Honest family owned and operated business. My truck, my wife's SUV, my sons car, my sister's car, my parents cars, and now my neighbors cars are serviced here. Any repairs needed, they can handle. Any time someone I know needs repair work I recommend this company. Especially when it is someone who doesn't know cars and needs a shop that will be honest and won't try to take advantage. They will give you the breakdown of things that must be fixed, things that need fixing, and things that can wait. A true honest mechanic.

We have dealt with multiple repair places over the years and the one we had been using consistently recently changed ownership and unfortunately things went downhill quickly. We recently took my son's 2008 Chevy Impala into a chain auto repair shop to have a noise it was making checked out. The same day we were sent a text with the recommended repairs. $8,600. They said if we wanted to do only the "safety repairs" they could get it down to $7,200. I felt like I was being sold a bill of goods, especially considering the car is not worth that, even in pristine condition.Luckily, my wife met someone from All Pro and I was able to send them the link to the list of repairs. They said that it seemed to be overkill and to bring the car into them to review. When they called to go over their findings, they took the time to go over everything, and their estimate was less than 50% of the other repair shop, even having EVERYTHING done!!They were friendly, communicative and just all around great people to deal with - we will be taking all 4 of our vehicles here in the future!

Jimmy and Faith Smith (owners of All-Pro) are the most trustworthy people in the auto industry! My whole family uses All-Pro for all of our auto service needs and we couldn't be happier. They do quality work at a fair price and they only do the work that is needed. They can handle everything from an oil change to a engine or transmission rebuild. They also work on diesel engines. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They seem to find it impossible to answer the phone for 3 days straight (when your car is in possession of them). I get you need time to take a lunch break, but it may be a little helpful to let your community know when your said lunch break is. People support the business you have and you can t even answer the phone to see how MY vehicle is when you have had it for 5 days already. It is very unprofessional.

I give them a zero. My truck was stalling.1. Didn't meet the timeframe to fix the problem2. Didn't fix the problem3. Asked me to pay cash or i would have cancelled the credit card transaction of over $10005. Broke a bolt on the engine block4. Would not let me drive the truck without paying first to see if the problem was resolved.5. Now they claim it is a totally different issue and to take it some where else.6. The truck stalls every time if drive it but they claim they can't duplicate the problem. They claim they made a few adjustments but would not tell me what it was. It didn't fix the problem.6. Customer no service....The worst service I have every experienced.

All Pro Automotive done a fantastic job working on my 2017 Ford F-350. It needed front breaks as well as new rotors. While performing the break job they noticed that the tries were wearing badly. They identified the problem and got the truck in alignment. Drives straight and stops perfectly, no more shimming.

I am so grateful for All Pro Automotive!!! Out of 3 other mechanics no one could figure out the issue with my car, so a friend told me about this place, and thank goodness I took my car here, because they were the only ones who found out what was wrong with the vehicle. They called me asap when finding out the problem, asked me before doing repairs, explained everything to me in detail and went over cost with me, which their prices are fair. The people at All Pro are very professional and are true mechanics!!! Been dealing with AllPro for 20 years going back to when it was owned by Clint , taking multiple company vehicles as well as my own. About 1 year ago they replaced my battery and alternator on 2014 Kia Sorento, this morning acting up stalling etc. I drove today from Dallas to Kennesaw I explained to owners daughter and was informed to return next week, I asked her just at least have one of her guys to ck. it with tester which she said no have to come back , again I explained it was stalling, it was like talking to a rock ! Bottom line I had to go elsewhere and pay $136.00 for a battery that should have been under warranty. Do not go to them- stay away- beware.

I hang onto my cars for hundreds of thousands of miles. The folks at All Pro Automotive have been caring for my vehicles for over 20 years and they have always dealt well with me, my family and our friends honestly and with integrity. With older cars and trucks, you have to plan a bit more maintenance, but it s much cheaper than car payments.Jimmy and Faith, the owners, are great people and if they tell you something needs to be fixed, trust them. Most of the time, they tell me it s something much simpler than what I thought the repair would require. If you need repair or maintenance, give them a call.

I have an old 2003 Chevy S-10. Recently, my truck required their expertise. It wasn t cheap, but they did save my truck. Cost of repair was a bit scary, but they did it at a fair price. And, it much cheaper than buying another one. I ve been driving my truck to work for several days now. You know when you have your vehicle worked on and you have to go back to have something tweaked or readdressed. Happened to me many times, but not this time. My old S-10 is driving mechanically better than it has in years.

I had the hemi tick from a bad lifter in my 2012 Longhorn Ram 1500. I took it to Jimmy at All Pro Automotive. He explained how many times he had repaired other Rams with the hemi tick. Poor design in the lifters which leads to eating up the camshaft. But no fear because Jimmy was able to fix it . Cost me $3,000 but as you can see from the pictures, not an easy task. After Jimmy fixed it a few days later the tic was back. Apparently one of the factories lifters was bad. Imagine that!!!And apparently they were on back order. Just my luck. So Jimmy graciously took my truck back in when the part came in. He had to tear it down again. After that it was fine. Thanks ALL PRO AUTOMOTIVE & JIMMY &TECH MechanicsHere l am once again at all pro Automotive. Check engine light on. With error code p1416 cylinder number six misfiring. Replace MDS solenoid #6 was sticking. Drove away running just fine. Next day check engine light back on again. Same error code p1416. Replaced crankshaft sensor &camshaft sensor my self. Not the problem. Truck was running rough so I had auto zone run a scanner on it. This time it said #1 & #6 misfiring. So I replaced ignition coil on #1 & #6 ,still not the problem. Thought I had a bad EMC brain and was about to replace that until Jimmy said to bring it back to scan while it was running rough. This problem would come & go so it was hard to scan. Who would think it was a bad MDS solenoid that was replaced. How can that be it was a brand new part. But that's what it was. So Jimmy said he would replace all 4 solenoids at no extra charge. What a great guy. . I highly recommend ALL PRO AUTOMOTIVE for whatever problem you have. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE

I have taken my car to them and I have never had the same issue twice. I have a much older car so problems are bound to happen. I trust them and they really are looking out for your best interest. Everyone is super thorough and kind. They love what they do and the ladies on the phone are absolute sweethearts and make me feel right at home. The prices are fair and cost affordable.I will always come back to them now that I have found them. I recommend them to everyone I know. These folks are awesome they do excellent work and I trust them which in today's world is rare. I never have to worry that I am going to be taken advantage of or that their are going to charge more than a fair price. I have had several repairs done there and I have several more planned. I hope you will give them a opportunity to show you what true professional service looks like. They are friendly and will go the extra mile when you need then to. This place use to be reliable and trustworthy. Not so much anymore. I have multiple cars and used this place for years. My past 3 experiences were horrible and a pattern started developing. I would drop off on Monday for a moderately simple repair and by Friday would not hear from them at all. Not once would they ever initiate communication. I would finally get it "fixed" only to have the same error occur and it was not fixed. Once they had my car for 25 out of 30 days in a month and gave it back to me 3 times and still not fixed (wrong diagnosis to start with). They kept replacing the same part that was not bad. They have mis-diagnosed repairs so bad it cost me a lot of money. Once they said my transmission was shot on car #1 when it wasn't (just needed to clean the trani filter and replace the fluids said the new mechanic I hired - worked like a champ). Once said I had a bad cam shaft sensor on car #2 when it was actually the timing chain and cost me a motor. Once said my head gasket was bad on car #3 without even doing a compression test (thankfully I knew that was B.S. and an $8 can of Sea Foam cleaned the fuel injectors). They were about to rip me off for an $1,800 repair that was no way shape or form needed. That was the last time I took a car to them. Just because the counter is full of keys and the lot is full does not mean they know what the heck they are doing. I would avoid at all costs unless you like paying for repairs that are not needed and like spending a lot of money on bad advice.Service: Engine repair

I have a hard time leaving my cars with someone else to fix an issue. That ole saying that if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself has been something I ve lived by since the first time I picked up a wrench. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jimmy and his gang to take great care of you mechanic needs. I ve had cars in their shop multiple times now and have always walked away very happy with the experience. 5 stars!Service: Transmission

I have a 2009 Ford Expedition that was running rough. I suspected a timing chain issue. It's difficult to find a shop that will work on timing chains...not an easy repair.I scheduled a diagnostic appointment. They called me back that same day and confirmed that it would need a new timing kit & high pressure oil pump. They didn't mind me asking lots of questions and I felt no pressure to go with them if I chose to not do the repair.It's been about 5 weeks since that repair and my Expedition is running great. I'm thrilled with the job that Jimmy and his team did. I believe it's a family business with his wife and daughter working at the front desk.Thank you All-Pro Auto...I will recommend you to my friends!Service: Engine repair

I called about AC work and the gal I spoke to was very kind, helpful, and informative! I will definitely be taking my car there to get checked out! She also was nice enough to let me know the ETAs depending on whether I left the car or schedule ahead.

I love this place! These people are the best package around when it comes to quality of work and fair pricing. I took my car to All-Pro Automotive since my check engine light came on. I didn't expect to have my car fixed the same day, I just thought I would get a diagnostic and make an appointment later in the week. However, the staff fit me into their schedule and was able to fix my car in less than 30-40min! The staff was VERY FRIENDLY and I was very happy with their service. I will definitely take my car here again in the future!

Best repair shop and experience ever!!! My truck literally blew up in the driveway of their business. They were thorough, honest and more than fair with pricing of the repairs. They also told me about other maintenance required at a later time in the future to help me prepare and save.

The best auto service I ve experienced to date. Recommend to me by a good guy at Napa (Jeff) near by and I must say that I was surprisingly pleased. I pulled up. They looked at my car. They identified the problem and fixed it right away. All in approximately a 30 minute window. I was happy to pay the price, which was another pleasant surprise for my overall experience. Thanks, All Pro. I highly recommend.

Clint and his team are top notch. I was referred to them by the biggest car guy I know. They do great work at a fraction of what dealerships charge. Completely trustworthy. I have been bringing my cars to them for years now and great work and service every time!

In my opinion this is the best place for an engine swap. These people are very knowledgeable and keep you up to date on everything. This is my 2nd engine swap, first was Dodge truck, now Chevy Malibu.

Clint and his staff do great work. I have taken my personal and company vehicles there several times. He has checked for problems and not charged me. My son had his starter go out around lunch one Friday and Clint had the vehicle towed, checked, and fixed by 6:30 PM that evening. Not many mechanics will push to get a problem fixed quickly on a Friday evening like that.great job guys,Ken D.

The best place to get your vehicle repaired when the need arises. They fixed my truck in day and the repair came in at a $100 less than the initial estimate. And their estimate was already $200 less than everyone else. Billy is the best mechanic at the shop in my opinion. When I need something else fixed I'm definitely going back there and I recommend you do to.
