Came in and got 2 great used tires at an affordable price. They were friendly and the service was quick! Pablo and the rest of the staff were professional and courteous.Update: today one of the tires they put on was flat. Taking it back for a working tire. Will update thereafter.2nd Update: they replaced the tire, no questions asked and free of charge. Great service!

What a horrible place called them and ask how much new set tires was he told me brand new 360$ drove hr half up there got them took them back home to the tire shop and all of them had knife holes in them then the tire store said that they sold me used almost new tires . This place is a joke I would not and I mean not do business with them poorly ran poorly. What a scam

Best PLACE in CLAYTON COUNTY to get your tires!! I ALWAYS get the BEST service when I go here and I'm ALWAYS in and out. The definitely get the job done. Trust me I know I been to all the other shops in Clayton County and their just no where near Tire Zone. And Jim the owner he really knows his stuff. I think he's just the koolest guy ever..

Awesome shop I have been dealing with this company for 15 plus years , without a doubt hands down the best tire shop in Jonesboro. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone .

Honest! Love them, great prices, They honor their word, and make sure your tires are right. Yep I am going back again. My family will be going here for tires. They are far from us Gwinnett and Stonecrest area but they are worth it for the customer service alone and trust factor.

Showed in with bad tire on wheel. Went in to purchase a used tire, was provided with a fine suitable replacement. The transfer took less than 10 minutes. Was very happy with price & service. I would recommend to anyone.

Simply the BEST !! BEST Tires! Best SERVICE! Best experience, when I REALLY needed it to be. Thanks so VERY much. Also, the price is so reasonable, I bought an extra tire, just in case, for the next time. I'll be a customer for life.

I use tire zone often they've truly become almost like family. They will definitely go above and beyond just to help anyone. And that Jim guy I believe he might be the owner he's one Kool Guy..

They took the tire completely off & then claimed they didn't have right size. First they said they did, we agreed on a price, he took it off, & then the tire was no good. Then he said he could not put the old tire back on, but he didn't have another tire. So he happened to find another tire, 20$ more & the wrong price. I believe I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. Not recommended

Bought two (supposedly) brand new tires and both tires went flat a day apart 4 days after install called and explained, was told that I must have hit pot holes..: Customer Service is everything.

Swung in on a chance after hitting a pothole on the way to take my daughter fishing, real potential day ruiner right there. Pablo was amazing. He showed me where the pothole tore through my sidewall, offered a replacement used tire that looked better than my still recently newish busted one for a great price! He had it replaced in no time. He showed me where my rim was kind of bent from the impact and offered to rotate it to the back to limit it affecting my driving. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes on a saturday afternoon! I am 100% coming back and would happily suggest anyone else needing tires or rims to give them a chance to show you how great they are. He saved my and my daughters day and we still made it for some great quality time fishing with no lingering worry or stress about it.

Called to say I needed two used tires. Gave the numer and was put on hold. Guy said come on and said I have two. When I got there 15 minutes later, guy with piercing said we don't have used only new. Wanted $175 cash. I explained I didn't have that, he just said we can't help you.No one likes being lied to. I won't ever go back there. There are too many other places to go.

I bought 2 used tires on Sept 2. One of them popped in 9/8.The tire only lasted 6 days!!When I called, I was told there is no guarantee on used tires.

Jimmy treated me like family since day one he helped me with tires to get to my family miles and miles away life is moving fast better be rolling on tires from the zone .....thank you sir for your expertise but thank you more for your kindness come to florida i take you on the lake behind thehouse in The panhandle northwest florida pounding in the panhandle but stayin safe on zones 360 round down and ready to pound tires

I moved to Florida after the 96 Olympics when l came back 20 plus years these guys fixed what I had been trying to and now they have all my respect they donated a set of tires to a older lady and fixed another single motherd car no charge that's the kind of place I would spend my money what a good group of people Amen God bless us all

Thanks Pablo!! I pulled a damsel in distress at 7pm.. 30 mins after closing... He patched my tire quickly and didn't over charge me! I know where I'll be going for all my tire needs!! Thanks Pablo! Lifesaver!

Went to 4 different tire shops trying to get a lawn tractor tire changed out. I had the new tire and rim. They all said no. At Tire Zone, James said sure, give me 5 minutes. He was true to his word.

I m not sure of any names but soon as I pulled in he was very helpful and was sure to give me a great tire. I was in and out in less then 10 mins. I definitely would recommend this place.

Fast service, and very good. Went to get a tire plugged and it only took about 10 minutes. The person who helped me was very nice as well.

They are selling dry rot tires, please be careful. They are painting the tires black and selling them to customers. Please be very careful they are scamming. I feel sorry for the elderly people that can t see what they are purchasing.

If you want Excellent service then I would recommend Tire Zone.. These guys REALLY get the job done right..Very convenient Very Reasonable and fast service all around I give these guys a 5 STAR because I WILL be a returning customer...
