Horrible customer service. First time I came. The guy said he was coming to assist me, waited 55 min and nobody said nothing. I even went back a second time, co workers were sitting at a table, looked at me and started back talking to each other as if I wasnt even standing there waiting for assistance. No hey, can I help you or nothing. A simple can I help you or Ill be with you, we chilling right now would have been nice.

Dropped my car off on a Wednesday. They told me they would check it in the morning. No call. I went back in the afternoon, they said it had a bunch of things wrong, but it would take a couple weeks, but if I wanted to take it somewhere else, I could. Should have done that because obviously they didn't want my business. I asked what could be done for it to be driveable, the guy said he would call me in the morning and let me know. Entire day goes by, no call. I come back the next morning and have my husband pick up my car. This was today - Saturday. They had my car for basically 4 days and it had been sitting in the same spot. Smh

Jose and his crew are the ONLY guys that I ll ever trust with my cars. When it comes to knowledge about cars, they have it! Honest and trustworthy. I ve been to other shops and most if not all have tried to rip me off. My 95 Nissan truck was brought back to life and my Lincoln town car also brought back to life. Quick turnaround but sometimes he s backed up but worth the wait! A+ service

Jose and his team are Super Phenomenal Professional, Experienced, Trustworthy and truly Kind hearted guys for more than 10 years of service. Even when we moved to KY, when we come home to GA to visit family we visit Jose and Trust his team with all of our family car needs. This place was recommended to my by other peers, and I'm so glad they did. It may not look like a fancy shop, but these people definitely know what they are doing and tell you up front what all may be necessary to get your car fixed, to include a worst case scenario. I dealt with Jose, he was courteous and very honest and he charged me what he had estimated from the beginning, even after he found an additional problem. I recommend them, they've certainly earned my business.

I've been going to this mechanic for a while. I think they are reasonable with their prices and what I appreciate is that they aren't trying to over sell anything or make you spend extra money on unnecessary things. One recommendation though, the earlier you get there, the better because they get super busy... Also, don't be taken back by the appearance... they know what they are doing.

They are amazing! I come here and trust Team Durango anytime for my car needs. They don t cheat me because I am a female and work with me. Get me in and out quickly! They remember my pilot when I come and even ask about the previous issue they resolved. Thanks a million guys

This is the best mechanic place I have ever been to. They are super honest about their work and never lie about the problems your car has. I ve been going here for a few years now and I have to say I m very satisfied with this place. Never ever am I going to switch mechanics because they are super reliable. My favorite and only place to service my car! :)

They dont try to rip you off. Timely service, very helpful and trusted. Busy as hell though , sometimes it's hard for me to get service. I guess that's how great that they are.

This is the worst shop ever I brought my truck to them to get repaired, it sat there when I finally went there they cut all the wires to it ,then ask what was I going to do , you will see soon from my attorney. You don t deserve one star.

They wouldn't give our car back because the owner of the shop gave the insurance company the wrong information and held our car hostage until he gave the insurance company the correct information.
