, I highly recommend this Tesla-certified business for any repairs!

A very great experience with this location in Kennesaw, Rob the tech, kept me well informed about my vehicle while it was being repaired. The repair on my vehicle was well above my expectation when I picked it up, I would definitely recommend you to bring your vehicles to Classic Collision for your vehicles repair work.

Terrible customer service. Booked repair weeks ahead of scheduled date and talked to them about dropping the car on Sunday since I would be out of town. They told me they had a drop box and I would need to call and provide credit card. Called me when I was gone to tell me person who did the estimate no longer worked there. While they still had the estimate they had to start over and "walk the car" with me to discuss what was going to be done before they could repair the car. Claimed to not know I was dropping it off even though the girl (Mia) who told me this was the same girl I talked to about leaving it. Total waste of my time and advanced planning, and they didn't care. Went to Gerber and got an estimate immediately, which turned out to be $1,000 less than Classic Collision quote. They were friendly and attentive and I scheduled the repair. I will never go to Classic Collision again.

Just had a small bumper repair and Darryl and crew were wonderful. Only took 2 1/2 days and price was fair. Easy in and out and car looks like new. And the people were really nice too.

Justin Elkins handled our claim and he was top notch! He kept us updated throughout the process more than I have ever seen regarding a repair of any kind let alone a car repair. We were updated regarding even when I didn't feel it was necessary. Don't want to have to go to body shop again but if I do, I won't hesitate to go to CC and ask for Justin. A+!

Justin at Classic Collision was amazing. Came in with a very tight timeline for a repair and low part availability and he turned a months long wait into a just two weeks. He was super communicative and honest with the estimates and delivered it under budget and faster than expected! Great job!

This is going to be a LONG post so buckle up. I had a minor incident December 2023, where someone rolled into my Tesla S (cosmetic damage). My insurance referred me to Classic Collision.I spoke with someone who told me I could drop my vehicle off anytime.I drop my vehicle off in January. I did not grab a rental because my company allowed me to use one of their fleet vehicles. 3 weeks pass and I am anxious as to what is going on. I speak to Darryl who says that there is a back order on parts and they won t be available until the second week of February. Knowing this, shouldn t they have told me not to drop my vehicle off before the parts are in? (They knew what type of vehicle I had before I ever came in)This would make it 5.5 weeks without my car, a car I could still drive with no issues. I state I d like to come pick it up and drive it until the parts are received.I pick it up and am told that I can drop it off once the parts are in. The last week of February I call to confirm that my car can be worked on and, how long it will take. I had a planned trip and absolutely had to leave out on the 12th.Darryl tells me it will take 10 days. I confirm and verify, are you positive, because if not, I can wait until after my trip. He promises it will be ready. My father has been a mechanic for over 30 years. My cousin owns his own shop and has done body work for the same amount of time. I have worked in engines, painting, etc. I say all this to make a point. It doesn t take 10 days to replace a door and buff out some scratches. So I presume that this WILL be enough time.I drop my vehicle off. I call the SAME DAY on Darryl s cell and leave a message asking him to look at the driver side mirror. My fianc accidentally power washed a piece of paint off. I wanted to see if they could fix it while the vehicle is there. No response over the weekend, but that s no worries. I call back Monday and leave the same message with Mia. I hear nothing for a week, but assume they re busy and let them do their thing.I call a week later to check if my message was received and if the vehicle is doing well. Mind you, I have my phone connected to the car so I can see when they re working on it and things have been quiet for a couple of days. I speak to Mia again who states that yes my vehicle should be ready to be picked up on the 12th. I again ask about the mirror and if Darryl knew about it and she again states she will verify with him and someone will let me know.I call the 11th and speak to Mia AGAIN. She states it will be ready to pick up the next day but they will let me know what time. March 12th comes along and I am antsy because I am supposed to be driving that night, and have heard NOTHING. I call at 3pm and speak again to Mia. She states Darryl will call me. It is the end of the day and I need someone to drive me over. I cannot wait indefinitely for anyone to call me. So at 4pm when I ve received no call, I assume that the car will be ready as I ve been told on (3) phone calls.I show up at 4:30pm March 12th. Not only have they NOT been working on my car the last 10 days, they waited until the last day to finish putting the vehicle together only to find that Tesla sent the wrong door handle over.So now they re all apologies but the general manager turned down my request for a loaner car because it s not their fault . It s not their fault that they let my vehicle sit for 3 weeks without notifying me. It s not their fault they waited until the last day to work on my car. It s not their fault I ve gone ignored.I end up needing to get a rental and am out money on that, plus gas. I receive my car back and find my car bumper hanging off, and the passenger door handle doesn t open. So to end 3 months of headache, just know you will have to babysit them for any sort of update, and most of the time you will go ignored if not there in person. Do not leave ANY personal items, and if accidentally forgotten call them and notify them immediately. Mike their GM has given me slight resolution so I ve edited my review accordingly.

Classic Collision Kennesaw provided excellent customer service and communication throughout the entirety of my experience. From start to finish, the staff really made me feel taken care of and communicated the status of my car throughout every step of the way. I highly recommend this body shop and would most certainly use them again. Excellent!

My friend had his truck repaired here after his accident they did a terrible job. It took them months to do it with excuse after excuse. In the end they ended up scratching the truck from front to back, lost plastic rivets holding the inner finder well and instead of replacing them used drywall screws. Huge uneven body gaps terrible paint job and new damage that they inflicted. If your insurance company recommends them deny it and find someone else!

Terrible experience after my already stressful car accident. They generated a crazy high estimate. For example $1000 to paint a bumber at $50/hour for 13 hours. Who paints a bumber for that long for one. Then they didn't even look under the hood to see if there was any damage. Won't ever come back.EDIT ALERT: My record is very well in your system liars. How can you check anything without a full name?

Worst experience ever. Matt the adjuster filed my claim with the wrong insurance company which prolonged my waiting period by two weeks. The manager took no responsibility and after their mistake asked me to follow up with the insurance company to help move things along. I never got a call on the status of my repair. I did however receive multiple random text saying my car was ready for pick up, and when I went to pick it up it wasn t ready. Worst part is I found out when my car was actually ready for pick up from the insurance company. I would never ever use this collision shop again!!!! Beware!!!! You have been warned!!!! I wish I could give them zero stars!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst and rudest receptionist and the Mechanic assigned to me. They estimated 12k $ first Jst for rear side bumper collision coz I have a claim. My insurance consider its a total loss coz they increased again. When I said car was bought for my late son and I cried at the office the receptionist lady and the mechanic guy were laughing. But I fought and got my car back Now I fixed that for 4k$.

During my recent visit to Classic Collision Kennesaw, I encountered unclear communication and an overwhelmed staff, including Sara. This led to a series of conflicting statements about my insurance, vehicle assessment, and appointment scheduling. Initially, I was told my insurance wasn t accepted, then that my towed vehicle couldn t be assessed, followed by claims of being fully booked until the end of February, and finally being told I had no appointment at all. Having previously had satisfactory experiences (I was a loyal client), this inconsistency and the UNPROFESSIONAL suggestion to take my business elsewhere were startling. I hope for clearer communication and a more professional approach to maintain Classic Collision s reputable standards.I took my business elsewhere as LITERALLY requested by Sara!Ps: I scheduled an appointment, received a confirmation and was there a day earlier solely to drop off insurance docs to facilitate the staff s life.Text attached: Your drop off appointment with Classic Collision is confirmed for Tue 1/23 at 10:00 am.1680 Old 41 Hwy, Kennesaw, GA 30152Reply "STOP" to cancel. I was accused of not knowing how to use the scheduling system . Wow! Thanks again!

I ve gotten my car fixed many times by many different places however Justin Elkins here at classic collision truly raised the bar on what I can expect while getting my car serviced! The circumstances were difficult being that there were issues with the insurance, however, he remained patient and professional. I don t usually do reviews but he taught me so much and the service was so outstanding I just had to! If my car ever needs repair agin this is where I ll come and Justin Elkins is who I will ask for.

Went in to try to get an estimate on my off day. Arrived at the front and listened to the receptionist and someone talk for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Asked for a simple estimate to have a tail light replaced. Everyone that could do estimate was on lunch . I arrived before noon. Everyone gone. Soonest she could get an estimate was next week. Choose somewhere else.

I brought my wife's Subaru Legacy in after an incident with a deer. While the repairs appeared to be satisfactory, my wife had noticed that the passenger side steering responsive fog light was not illuminating the road. While the light did turn on, the fog light housing itself was loose and pointing down. I sent an email to get this issue resolved and was told to bring it in. When I brought it in, I explained the issue and the car was taken into the garage. A while later, it was brought out and said it was fixed and the adjuster had popped out. My wife said it was better, but not the same as before.I recently drove it and did notice that the adjustment was off. I went to adjust the angle with no luck, as the adjuster screw just spun. When I pulled out the fog light assembly it was clear that Classic Collision had just glued the housing to the bracket. The quality of work is clearly disappointing and even worse being lied to when asking what the issue was with the fog light. Shoddy work. Don't go here if you want your car glued back together.2/11/18Nobody has reached out to even attempt to correct this problem. It is clear management does not care.h5/14/18No attempt to correct the situation.9/27/18Still no attempt to correct the "glue repair"

The communication while my car was being repaired was very much appreciated. Everyone was nice there and they even detailed the inside of my car before I picked it up. Such a nice surprise! I would definitely recommend them.

They were recommended after we were hit for our suv repair. The repairs included replacement of the front glass window with safety calibrations. The repairs took two months with us having to call regularly for updates. The front glass cracked in less than 100 miles after picking it up, cracking in front of our eyes, traveling upward from the edge. The vehicle was not hit by a pebble. We called Classic Collision to report it and request replacement. Not only did we get the run around, calling frequently for any response from Classic Collision, the manager finally sent an abrupt email stating that a rock hit it and they were not going to replace the glass even though we had been told by their employee at pick up that they would take care of any issues we had with the vehicle. They basically called us liars and didn't even have the decency to return our calls. Do not use them! I do not recommend them. The poor receptionist was the only one that had decency and courtesy to speak to us. Their service, transparency and decency in standing by their work is a complete disappointment.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I'm always iffy about repair places cutting corners. They did the full job, and I couldn't recommend them more if you got in an accident and need a repair. They handled everything with the insurance.
