Absolutely the Worst one.... not only do they not check it care of you at on the rollers correctly.. the equipment is ancient and held functioning. The vacuums have no suction. Definite waste of $8 car nor clean and still has soap on it. And it smells in the wash which shows they do not take care of it. I will stock with Richs on 41 or dirty dogs. For your sanity go elsewhere not here!

My stars are strictly for the employee that helped me today. He was very sweet, very helpful, very sympathetic.Have had my car for 2 weeks and this was my first wash, both here and for my car.The tracks were already making an odd sound as my car moved through, and I put it off as it being an old system. Then there was a loud screech, my car stopped and the entire system shut down. I have horrible anxiety and immediately had a panic attack. I noticed no one was coming out so I called. He promptly answered then came to help me. Once I calmed down he offered to send me back through to get the soap off my vehicle and stayed with me all the way through. A very kind thing to do.However I'm now worried something has happened to my new car. It's driving with a bump to it and my brakes sound strained when reversing. I will have to take it back to the dealership to be looked at and I shouldn't have to do that after 2 weeks and Im not prepared for that kind of expense. It was a very overwhelming day after all this. The owner really needs to consider doing a maintenance check and updating the tracks and system if it's going to do things like that. I unfortunately won't be returning, but I do wish I had gotten the employees name to shout him out here for anyone that does decide to go.

It used to be a good place to get your vehicle washed, but the owner clearly has no desire to keep the location up to date. The vacuums are barely working now, with little suction. The blowers at the end of the wash are half powered at best, so it barely dries off your car, which leaves spots on your car.The workers are trying to do what they can, but everything is so out of date that they can t really do anything.I m dropping my membership and moving to a different wash. It sucks, because this could be a great wash if the owner reinvested anything back into the business. But it s clear that he has no interest in doing that.

I used to be a member and came frequently. They lost my business a year ago because of the decline in the level of care. I went today after not going for a year and was reminded of why I stopped going. I was allowed to pay and go through the car wash, and then they turned off all the vacuum cleaners.

Very toxic environment.ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.Very unprofessional service.Very rude and unsympathetic management.Absolutely no customer service.Wash has issues. Vacuums got very low suck-ability.Unwilling to bare any responsibility whatsoever in situation of damage to vehicle.Unwilling to show empathy or consideration in any way to customer.REFUSED to review customer complain.Does no refund once they take your money.More interested in parting your money from you than rendering you a decent service.No wonder why you've got very few cars there. Lots of lessons learnt the hard and very costly way.My advice is don't use. Save yourself good money, avert pain and protect your vehicle.

I use to really like this place. You pay a small amount monthly for unlimited washes. Then their tag readers stopped working well. They blame my peach pass. Ask me to cover it. I stopped going for a while. Started going again and they changed the tire shine they use. This one makes my running boards super slick and gets sling up the side of my vehicle. I switched to the cheapest wash so I no longer have that issue. It s good for what it is. Keeping the ride clean. But has some issues.

The worse car wash possible. Wish I could get my money back. This place has no customer service, I waited at least 5-8 minutes trying to get the car reader to work... nobody helped and it eventually worked. Most of the parts on the car wash didn't even work. The mat cleaner is broken, no rags and my tires we still dirty as well as much truck. We eneded up going to a self wash car wash. I would avoid this place at all cost!!!

They don't know how to wash cars... I got two of my cars washed here and both of them did not turn out good at all. The highest package the one that $20 has some cool things they use. But they don't work very well and they don't clean all of your car. The lowest package it's really bad because it doesn't clean anything on your car. The only reason this place is getting to stars is because they have free vacuums and I really liked that. But other than that I can't compliment anything else will not be going back here unless it's for the free vacuums.

Family was frequent visitors. Horrible service ever since the "updates". Paid for an emissions/carwash package at the wash location. Asked the attendant where to get emissions done. I was told across the street. After the subpar "works" carwash that left a greasy residue all across the side of my vehicle I drove to have my emissions completed. They would not complete my emissions because I didn't have a punch card from the carwash attendant. I showed them proof my receipt (pictured) of a JUST PURCHASED washed/emissions service. They still wouldn't do it. They asked me to go back to the wash attendant to get a punch card. What a waste of time and what a horrible system they are running. Will find elsewhere to go. Thanks for nothing and a waste of $20.00.

I have the monthly package here and the staff are always so nice when I come in. Facility is clean and always kept up and vacuums and good.

I came in with brand new tires, went through the automatic car wash and came out with a flat tire, when I called the general manager told me he found nothing and offered no help at all, I did not make it more than 20 feet until my tire was flat. Now it is costing me 200+ to fix my car. WouldNot recommended this place at all to any one. The machine washing my car broke the tire pressure gage, looking at my rim I can obviously see the red scratch from the rails at the car wash. Horrible management and I will never go back there.

Scratches on my car! I went here because it was close to my home. I knew by the fact that they have one of those gimmicky auto repair places attached to it that it wasn't going to be one of the greatest places of business. I went anyways because I was impatient. Well now I see where impatience gets me; the brushes scratched my paint in 2 different places, not pretty. What's worse is that I didn't notice the scratches until I got home, so there's no way that they'll claim responsibility for it. One last insult to injury, the wash was still inadequate, my windshield still had grime around the edges, my mirrors weren't quite fully cleaned, and the rims had plenty of dust left regardless of the advertised rimwash. Please go down the road to the car washes on 41 or to Woodstock. Save yourself, don't make my mistakes. Vacuums were functional. Check my Google profile, I'm a level 6 Local Guide. I r a r e l y post negative reviews (less than 5% are less than 4 stars). Please read this with weight.

Just paid $20 to go through ultimate car wash. Came through and I see minor scratches AND bugs still all over the front grill. Don t waste your money

The car wash is okay doesn t really get the stubborn dirt with the basic wash but over the last year it s gone from being 6 bucks to 8 bucks for the basic wash. It s just not worth it anymore. If anyone is looking for a car wash I got a shop vac and a kid that will do it for 5 bucks!Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming

Not sure why they advertise that they re open until 7 and then close at 6:25pm. Makes no sense to have this monthly pass as my car is always dirty after a wash, the vacuums have poor suction, and they close whenever they feel like it. Bad business

Terrible wash and terrible service. Old dirty wash that s outdated and does not clean your car. The inside wraps or brushes that are supposed to clean your car only one was working and the one that wasn t was absolutely disgusting completely black with filth and impossible to clean a car with dirty old wraps that are supposed to be red but seeing the brushes not working and there true shape and condition was very shocking. Also left an awful scent. Probably all the same stuff they started out with. Will not be back do yourself a favor and go to the tidal wave 5 minutes away on jiles road. Much better service and cleans your car way better than the failed mister captain kleen.

It was a fantastic experience here. The automatic wash was super efficient. In less than 5 minutes, we had our car cleaned to the bottom for an affordable fee. There are free vacuum cleaners if you wash your car there. Payment is by card before service. The area is decent and conducive enough for everyone to clean their vehicles.

I am a loyal customer to this business as I get my car cleaned at least once a week at this facility. I recently went and got a wash after I had gone through some muddy roads. I am not one to complain as I am a very easy-going person to please but since I went through such a muddy Mess through a construction zone I felt as though my car was not clean enough to my expectations. The employee was super nice and considerate to my request let me go through the car wash for a second time and my car was extremely clean the second time through !! I just want to give A special thanks and appreciation for allowing me to get my car clean guaranteed to my liking the staff is really friendly and the vacuums are free I appreciate everything you guys do keep up the good work!!!!!!

First time using this car wash. I almost decided to get the membership for $10 more when I was choosing the automatic wash that I wanted. Im glad that I did not. First, the automatic wash didnt really get my car clean. Not a big deal. It is an automatic wash after all. The main problem is that the vacuum cleaners did not work. There was not enough suction to pick up even the smallest amount of dust. I tried several of the spots. I then noticed that the people that were there using it were in spots directly beside the air compressors. They seemed to be having a little more luck but i watched one person go over and over and over the same areas in her car just to pick up any dirt at all save your money and your time and choose another car wash. My main reason for the visit today was to use the vacuums/clean my interior. I now have to go somewhere else and pay for another whole wash just to use vacuums that work. My favorite car wash ever. I've never had such a clean and shiny car with other places. My tyres come out looking glossy black and my windshields are totally clean, no more dirty spots where the wipers don't reach. The vacuums are also very convenient and complimentary. I recommend.

This company is horrible. I would never return or suggest anyone to this car wash. They are very unprofessional and they are scamming people out their money. I obtained a membership for the month to this car wash in August, didn't use it so I wasted 39.00. September goes by and then October comes in. I see a automatic payment withdrawn out of my account for a reoccurring payment of 39.00 on my bank statement. So I go to the business and complain to the manager on duty that they charged my account for something I haven't used in two months. He tells me its nothing he can do because I signed a contract that says they can charge my account that amount until I come in here and tell them to stop the payments. What car wash company keeps your credit card on file and charge your account when they get ready?? He also stated that it was written in fine print of the agreement I signed. A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!

I visited this car wash for the first time two days ago. My car had some tough spots which didn t clean the first go-around. Today I went back again, sharing there were missed spots. I asked if I needed to go through the wash again or try hand washing the car. The gentleman instructed me to go through the was again and they spot treated the needed areas. Great customer service!

Scratched my car, and last service was terrible. Paid $20 which includes wax, and forgot the wax; instead it turned out to be no different from the $6 wash.

You get a free car wash after emissions, but it expires after a week. That would be fine if the car wash wasn t closed when it s supposed to be open.I don t know why I came here. Could ve gone somewhere closer then.

One of the closer car washes near my house.Card service often times is out, so take precaution and bring cash just in case. The basic wash gets your car seemingly very clean until it dries..The vacuums always seem to work for the 1st 5 minutes just fine, then they loose power. There is always at least an entire row of vacuums blocked off and not being used despite how busy and packed this place gets. They also have a carpet floor mat cleaner that might as well not be called a cleaner. It may seem to get the dirt off, but leaves dust when it comes out of the bottomed. Other than that, very simple car wash.I wish they provided some type of cleaner to wipe the inside of your vehicle with, or an air freshener or something.

Wonderful place to get your car washed and then use the free vacuums. I have recently moved and can no longer use the services due to my location. I do recommend the monthly pass. My car went thru there nearly every day.

This is the only place I'll go to wash my car. The lines go quick and it's very affordable. There are free vacuums with the purchase of a car wash. The vacuums are well performing and the property is up kept well. They also have floor mat cleaners near the vacuums.Would strongly recommend.
