Got the lowest level, cheapest paint job on an old 15 passenger van. Polite service writers and quick turnaround time. Van looks great considering I went with the cheapest option.

I wanted to remove the factory mirror covers on my SUV and replace them with chrome covers. Marco in Jonesboro did an excellent job. Customer service rep was very Friendly and helpful. Luis the technician did an outstanding job. Highly recommend this place.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Do not come here, they steal parts off your car, they didn t even know I had recently gotten my wheel bearing replaced, guess what? They replaced it again why? I instantly started to hear the bad wheel bearings they replaced it with, I will be suing, they are con s an they Also swapped out my shocks, They did a terrible job at fixing my collision damage, they only want your money, they will not do their job the correct way, watch they lie an say they can t find me in their system in the comment review section smh place needs to be shut down, I m already gathering everything I ll need to sue, they messed with the wrong person, also look below at how terrible the job was done, lights looked pushed in, they just don t care, save your money an go elsewhere

This location has the best customer service. Quincy and Phyllis both provided excellent customer service. My classic car is ready for the road now.

When I went to this shop, they seemed very nice and accommodating, but they lie. A normally 4 day job ended taking 3 1/2 weeks. And when the car was picked up, parts were missing and the fender and bumper were barely hanging on. It took so long and cost so much to arrange other transportation, that the car just needed to be removed from their incapable hands. Don't come to this location.The staff is in over their head.

The Jonesboro GA location is operated by a very courteous and friendly staff. While my truck was in their shop longer than expected due to a back order., l was well pleased with the finished product. Today I give this Maaco 5stars. But if I could I would give them 100 �100 more!!! Never have I been into a place that really cared about you and you car. An employee that is no longer with the company took me through some changes, but when God have great people working for him you will never lose. Mr. Phillip Stringer is truly a man of God. He and the general manager helped me out so much. All I could do was break down and cry!!! They are the most caring men, and if I ever need anything done to my car this is the only place I'm going. God bless Mr. Phillip for all you done. And God continue to guide the general manager. I can't say enough about this company and the great people they have working for them. This store and the men who work in it are truly the best. Thank you again Mr. Phillip.Michelle T...Feeling GREAT!!!

I brought my car 7/14/18 to have a the left side painted and repaired. I was quoted to receive my car 7/20/18. I did not receive my car until 7/26/2018. I was not called with updates as to why the car was taking so long. I called on 7/19/18 to make sure it was going to be ready then I was told it would be done that Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I called Monday then I was told it would be ready Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning it just needed to finishing drying. Wednesday at 5:40pm I was finally able to get my car and was informed it had not cured yet. I have paint residue all of the right side of the windows. I was so frustrated with the whole experience I didn't go back to have them remove it. In addition to that apparently my car was parked on an ant bed because there were trails of ants in my car. The window on the driver side as chips and scratches now from when it was probably being sand down. It was the worse experience I ever had. I would have paid $1000 to another company if it meant I'd get my car in time and not damaged. The most I would give is 2 stars because the dent and paint scratches are gone.

They didn't even try to do they work properly. They kept my truck too long. Cost me money on my rental agreement. They left my truck a mess. Didn't even put it back together properly. I had to finish the work myself. Theys guys are horrible! The worst Maaco experience I have ever had!

Worst experience ever. My car has been painted 3 time. And now they have a new manager which is no different from the old. One of the associate Jason is just rude when I call the shop about my car. This last time 8/16 on a Monday I drop my car off for the 3rd time and today is 9/ 2/16 and they have not started on my car. But when I drop my car off on Monday Quincy the manager said it will be ready on Tuesday no later than Wednesday. I have taken off work 3day to give them enough time and when I call Wed. It's not ready haven't been sand nor painted. So I call Thur. still no sand nor painted. I had to be at work for 2pm and my husband had to leave from work early to take me into work. Quincy promise me the car would be completed at the end of the day I explained to him I would be at work and I can't be with out a car the weekend, my husband would be out of town .Friday 8/2/16 call @ 9 am spoke with Quincy been that the car was suppose to be ready yesterday by the end of the day. Again the car has not been sand or painted. I have miss 1 day of work and 2 days of class this is unexpectable. I am so upset and done I will never recommend this business to any one. I was going to go with another shop my husband chose this and I paid 600 for this mess running paint ever where. When are you going to get it right? Waiting. Wow

Charles has the worst customer service skills. I went in for an estimate and didn't even make it that far. I was told I'd have to replace my hood and there was only a small dent in the hood. When I asked for a reason behind him replacing my hood, he simply stated that he didn't owe me an explanation. Will never use this location nor recommend them to anyone.

Scam shop. Guy working there tries to charge you almost triple the price and only wants cash. My cousin took his car there and next thing we were told his car is in the Fayetteville location. We drove there to find his car not finished painted and a spare tire on his car. I don t want the generic we apologize comment either Maaco save it

Worst experience ever! I am looking into suing this location because my experience was unacceptable. The manager, Charles, is very careless, condescending and just down right disrespectful! The paint work was horrible! I paid $100 for extra sanding but no sanding was done. There was scratches, over spray, cloudy spots everywhere! The paint was even chipping on the side. The windshield wiper trim that they replaced wasn't even on. It was sitting up completely off of my car. It didn't even fit my car. I pointed out all of these problems upon picking my car up and did not leave maaco without a resolution. Charles told me to bring the car back and they would only fix the paint. Well the experience gets worst but it's too long to post. My car lighter was stolen, my side trim was broken and they tried to attempt to super glue it back on. Charles is super rude and a lier!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. They lie and say one thing and then the result is different. RADAR AND JOHNNY needs more people's skills training (unfortunately, you can't REALLY be taught how to treat people in a class). My damage was minor, maybe a 3-4 day job. They had my car for almost two weeks. I STILL do NOT have my vehicle so I'm unsure of the work, but I will write a second review when I get it back. I'M BEGGING YOU...PLEASE do not come here. Either stick to who you know, or take it to the dealer, because experiencing all of this nonsense makes it worth paying the extra money!

I've never been to any other car shops but if I have to find one this will definitely be my 'go to'! The assistant manager and manager combined make a greeaaatttt team I went to them this morning at 10 am for a fixed hood with hopes that they could just pop out the dents but sadly I had to buy a whole new hood. Luckily between Phillip, William & Kenny I bought another new hood for cheap and got all the fixings done with a few hours including a paint job!! They really were considerate of other things I had to do today. I really appreciate their customer service and friendliness. Thanks guys sooooooooo much

Gave me an appointment. I drove 50 minutes there to a locked down facility. I called customer care and was told they would reach out, but if noone showed in 5 minutes, her suggestion was to leave.So disappointing and time wasted!

Never take your vehicle here!!!!!! They paint over what should be chrome,take antennas off and not put them back on. My trunk and my hood stayed up on their own,since being painted,they only slam and would cut your fingers off. I made a mistake by NOT reviewing the reviews. If you are reading this....take heave and look elsewhere. It will save you time,money and wasted energy.

Over all service was really poor. I was told it would take one week to finish my car, After 5 attempts to check in and 2 week later, I was still not pleased with the job... so much over spray trash under paint, I paid extra for chip smoothing and I could still see where clips were attempted to be fixed. Very disappointed

Great experience. I am very happy with the customer service of the manager, Mr Stringer and his staff. Very pleased with the painting of my car...it looks like a new car. I would highly recommend them

First of all, I went to Fayetteville location Maaco and got the worst customer service experience ever not to mention all kind of excuses why my vehicle couldn't be painted but the Jonesboro location cleared the Maaco name and presented the most outstanding service any customer could ask for!! My last experience was horrible.I dropped my car off on the 3rd and didnt get it back until the 18th.2nd I asked for jungle fever effect green when I picked the car up it was Good ash metallic I was really disappointed. Sept 19 2019

I Took My Truck Here And Due To Some Touch Up Issues. I Wound Up Bringing It Back. Well, Manager Radar Will Say One Thing And In Reality. He's Dishonest And A Selective Listener. They Never Did Paint My Inner Side Of My Tailgate As I Verbally Discussed From The Beginning. My Driver's Side Door Mirror Has,Scratches And My Windows Are Oily. So, I Can't Recommend Anyone To Go To This Place.
