I had a damaged wheel that needed a tire removed, move over to a replacement wheel, and reinstalled. They had me in and out fairly quickly. I made an appointment online, but it didn t come up in their system. They recommended calling in for appointments in the future since they re having trouble receiving the online appointments. Otherwise, they gave great, fast, friendly, and professional service.

Took my car for an alignment also needed rear camber arms installed. Labor was reasonably priced. It was a specialty alignment my vehicle is lowered and a BMW which calls for a 4 wheel alignment. It was done in a timely manner and i had no issues. I highly recommend.

Great service. I just had my tires swapped on my truck off the rims and they scratched my brane new rims. Jose the manager was great to work with. He reimbursed me for 2 new rims.

If you re looking for a solid alignment that will hold throughout track days ask for Logan , he is very thorough and has never let me down. The staff here are great people and very professional. They have a nice lobby you can wait inside while your car is being serviced.

Came in during lunch because one of my tires had a relatively large leak that I noticed when I got to work and they took me in and handled my case swiftly. Highly recommended.

After getting poor results from an in-town competitor, I used them to diagnose and repair my 2018 KIA Sedona EX. They also did work on my 2006 VW Beetle convertible. They have also done work on my 2011 Suburban and 2014 Buick Encore. They can handle any vehicle I throw at them. I trust them fully to do all my maintenance work on my vehicles.

Started going to Bonaire Tire Co sometime last year after too many over-priced services at a Volvo dealership in Macon. BTC has always taken good care of me, but Saturday was the best experience I've had so far. Young man by the name of John was very helpful in going over my bill when the service was complete, but he also went over (in detail) the recommended service quote. I also asked about another specialized service, and while he did not have the answer for me right then, he made a note to find out, and said he would call me back today (Monday). He called me within 10 minutes of them opening, and gave me the information I had asked for, and while they do not provide this particular service, he provided the name, phone number, and address of the place they work with and recommend to their customers. I'm so glad that we have a small business in this area that believes in really taking care of their customers with excellent customer service. Thank you, BTC! I'll see you guys again!

Update: Logan is the king of alignment. All the staff members are also friendly and professional. I am extremely thankful I have a reliable shop nearby I can always go to especially for alignment, suspension work, and tires. Modified vehicles are also welcome, and Logan will get you the exact alignment spec you need. I wish I could leave more 5 star reviews.

Bonaire Tire Company saved me in an emergency regarding my brake system, my new caliper seized up on me and was smoking hot, they diagnosed the issue in record speed and were able to gather the parts quickly and finish the work, allowing me to get back on the road safely. Plus very professional, courteous and wonderful staff! Thank you!

Bonaire Tire Company really did me a solid. I needed my car serviced pronto. I was in a hurry to get out of town. They got me scheduled for the job I needed and gave my car a thorough check. This was so reassuring for my trip alone across the Appalachian Mountains. All the staff members were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This was right on time. My sincerest gratitude.

Great service, great people, and thedriver was awesome that took me home and picked me up so I didn t have to sit all day and wait. They did what they were supposed to. I left noticed it wasn t exactly as I wanted so they told me to just come back when I get ready and they ll fix it how I needed. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Jose and Gary are the guys!

Modified car? This place is for you! The rack is in ground so no worries about your low or slammed car not fitting.I cannot recommend this place enough. They were able to do a custom alignment on my lowered and swapped Subaru Forester. Logan and Peyton went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and Carissa was extremely helpful in the front office with scheduling and ensuring my vehicle was in safe hands.

From out of town passing thru and needed a oil change fast. They Promised they would have it done in about an hr. Took them over 30min just to get the car in the port. After h 1hr had passed I asked AGAIN about eta and they told me they didn t have the oil filter and needed to order it. Oil changed cost over $80 and over 2hrs to get it done. DEF WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Gave one star because Aurora at the front desk was wonderful!!!!

Best Tire shop in middle Georgia. No doubt. Every mechanics is really kind and provides good service. Especially, Peyton gave me the amazing care on my service. I m going to visit this place whenever I need any issue on tire:)

I've taken a vehicle to get tuned-up, another vehicle for diagnostics, and one for a tire rotation. Each time, the staff has been exceptional in their reception, work, and detailing of work done/cost. I've never felt more comfortable and trusting in an automobile shop. They are the best!!

Super friendly stuff and a we want your business attitude that is hard to find at a dealership. They balanced my tires for a fair price and ran a diag for my air bag light. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Top notch. Been using these guys and gals to service our heavy duty trucks for two-three years. Last visit we pull up at close to closing with tire issues on a piece of equipment we needed for a hob first thing the next morning, they didn t hesitate, jumped on it and got us back up and running so that we could be where we needed to be the next day! Wouldn t take our fleet anywhere else!!

Been here a few times and will continue to. Both times, Peyton has really gone out of his way to take car of me and my Tesla. Jose was able to squeeze me in rather quickly as well. Highly recommend this shop!

They completed a wheel alignment and tire balance on my 1989 BMW. They did good work and completed the work promptly. Also, their price was better than other local shops. I will return to Bonaire Tire for more car repair.

Excellent service, fast, friendly, and best price. Bought a set of tires that could not be balanced, and was manufacturer s fault. Bonaire tire replaced set with another brand and have been happy since.

I came in with an emergency to have a battery replaced and new cable installed and they handled it quickly, affordably, and with a sense of hospitality and care that can be hard to come by these days. They even gave me a shuttle home and offered to pick me up for free! I couldn't be happier with my time here and I will definitely be coming in in the future

So glad I found Bonaire Tire!! Went there to align my VW Passat and had an amazing experience, the staff is courteous and attentive, and the price was just right. They took their time and did a great job in aligning my car. They just got themselves a returning customer, Thank you !

Only place I know of that would do an alignment on my lowered car. They are really great people! Haven t had an issue doing business with Bonaire tire & will be back next time 10/10 recommend

Had an issue the other day with some work I got done they missed the reason I had come in but Mike (the owner) made sure to get ahold of me an we're currently in the process of fixing said issue so very professional on his part definitely impressed by the immediate action he took to fix everything just became my go-to mechanic shop for all my car issues. Had a bunch of bad experience last 2 weeks with 3 other places including the dealership so good to find an honest mechanic shop finally.A++ definitely recommend checkin these folks out

I called today to see if I could get an oil change and was told to come on in I went and was greeted by a friendly staff the manager Mike Davis he was very pleasant and told me how everything was going and kept me informed I love this place. Very clean and informative I highly recommend if you need any service done. Very pleased with my service today. 2-25-2023
