I just want to say, Renard went above and beyond helping me here. I had a mechanical issue that I had been hunting down all day, and so it was getting kinda close to closing time, you know, within about an hour, when I came in. But he helped me sort the problem out, and from my description and testing and looking at the thing and whatnot, not only diagnosed my alternator, but pinpointed what part of my alternator had crapped out, which, unless I misremember, was the voltage regulator. And he was so awesome selling me the new one! He told me about another location that's open later in case the new one had trouble, and made sure I had a light to work by. I got out the door right on the nose at closing time, bolted that puppy in, and now it's humming along. You know how car problems can sometimes be a little adventure, and especially at that special time of day when everyone wants to go home, ya know... but Renard really helped me out and made sure I could get home okay, and not be stranded on the side of the road again tonight. He's very knowledgeable and professional and awesome to do business with. Thanks! :D

I am totally confused by the lack of respect workers have for customers. Some snotty young man was on the phone. I show in person he is WORSE. Avoid this place. They clearly do NOT want customers. They clearly do NOT have families to feed. I am pleasant with a smile, that doesn't work.

I don't know why I don't make O'Reilly's my first choice when it comes to Auto parts shopping... When everyone else is out of stock whether it's online(cheaper but takes too long when you need it now) or local auto parts stores (never have your parts) O'REILLY'S has it... Also with better warranties...

I brought my daughter here to get a Bluetooth for my car. They didn't have it in stock. So the guy called multiple stores even was put on hold for like 10 minutes trying to figure out if they had any in stock. This type of customer service is rare to find. #ThankYou #O'Reilly's! #KnowAGoodPlaceWhenYouFindOne!

Sunday at 7:15pm very rude Nonchalant and not customer service friendly. JAY was rude and his supervisor as well! I guess O Reilly just think that it s OK now to hire all of these rude people that don t really care about taking care of their customers they re just running their customers away. Your new employees that you have now they need to learn how to talk to the women that come in to O Riley s with respect.

Ordered a few things so I could replace my valve cover gasket. I ordered it in the morning and online it said it would be ready a 2pm that day. I showed up after work at 4:30 and it wasn't ready. They made it seem like it was so difficult to walk around and get the stuff for my order. Even made a comment that it was so much random stuff like that's an excuse for it not being ready. it took almost 30 mins for them to get all my stuff. Why did I even order online if I was going to have to wait anyway? I would come back because it is in an convenient location, but I'm not overly impressed.

Jazma was such a delight! She did the check engine light testing for me & she was very knowledgeable about what the code meant. She helped me get the right part & even double-checked to make sure everything was correct. She realized that my email wasn't attached to my rewards account so she fixed it & informed me of all the benefits I could receive. She truly went ABOVE & BEYOND!!! Because of her, I will make sure that I not only come here for further service but tell my family & friends as well. Thank you so much Jazma for your service. She deserves a raise!!!!

This is the last place anyone should go. The manager, Jasma is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and she has poor customer service. She uses profanity while on the clock (towards customers). When asked to assist her colleague because the wait was over an hour, she got an attitude and started cursing. She needs training in professionalism and customer service. GO TO ANY OTHER O'REILLY, JUST NOT THIS ONE. THE MANAGER IS THE WORST! My advice would be to find a job that makes you happy. This job, the customers, and clearly the atmosphere is not working for you.

This place was an awful experience I did a curbside order because I was disabled. I waited an hour on service,, I told them to cancel my order they told me because I used my credit card I had to come in to get a refund. I asked for the manager on duty her name was Gladys she was very rude and didn't have any compassion for me with me being on a cane and barely could walk.I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog..They definitely need some training in customer service with the whole staff..

They didn't have the value brand air filter I was looking for so they matched the price and gave me the name brand! Love O'Reilly's I really don't shop for parts anywhere else unless O'Reilly's tells me they cannot get what I want. That has happened 2x in 15 years

Fast ,friendly and matched the price from Auto zone with no problem ! I would highly recommend the store to anyone ! compare prices but they have always had a better price or have matched any competitors price on the spot ! So use the phone and compare yourself but you only need to drive once!!! I'm very satisfied all around!

Great place to pick up parts. Shout out to Tim for all his help. I called for a warranty on a battery and when I got there Tim had the new battery ready. Easy just the way I like it

Had to do a warranty exchange on a 6 year old alternator. Staff looked me up and confirmed the warranty. Exchanged and was out the door. Easy as that!

I bought three brand new alternators from this store all three wound up being bad. I installed all three and had to remove them. I had them test the last one it was defective also. I wasted a lot of time and didn't even get an apology from the manager.

Horrible customers service came in to get rotors turned had me waiting for 4 hours and only did one rotor so I had to go another store after waiting 4 hours what a waste of my time on my day off TONY is a horrible rude and unprofessional manager needs to be replaced asap! Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau !!!!!!
