Another tire place gave me a nice quote on some all terrain tires. I bought tires from tire max before so he matched the price on the same exact tires. I came in on my lunch break and he got me in and out. I do have to go back there to get my rear tires checked because now my truck is wobbling but I trust they will fix the issue. I do recommend this place.

Terrible business, I went in for a simple tire mount and specifically asked them beforehand to be very careful not to scuff up the wheel and I get my wheel back with all these scuffs. I go back with the wheel and show them the scuffs and they refuse to do anything about it. Terrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone I know, please go somewhere else.

Brought 2 new tires and needed a spot to simply mount them. I called, and the receptionist was nice and respectful. Entire experience was pleasant and quick. Done within 15 mins. Thank you.

The owner is very very cheap , working here is a revolving door for employees , Pedro the owner ,very cheap guy , he will hire young guys and give them little to no pay , no vacation, no sick days , no insurance , Find somewhere where the boss at least cares about your well being , where you sleep , where you eat , that s a cool boss , your not gonna grow spiritually at this job making little to nothing , whole time he taking trips to Mexico , y all wake up ! Pay people their worth ! Especially the ones who brings business to your stores , fixing computers at all stores , fixing phones at all stores yet Pedro will still be cheap , not even a here s a commission check nope your grow when your employees grow ! Can t have them making the same check for YEARS! That s no growth! He s going to Mexico in a week or so my point . He has his own family and they robbed him lol poor sebastian took 1200 cash but hey it s expensive to be cheap or folks gonna do what they need to do even if it s your own family !

Great service and great price. Been here twice in last few months, once with car tire needed plugging and once with truck tire. Both time excellent service and quick. Car tire still going strong months later and went there today with truck tire. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Gentlemen you know how to treat a Lady.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would They gave me a tire that made my car swerve to the right.. Took it back the next day and they put one on that made my car shake. Took it back the 3rd time and the guy said the tread ribs were too wide, but he gave me another tire. Car was still shaking. Took it to another used tire shop and they showed me where Tire Max had sold me a tire that had been previously plugged and it was worn. Never again.!!!!!! Watch out, ladies. They are rip offs.

These guys are great. My SUV had 4 tires of different brands. These guys had 4 Goodyear tires and hooked me up, for very fair price. Better than going to an actual Goodyear that's for sure. I was here for less than 30 minutes. I would definitely come back here again.

Went here with someone else to get a tire pressure checked. There was a girl there who handled everything all by herself. She jacked the car up, took the tire off, and plug the hole because there was a nail in the tire. And then put the tire back on. Lots of guys hanging around but she didn't need anybody's help.

I was in search of a tire for my car at a very sudden moment. On the spot, I had to call around for tire shops that may have had my size tire. To my avail no one had my size except for TIREMAX! I drove to their location immediately and was greeted with great customer service.Over the phone, Manuel made me feel very relieved that I would have a tire replacement done that day, which was done the moment I arrived. Thanks TIREMAX and I will be returning for all of my auto & tire needs.

So impressed with this spot. Place is clean, people are nice and courteous and have good prices on new and used tires. Used tires look as good a new. So I didn't need to make a tire purchase, just had to get tire plugged and service I got was excellent. When I am in need for anything involving tire service, this place will get all my business

In the past I've received really good business at this tire shop. I bought a few tires here plus I've sent customers here to buy tires because I sell cars so I've referred this place probably over 50-75 times within a year. But recently the quality of service has plummeted and they seem to have shifted their business practices to ripping off the customers as opposed to generating repeat business by creating indefinite customer relationships. So I referred my daughter here yesterday and she received the poor service EVERYONE seems to be noticing lately. I brought it back today for them to address the issue. And the technician who provided the poor service yesterday,used the excuse that "I did fix the tire but somehow that same day she punctured the same tire"... really?Listen, with gas prices,inflation, product shortages,which has created price increases on just about EVERYTHING and STILL the threat of COVID, as a business owner myself I know money is hard to come by these days and getting a customer is even harder so when you get one, that's a good customer, do what you have to do within reason to keep that customer from not only going to the competitor but leaving you a bad review as well for 100's of future potential customers to see. And in spite of the technician being rude and flat out ridiculous, keeping a good customer is exactly what Daisy did. SHE made it right! And because of her this post is a lot more congenial than it would have been without her assistance and because of her I will continue to do business with this establishment. And Daisy if you are reading this I hope your professionalism and attitude permeates the rest of the staff, including management who saw that there was an issue brewing yet decided to flee and leave you guys there to deal with it.

This place is the bomb. We got a flat tire in pouring rain on our way home which is 3 hours away south. Roadside assistance was going to be hours for a tow and then probably 3 more hours to fix. These guys helped us in 20 min. !!!

Just had 4 tires put on my car and I could not be more pleased! Miguel gave me a great price and even though he had to go get the tires, they were on my car in less than an hour! Fast, friendly service at a great price! I will definitely be back for truck tires soon!

The owner came out of the shop to help is because of covid 19. He helped us with what type of rims I was looking for even brought out another type of rim so we can test it against the car. The rims and new tires were priced correctly and competitively. The workers place new rims and tires on my car in less than 30 minutes and we were on our way they were very attentive.

I need an option for no stars because that s what is deserved. I went here for tire service and not one staff acknowledged my presence. I had to seek staff and initiate the initial interaction. I was the third old to give them and moment and someone would be right with me... I waited 30 minutes! It wasn t even busy. It seems like you only get help if you have the need for giant rims. It wasn t until I finally left and was in my car back on the road that someone came out to flag my car down to assist me... thanks but no thanks now.

As a female I felt taken advantage of today. I went to get my tire plugged and the guy took one of my bolts. Because I new I had 5 bolts on my car I knew that I did have all of them. He put 4 of them on told me the price of the plug and he took his tool and took my money and brought me my change and I asked him were was my other bolt and he said that oh I forget to tell you only had 4 of them. He did go and did come back with the bolt and put it back on after trying several of them.

Didn't use the service. I wanted them to raise vehicle take off/on two rear tires WHILE I PLACED MUDFLAPS ON $20BUCKS.. no thxz. I've used them 3x in 7yrs for tires great staff tires and prices. No grudge.

Outstanding service. Everyone was very helpful. They even help me make the right choice of rims and tires to put on my chevy avalanche. Those 26 inch rims look great on my Truck. Great Prices also

I don t know what the problem was went there for a tire, I wasn t giving any service at all I mean everybody went back inside the building coming to a locked door looking at me sitting there waiting on anybody to service me.. really weird and unprofessional especially when I pulled up they were servicing 3 other people if they were going to lunch or something they could have said that but nobody said anything to me

I had a great experience at Tire Max today! The service was fast and the prices were great for the type of Camaro tires I needed! Daisy was awesome with providing excellent customer service I will always return for any of my tire needs!
