Justin is my hero!! My truck went into limp mode on Friday and it so happened I limped off at the exit his shop is off of. After a call was made to him, he met me outside his shop door. Within minutes he had the problem diagnosed and was making calls to get the part. Instead of waiting for the part to be delivered he went and got the part!!Upon return with the part he had it off and changed within minutes!!!! I was back on the road in no time!!TELL ME THIS IS NOT CUTOMER SERVICE!!!!!In todays world you rarely meet people with this kind of dedication, work ethic, integrity, kindness and willingness to help.I recommend this man for any automotive needs anyone may have!!This is the TRUE spirit of humanity at its best!!! Thank you so much Justin!!!!!You are amazing my friend!!

Justin and his father went out of their way to help us with emergency car care! My daughter and I were stranded with 5 dogs while driving from IL to Fl. We hit a concrete block that caused 2 flat tires and 2 bent rims. They got us in instantly, worked urgently so we could get back on the road. We had a few more unknown issues that weren't expected they made sure to take care of. They saved us so much money by fixing the rims and saving the tires. They were so trust worthy! Justin checked in with us later that night and the next day to make sure everything was still good!! By far best auto service I have ever received! Highly recommend

I'm very grateful for Justin! My family and I were headed to the braves game and had a catastrophic failure with our vehicle. We completely lost power going down the interstate and had transmission fluid pouring out from under our vehicle smoke rolling out from under the car and were miles away from any exit. I have five children so I took them to the woods to seek shelter from The heat and through the woods I saw a sign with a mechanic shop. We call Justin and he came right over and was able to reconnect our busted hose and fill my vehicle back up with transmission fluid and did a thorough evaluation of the vehicle. He was able to get it back going and have me back on the road within an hour. This guy was heaven sent and I'm very grateful for him! I also enjoyed talking to his dad who was also a veteran and a gentleman. I will never forget Justin and what he has done for me. Justin does not have a huge crew or business he was there by himself and dropped everything he was doing to help me. He is very knowledgeable and a true gentleman.

My girlfriend and I was traveling back from Hilton Head after having an amazing time. 35 miles from home the car started shaking and the engine light came on. I pull over on the shoulder. I called AAA to have my car towed back to Locust Grove after 30 minutes on the phone with them I was told they were unable to get anyone and to get my own towing company and they will reimburse me. I called Allstate and couldn t get anyone to tow my car. However, I did receive a list of places to call, much to my surprise they were all closed at the time. I heard a voice call Justin s Tire And Auto Services. I m not sure why they were close also but I still dial the number and someone answered. I told him what was going on with my car and that I was looking for someone to tow my vehicle back to Locust Grove or was willing to have them fix it .Justin stated that he will see if he could get someone to tow it for me. Within minutes, he called me back to say he was unable to reach anyone but would be willing to come and diagnose the problem. Not only did Justin show up, his father came also .Less than 30 minutes they both were there. Justin stated it was my spark plug and that he could repair it right on the expressway. He could have told me anything and I would ve believed it, I was just so grateful he came. He said he could fix it, but needed to go and purchase the parts. Concerned about me being in the heat they asked if I wanted to go, instead, I stayed with my car. Not only did they purchased the parts, but Justin also brought back water. Within minutes he had me back on the road. I wasn t sure at the time because of all the numbers I was given to call and seen that they were all closed that I called Justin. I now know because, he was sent by God. I highly recommend Justin tire and auto service. He may be 35 miles from my home. But because of his professionalism and work ethic, my husband and I will be willing to make the drive back to purchase tires from him.If you ever need an honest repair shop, I highly recommend you call Justin tire and auto service.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I want to thank Justin and his father, Larry, from the bottom of my heart! These two Angels saved us yesterday without hesitation! While traveling back to Florida, our radiator busted on I-75 just north of them. We were able to put water in it until we were able to find an exit. Thank the good Lord, we got off where Justin's shop was! Justin and his father assessed the situation and confirmed it was, in fact, the radiator. Justin hopped on the phone and called multiple places to locate the radiator we needed. Justin said he could get the radiator replaced, but his dad would need to drive to ATL to get it (3+ hours round trip), and it would be late before he would get it done! They closed at 5 pm and this was about 1 pm, so we knew it was going to be a long day! Larry offered to drop us off in the next town over instead of paying for an Uber. Larry drove all the way to Atlanta in the middle of 5 o'clock traffic, and he and Justin had my car back on the road at 9 pm! Larry picked us back up and took us back to the shop. When I say this father-son duo went above and beyond, they really did! Completely customer service oriented and reasonably priced, and just all-around good people!I highly recommend them for any of your every day or emergency needs!They truly embody and practice what they preach, "Treat others, how you want to be treated." Thank you so much, Justin and Larry!

Was on a road trip from Florida to Kentucky when my cv axle went out. Diagnosed, part delivered and replaced in a little over an hour. Honest work, no price gouging. Stopped everything he was working on to get me back on the road. Really appreciated the help and will highly recommend.

Lifesavers! Our Jeep broke down on our way home to Ohio from Florida on a Saturday afternoon. Barely any auto places were open and none were available to help. Had to stay overnight at a hotel and get up the next morning to try to find help again. Sunday is an impossible day to find help because all auto repair shops were closed. Talk about a desperate situation! I have never been stranded in another state before! We were able to get ahold of Justin and he came right to us to have a look at the vehicle. Had it towed to his garage and found out the problem quickly. The fuel pump had went out! He was able to get the part by the next day and get it fixed for us so we could get back on the road home. Also wanted to mention that the price was reasonable for the amount of work done. He had to take off the exhaust to drop the gas tank to get to the pump to replace it. Awesome job and would definitely recommend these guys!

Justin went out of his way to help my family when we were in a tight spot 500+ miles from home. While on the 475 corridor the universal joint went out on our truck and left us sitting on the side of the road. Justin was to our location and assessing the situation faster than I would have anticipated. He went out of his way to locate the parts needed after discovering that there was more wrong than I thought when I called him. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the truck without needing a tow or waiting hours or days at a mechanic shop. If you find yourself in need of auto repair in the area make sure to call Justin to get you back on the road.

Took my car to have a turbocharger replaced. Justin said he had seen it 1000 times and knew exactly what to fix. After two weeks of waiting on a diagnostic, he stated he could get one. After another week of waiting and being told almost every day that it would be done that evening, I went to go get my car back. Not only was nothing fixed, but my side mirror was broken as well as my key. After waiting over two hours after my scheduled pick up time, he wouldn't give me my car back, so I called the cops. Long story short, I HAD PAY HIM $150. Completely unprofessional and terrible experience. Tell your friends.

Great automotive experience I've had in years... Honestly! Nearly three weeks ago my car started making this strange awful noise. I took it two two different shops prior to Justin's because of how close they were to my house and the diagnosis they came up just didn't make sense to me on why the noise was happening. And I currently live in macon but unfamiliar with the people and places still. The environment is new to me. Justin's was only 20 mins from me but when he told me what was wrong my my car vs the noise it was making made complete since. One less worry on my plate and if listened to the other two shops prior to coming to justing would cost me 3x of what I paid there and my car still wouldn't have been fixed. I know this is a lengthy review but it's so hard to find a mechanic who's communication and timing is as good as theirs as well as actually fixing your vehicle! Definitely will be my new go to shop! always support small businesses as well, in times like this they need it!
