Nick s primary concern for his customers is safety. He worked my vehicle in when busy so he could check the diagnostics and make sure my car was safe to drive until they had time to work on it. Five star customer service. I will definitely be referring friends and family.

Charged me $900 for a repair that didn t fix anything then said I need to pay even more for labor to replace another part in the same area which was very unfair. So I have to pay labor twice for an issue you said you could fix. Why take my money in the first place. No mercy and I was broke at the time. That s the game these mechanics play. Also stop sending me spam text messages.

I went to this company July 2022 was charged 600 for labor to replace a radiator in a 2013 Chevy Malibu the radiator went out June 2023 I called this establishment several times left messages with a phone number to call back never received a call back. I went to this place one Saturday they were closed. Because I have a second vehicle and I am a hard working woman I never pressed the issue. Finally got in contact with them they want to charge me another 600 for labor for a part that was faulty in the first place makes me wonder if they ever replaced it in the first place. Owner very rude did not try to assist with the cost of this faulty part I will never go back for any type of service. They say it s been two years but never accounted for me calling and leaving messages without a call back and this year will make two but it barely lasted a year.

From the first day I called them about repairing my Kia Sportage they were very professional and helpful. They recommended a towing company to bring my Kia to them. Nick J called me when my Kia arrived at the shop. When the estimate was done they called me and told me the cost. When they knew it was going to take longer to repair my Kia because they had to order parts they called me. I had a wonderful experience with Nick J. I would definitely recommend Nick J for auto repairs!!!

Honest and trustworthy. This is a black business that other black businesses use. Not simply because of our ethnicity but because of the care attention to detail and capabilities of the owner and staff. All my cars are serviced here because I know when he tells me something that's exactly what it is.

As a Clayton County employee having a working vehicle is very important to me. That's why I went to Nick J's. Worst decision in the world! I rue the day I ever darkened their doorstep. Upcharged me every step of the way! Made me pay the cost of their misdiagnosing my vehicle. With arrogance and no regard for my personal finances, they fleeced me like a sheared sheep. I believe they are like that because they know people may not have the resources to fight them in court. Clayton County deserves better. We want to promote businesses in our community but we don't want to be robbed while doing so. Go anywhere else, especially if you work for the county.STAY AWAY FROM NICK J's!!!!PS: They wouldn't even return my valve cap. I've heard that some people are disappointed with their service here...that's unfortunate. I've been going to Nick J's for at least the past 5 or 6 years. I have found that their prices are competitive, if not better in some cases, than other shops. I do call other shops just to ensure I'm getting the best price. However, you can't beat the service and the level of service you get here. I've recommended them to other people. My brother actually brought me to Nick J's on my first visit & I'm a very happy repeat customer. They're honest, professional & will keep you updated on your service. There's always going to be a hiccup or two, but nobody is perfect. Thanks Nick J's!

On Friday, June 2, 2023, I had the opportunity to meet an extraordinary team.Administrative staff were professional and very courteous.I was greeted and assisted immediately as I entered the facility. Mr. & Mrs. Jackson were very informative, transparent, and patience. The work environment was pleasant and extremely organized. I was traveling from Alabama to Hampton Ga. Just as I crossed state line my oil pump went out. I had my truck taken to Nick J;s they worked on my son's car before. My engine was locked. They found me one and I was back on the road in two weeks, my truck is still in Hampton running good daughter driving. He also worked on my sons Infiniti, and this weekend brake job on my daughter's car. I highly recommend Nick J's. The best thing all our business was taken care of over the phone. I was still in Alabama. Take a lot to trust someone when you in another state.Services: Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning

I had my car towed to this place, for them to call and tell me ,I need to purchase a $300+, battery, in order to get a diagnostic!! I said no I m not doing that I ll just pick my car up I know I don t need a battery Get ready to pick my car up you owe a $120 diagnostic FEE!! How?!?You claim I had to purchase a battery in order to check the car. Oh ma am..I was able to start it up by way of the alternator .. but these scammers couldn t do that in the beginning though!! Ok, never again, it s so sad that these repair shops are always trying to take advantage of people Women in particular!!! You can never win when trying to take advantage of other people!!! I hope that $120 serves you well! #Scumbucket

I have had a very good experience at this location ! They got me a very nice reliable car when I really needed it. I was paying so much for a rental and they were able to get me approved and on the road ! I love that it is a family business and their customer service is phenomenal! Highly recommended

I normally goes here when I don t go to the Infiniti dealer. I see new faces and normally deal with the actual owner Nick. I have spent a lot of money and don t mind the price.The last time I came I paid $1,200 for repairs so money is not the issue , it s the principle.The issue is I brought my car for 1 thing just the left front driver side wheel was making noises when I drive , go forward or reverse in spats and not all the time. I just was curious to see what they would say. Interestingly they told me it was the front left driver side wheel bearing.I was ok with that . Then I was advised that in order to replace the left side I must get the right side done also even though nothing is wrong with it. This is absolutely not true. They also said I needed a wheel alignment.I know for certain that the wheel bearings are totally separate. You can only get 1 replaced . Why would I get a wheel alignment? The Labor is way to costly. The weird thing is that Nick J prices are way more than the Infiniti dealer. I would just say that it s not always about overpriced and over charging people. It s about Customer retention and satisfactory customer service which will create a residual customer traffic so your business will continuously make the money.

I used Nick J's almost 10 years ago and never forgot how wonderful the team treated me and my vehicle. When I started having problems with my new vehicle I knew I had to give them a call. Best call I could make! My car is fixed and it didn't "break the bank." I was pleased with all my services. I hade my control arms and axel, tires and struts replaced on my 2016 q5 audi. Car runs great. The staff has great customer service and very friendly. I gave the shop 5 stars.

My friend bought Toyota Prius, 2011 -123k mileage they gave us 1 month warranty. After 1 month he started facing issues. Check engine light , they charged for it and issue got resolved. Then here is the another break through , head gasket leak . Shown this car to a private mechanic he mentioned the issue and said usually head gasket leaks occur when the car ran more than 150k strange he said. Now we have to put additional amount to repair it.

Nick J s is the only place I m bringing my car for any maintenance or repairs from now on!! This place is great. They offer quality service and they get it done quickly and conveniently. When I brought my 2013 Spark in for a compressor replacement and A/C recharge it was hot as fish grease inside the car, but when I got it back the next day, it was blowing cold air. My first time going here was on 11/19. I am big on reviews and this shop had great ones. I took my car here due to the check engine light. The customer service was great as well as the service. I was amazed at the overall cleanliness and professionalism with the owner. You don't see this often. He even showed me some things that he tightened up for me. I only had one discrepancy. I called and spoke to the wife then Nick. I told them my concern and he told me they would follow up on 11/20. They were true to their word and even offered me the difference in a refund since the part I needed was cheaper at the dealership than his vendor. I can respect an honest business. I appreciate the follow-up. I definitely will be returning.

It was a wonderful experience drop the car off got a call back in bout a hour telling me the problem and the price to fix it. After getting the ok call back a couple of hours later stating the car was fixed and it's been running great every since. The price wasn't bad either I really appreciate the job you did on my vehicle and in a timely manner. 5 stars all the way Nick. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I took my car there to have my clutch replaced and they had it ready in 2 days. I was very pleased with the efficiency, and I`m enjoying changing gears again. It`s good to have an honest and good mechanic close to home. Thanks Nick J`s!!!!

I helped my dad take his car there. They had a pretty short wait time & got back to him quicker than expected. When they called on the phone, they were extremely polite and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Both times we have used Nick J's, we have been extremely happy with their service. The young lady in front is very nice and very polite. The man working on the cargoes out of his way to explain what's needed and why. We will be using this place for all our repairs.
