You get what you pay for. Paint job oxidized after a year. Can still see primer in the door jams and some spots on the back passenger door. Had a year warranty but didn t want to bother going back for correction. Will be doing my own 5 step paint correction myself.

I am so glad that my cousin recommended this body shop for my car repairs. I have had other shops take advantage of me as a woman because we may not have the knowledge concerning the cost for repairs. My car looks great and I really appreciate how Jajuan worked with me. Very respectful and Brother John is so easy to work with. I am a supervisor and have worked in customer service for over 30 years. Thank you so much for not trying to take advantage of me. I needed my car repaired from an accident and Imperial Kings was there when I was told over a month wait time from several other businesses. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle done right and ready to go as soon as possible. The owner was very professional and displayed good customer service.

Took my little brother s charger for a minor bumper repair. Juan was very professional, the work was completed within 2 days, he was extremely affordable and the car was like new. This shop and owner were AMAZING!! Great customer service and he matched our custom paint perfectly! I was referred to him and very pleased. Only 3-day turn around for our particular job, but he saved us a huge insurance claim with his reasonable pricing.

I usually don t leave reviews, good or bad, but Imperial Kings Collision & Custom Paint does AMAZING work & in a reasonable time frame!! I am very pleased with the work that was done on my car!! If I am ever in the need of work done to my car in the near future this will be my go to place, without hesitation!! THANK YOU GUYS!! GREAT WORK!! I can honestly say I am a happy customer!

I was very impressed with the timeliness of my paint job. The owner met with me personal to explain the process and stuck to his commitment on the timeframe to complete the project. Omg, this place is amazing, and the owner was so professional and knowledgeable.He painted my car in a timely manner, he washed my car and also gave me products to keep the car looking good. I would recommend anyone to go here, satisfaction guarantee

Great work and professional service. When I arrived to pick my car up it looked brand new, damaged were fixed and as a bonus my car had been washed as well. Very pleased.

I Dropped team helmets off for painting last Thursday and was asked to pay $475 up front in full and the helmets would be ready the following Tuesday! Tuesday came, NO HELMETS. He finally answered my call after about 15 attempts and said they would be ready Thursday! I was upset but understanding to the work load he may have had. Thursday arrives, NO HELMETS! It s 10p THURSDAY night and I pulled up to his shop to get helmets after calling his phone over 30 times, 30 messages and a few voicemails!! Upon arriving a man shadow gets up and walk to turn the lights off! It s now 12:02a Friday (the next day) and still no helmets! Our team need their helmets for homecoming which is Saturday! I ll advise you not to pay in full and if you can please take your business else where! His communication is poor and despite his errors he wil not find a resolution that doesn t involve you coming out of the pocket with more money! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!

By far the best experience I ve had with any auto mechanic shop they worked fast with my insurance and got my car fixed to practically brand new shape the customer service was beyond excellent I recommend anyone in the Atlanta and surrounding areas to bring your vehicles to this company thanks imperial customs

He is Unreliable very slow will tell you that he will be done with your car on this date and it will not be done and he also lets people drive other peoples cars so why you are thinking that your car is getting fixed someone is driving your car I personally have had someone s car he gave me and this lady thought her car was getting fixed and it was something minor Smh but he had my car for a month and was only pose to have it for a week and told me things that were wrong with my car and it wasn t anybody can make a receipt and write something up and that s just what he did I could have went true my car insurance he told me it would be cheaper turned out to be so much more oh and my car the paint job dripping of dry paint around it and my hood still isn t fixed just bad business all around do not DO NOT LET THIS MAN WORK ON YOUR CAR!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
