Perez Hybrid Solutions, is no solution at all. Mr. Perez has made several appointments to come repair my Prius. Each time he was a no call no show. I've wasted numerous hours over the course of several days waiting for him to show up, and he never did. I'm sure he's good at repairing vehicles, but he has to be present to do so. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of customer's time.

Perez Hybrid Solutions makes a great dealer alternative. He knows just as much about fixing my Prius as Butler Toyota does. They do great quality work and are honest as a mechanic as you can find in Georgia. Bless you for making my Prius functional again.

I was referred to Perez Auto Solutions. After talking to Enrique, I got a complete education on my Prius. They fixed my problem and advised me on how to service my vehicle in order to keep it on the road for a very long time.In the past when my prius would act up, I would just sell it because the repair cost was out of this world. Not anymore. Anything that happens from here on out, I am coming directly to Enrique and Kenny. The bonus is the prices are incredible and they can fix more than just hybrids. Prayer answered!

Enrique is the best!!! He definitely knows his hybrid cars very well. My 2013 Prius wouldn t start and he even came to my house and troubleshooted it!! He found the issue so fast. I highly recommend Perez Hybrid Solutions for your hybrid needs!

Enrique was awesome. He was able to fix my car 2 days earlier than I requested even though I live well over 100 miles him. Smart, funny, and knows his hybrids. You can't go wrong with him!

Don t do it. After making you wait for days and days beyond what his estimated time to execute on the work is he will rip you off and ghost you after you learn the repairs that he performed were insufficient. Buyer beware.

The best hybrid technician you can imagine, a very humble, nice and knowledgeable guy, fixed my 2008 camry hybrid in about 4 hours for a really reasonable price, dealership wants $4k to replace battery.Update : so after 6 months I decided to update my review to help people who may have the same issues with hybrid battery.This is a temporary fix, for the past 6 months i have had the same issue at least 10 times, and each time i call Mr Perez i will just get another temporary repair for a day or two.At this point I just gave up and driving the car with the hybrid battery light on. I m planning to take the car to green tec auto to have a brand new battery installed for $2,400 with 4 years warranty, that is about half the price at the dealership.Mr Perez is a great guy, but a temporary fix is not what I need

I'm the original owner of a 2007 Prius. When it broke down, Toyota South Atlanta told me I'd need to spend $8k+ for a used engine with 100k miles on it to get the car running again. No thank you!!Enrique CORRECTLY diagnosed the ACTUAL problem before I even brought the car to him, and confirmed that suspicion when I got there. It was an inverter cooling pump that was $212 from Toyota. Enrique installed it very quickly and affordably and saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! If you own a Gen 2 Prius--or ANY car actually!--contact Perez Hybrid Solutions. Enrique really knows his stuff, plus he's so friendly and charming as well. He even installed a replacement side mirror that I had bought months ago with the intention of installing it myself, for no additional charge. I'm so thankful I found Enrique, and he will be my go-to Prius expert from now on.

I have a2008 Prius that I assumed needed the hybrid battery repaired or replaced after talking to other mechanics and because of my distance from other mechanics I really needed someone to do a home visit. No one that I could afford would so I began looking into getting it towed which was seeming impossible so went back online and couldn't believe I was just now seeing Perez Hybrid Solutions. I gave him a call and even with a home visit he was somehow cheaper than everyone else! Turns out my inverter pump needed replacing and I paid half of what I was expecting and now I'm back on the road. Thanks again so much!!

Literally one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. My prius had the dreaded "check hybrid battery pack warning sign", and I was afraid that wherever I took it, they would just tell me to replace the whole battery pack without even looking into the issue. Perez Hybrid solutions actually physically checked my battery pack and determined that it was just the battery fan that needed cleaning and saved me a ton of money! I'll be back soon to have some more work done. Amazing!

Enrique has been servicing my cars for years and is the best mechanic I've ever dealt with. Since day one when he got me out of a jam with a bad Prius battery, he has been incredibly fair and his knowledge for hybrids is unsurpassed. His ability and willingness to travel to me is a life saver. Most importantly, as time has gone on I have made a true friend and will always be grateful. Thank you for everything you do..you're the best!!

We just had our Lexus hybrid looked at by Enrique after the "check hybrid system" light came on. He fixed it in about 5 minutes and saved us thousands. He was honest and fast. We highly recommend him and will be bringing our other hybrid back to him.

I found Mr.Perez online and I m so glad I did. Speaking to him over the phone you realize he has an amazing spirit and sense of humor.his prices are reasonable and he goes the extra mile. Very knowledgeable man. I tell you the truth this man is hands down the top prius hybrid car specialist in the city of Atlanta. I am so thankful I met him . He has saved me so much money and head ache. If you have a prius especially a gen 2 or really any other car he will get you right. I now take all my cars to him and he never lets me down. You don t have to take my word for it. Try him out yourself you will not be disappointed, Perez is the hybrid godfather a true gem and a great person all around! I would give him 10 stars if google would let me but I will settle for 5. I was referred to Perez by a mechanic I took my car to. I have a Kia Optima hybrid and I took it to one mechanic and they wanted to charge a arm and three legs I don t have to fix a problem that they thought was there problem. They went with the most expensive thing they could find but that wasn t the problem. So I called Perez and asked him does he work on Kia s because I just saw reviews for Toyota and Honda s sooo, it took him about 3days to get to me but he got me right and I m back on the road ..he s Very Very affordable and he will get you right..Thank you Perez I will be back if I have a problem with any of my other cars and I highly recommend him!!!

I got the triangle of death on my 2012 Prius for the 2nd time. I contacted Perez hybrid solutions to try and get to the bottom of what my problem was. I wish I had known him before having anyone else work on my car because I know it's all about money especially when you really don't know anything about hybrids. This guy is terrible at customer service. He says he is coming to diagnose your vehicle and failed to show up or call. It appears he has a track record of not showing up from some of the previous reviews.
