I was ignored in the parking lot, and when I got into the building I was ignored again he asked me a question immediately start talking to the guy who came after me and answered the phone I knew he was going to finish with the guy before me I got in my car and left bad business

Jesse and his mechanic are professional and understand the importance of working to get it done right. Your vehicle is in good hands at this shop. Been going to this location for over a year from thermostat, water pump, oil change, filter change for my Lexus. Jesse is the absolute best mechanic, I stopped taking my nissan to the dealer because of lack of service and over priced service. He did the 30 k maintenance on my frontier and my truck has been running smoothly ever since. Today I brought in my daughter for the same service and unfortunately came in the last minute, but Jesse without hesitation said , bring it in and I will take care of it. Not many places can offer the top customer service he provides and the expertise he poseses. Great mechanic. Love this place!

Jesse is awesome! I have brought two of my vehicles to him and got them back in a very reasonable amount of time. He knows his business very well and always offers reasonable prices. I'm actually sad to be moving because I finally found a truthful, good, and hard-working shop to bring my vehicles to. Keep up the good work!

Very pleased with this establishment! They did an amazing job on the tune up on my car at a fair price! Jesse and Sammy are absolutely the best mechanics in Kennesaw. My father was a mechanic/collision repairman for over 30 years so I can tell when someone is a good mechanic or not.....Sammy and Jesse are definitely good at what they do!! They ask all the right questions, they listen to your concerns, they are very knowledgeable about cars and have really good customer service. Plus they got my car fixed so quickly! I took my car that morning around 9:30am and Jesse called to tell me it was ready at noon. Also, Jesse even used the parts I purchased online to do my tune up, so that was cool. A&A Auto Care are not trying to make tons of $ off of you at all. They didn't try to sell me stuff or more work to be done to my car, and they didn't do stuff to my car without asking me first. They did exactly what I asked them to do! I've been to other mechanic shops where they would give me a quote on what I asked them to fix on my car, but then when I went to go pick it up the price increased tremendously. Reason being is because they took it upon themselves to fix stuff that I didn't ask them to do and my car would be there for days!! With all this being said I am so impressed with A&A Auto Care! I'll be bringing all my vehicle's here from now on and will be referring everyone I know to Jesse and Sammy!!! Thanks A&A Auto Care for doing such an amazing job on my car and for running a wonderful establishment!!

Jesse is the absolute BEST. He s the owner of this establishment, but what you do not understand is that Jesse had fix each and every car we ve purchased done we ve been in Georgia. Good prices are competitive AND he does an awesome job. Me and my two children go here. My son was just a little kid when we met Jesse. He s19 now. Jesse s shop is family friendly and if you want an honest mechanic or repair shop, I promise you this is where you need to go. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I received excellent service. I loved how quickly they got to my vehicle. Jessie not only provided recommended services but also alternative options with price points. I've been to other auto shops and brakes was high on their list after Jessie inspected and we discussed what I was experiencing while driving...he immediately stated its not the brakes plus they look good. Thanks again Jessie!

Jesse is super awesome! They helped me so much at A&A with a blown spark plug. Very honest, straight forward, and no bull. I recommend their services for their honesty but also their prices. Could not have been treated better or charged more reasonably.

Jesse and his staff are great. Have used him numerous times and always been satisfied with the repair and cost. Even when we have an emergency issue he jumps on it and takes car of it right the 1st time. Never had to go back for any work done.

The very goo pricing, great work and above all Honest. I gave them a blank slate for 100k maintenance and he did not stack work that did not need to be done. This is the third time Jess has talked himself out of work that he did not think was needed only to direct me in another direction. Great people and great work! I will not go another place.

The guy that waited on me was patient and really tried to help me with my air conditioning.He went out his way to try and get it.This place will definitely get my business whenever my car has a problem

We are from out of state and thought we had a broken exhaust. Decided to come here for all the great review and must confirm its all true. Jesse and Sammy were honest, Nothing broken and minimal cost to fix the issue. Very satisfied.

I want to thank Jessie for the outstanding work they did on my car. My clutch went out in my '96 Civic 5 weeks before my wedding. I called many places and A & A beat the competition easily by $200+, and at a time when I've got to put money towards my wedding. My car once again runs great and should anything happen to it before I buy a new car, I won't hesitate to bring it back to them! Thanks again!!!

I have used this place for several repairs on my 1999 Honda Accord. All my questions are always answered and they let me see the process of repair as well as show me or let me listen to the issue. They demonstrate how a good part vs bad part should operate, sound, and/or look. Also, the price comparison between this place and others is undeniable great! A great price for great work! One day instead of taking an Uber they even gave me a ride home instead to help me save.

Fast and good service. I went to have the brakes of my car fixed. Mr. Singh inspected my car, determined what had to be done, and did it in a reasonable amount if time. I will go back whenever I need any of my cars serviced.

I called after hours to get a quote on parts and labor and he called me back Monday morning. And my wait wasn't long and he walked me through the problem and showed me the issue before working on it. They did a good job and I saved money from my own machanic..plus I have a warranty...so I give 4

I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here. I had my transmission replaced! It was completed in one day. Truck runs like a champ and the cost was extremely reasonable. Very Friendly environment.

One of the last honest shops out there. The owner is a truly skilled mechanic that will work on any vehicle (including my right hand drive cars from Europe and Japan), not overcharge you, and warranty his work.
