The GM, Erika Askew, at this property was the most helpful person we have had ANYWHERE since returning to the United States! She instantly felt like family and was extremely professional. She helped us with both a unit and a truck with a quick and easy process and we were able to get on our way! I am so thankful we chose this location! Thank you Erika!

The manager is Todd he is so friendly, professional and very informative. He was the highlight of having to move. The place is very clean, secured with cameras and gated access (operational during certain hours), and the price isn't bad either. Overall great place because of great management.

We are very pleased with Storage Near Me!!! Todd is a awesome! He is very helpful and kind, the units are clean and very nice. The location is very nice and home like vibe. I would definitely recommend Storage near me to friends and family 5 stars for sure!

Very great and satisfied with everything. Todd made everything work out the way I needed it. Very great service! I recommend to everyone! Stowage units are clean and tidy and Todd is very helpful with everything.

Inside job theft! Our lock was cut off and replaced with one of their locks. They claimed the "thief" got a hold of the locks that the manager had a key to and put it on themselves...Thousands of dollars worth of items stolen. Washer and dryer, furniture, kitchen utensils, rugs you name it. Cameras didn't work at the time or the gate codes. Several other units were broken in to and none of them including mine had insurance coverage. After the police came they got the cameras working and the gate codes fixed. When I went there to get something out of it and my lock was gone I went to the front to get the manager.....Todd. When I asked him why my lock was cut off he was shaking and could barely get the key in HIS lock when I asked him to open my unit. Absolutely do not recommend!

I needed a large unit to move most of my belongings into while in the process of building a home. They were more than accommodating with that and we have never had any issues with not being able to access to our unit. The entire grounds are well lit and immaculately clean. I would recommend SNM to anyone in the area looking for a unit!

Todd was amazing! Super quick and friendly. We called on Sunday and he answered immediately though they were closed. He even came in early before opening to accommodate us so we were able to return our truck on time!

Super nice guy. Reasonable prices. I had my four year old son with me. He can be quite the chatter box. He took us the long way back to the office on the golf cart just to entertain my son. 10/10 for service and storage.

Extremely helpful! They stayed open past hours to accommodate me coming into town on a military move that was on a weekend and out of my control. Very grateful! Faculties are nice and easy to use.

We looked at several storage places and by far, Storage Near Me - S. Houston Lake Road was the best in terms of options, pricing in terms of what you get, and service which was amazing. Todd is super nice and he was super helpful getting me set up with my unit and showing me around, how to access the climate controlled area, etc. The rates are a little better than some other storage places around here I looked at. Location is pretty convenient too.

Teresa is the best! Always upbeat and helpful. BUT she won't take any of your crud so "crudders" beware!However, she has always been great to me, and makes sure I am taken care of. I enjoy our occasional, random chats in the office there. I can always count on getting a good smile and conversation and answers to any questions I may have regarding their excellent facility.

Amazing customer service! Teresa worked with me to get the units I needed close together. She was professional, responsive, and helpful. Units and entire facility is the cleanest I ve ever seen! The Hilton of storage facilities! Highly recommend!!

Excellent service. Teresa Mullen is very helpful and very accommodating. The facility itself is brand new, modern, clean, and very secure. Moving is a headache and a logistical nightmare. Choosing this storage facility gave me peace of mind.

It s the cleanest and smells the best in any that I have used plus you don t have to worry about people breaking in your unit, long with the manager Todd goes well out of his way to help you with anything you need. They will most def. Have my business from here on out. I Highly suggest this storage place.
