I went in to get my rims painted. Special ordered the paint they had my car for 2 days came to pick up the car. The work was inferior the quality is awful... The dream became an instant nightmare. Try reaching out to the owner, they have not returned my call. The gentlemen that run the shop, have very poor customer service skills. Totally dissatisfied. Awaiting response.So far

Their Da Best!! They do everything!! I took my car baby n had no idea what I wanted! After talkin to da experts, I started out w da glow n some noise! I ll def b back soon!!Update: I went back n got my headlights done. Very satisfied with their work again!

1st I came in looking for headlight says it might be an electrical issue I get that, then I ask if they install tire rods he said no just asking no question is a dumb question I get that. I ask for tires, that I know they do have, when I ask how much tire tread he says a lot now I don't own my own business but if really want to go the extra mile for a customer you would say I can find that out everyone knows tire treads means a lot especially if you drive a lot. So disappointed I don't like the feeling of not feeling welcome and that's the vide I got then when I was walking out he said 40,000 tread for $700 something don't remember the exact why didn't you just said that before. I'm never coming back here again. It's a shame you can never get to big to be helpful they may do good work based on the picture but accommodating can come a long way.

They do good work, but the employees are not on the same page. On 2 occasions I was told to come by the shop to get something done, and then when I get there it`s like no one knows anything about it. This is the only issue that I have had. No customer should be inconvenienced. Other than that the work is good, but I prefer to spend my money where you`re not taken for granted. I had an appointment. That s the whole point of my review

I ve been going to Dreams for as long as I can remember, the service is great, along with workers, I appreciate everything they ve done for me and I all I can do is support and give them the utmost respect. It s good to see ppl that care about making sure everything is right and correct before giving back to customers. I ll definitely be back for my next car!

The worst experience I had with dream. All of the employees are shady. I brought my hellcat to them so that they could install custom head lights. A week later my headlights had condensation and water in it. I took it to another custom shop to get it inspected come to find out the never install the rubber. The owner is rude. Please to anyone that read this do not come to do business with Dreams. It will be a night mare for anyone.

I came here last year to get a full system replacement and also got a new radio. Spent a great deal of money for the services. After getting the install done over a couple days, I noticed something was off but couldn t pinpoint it and neither had the full knowledge of what to look for but the guys at the shop ensured me that it was quality. It wasn t. Me being a young woman and was alone at the time with an infant, iguess it seemed like a easy buck. My speakers started rattling just months after and I came back multiple times but each time the audio guy wasn t available and then it was after my warranty time frame so nothing could be done. Last week, my speakers completely blanked out. I may not know much about car audio but I do know brand new speakers are supposed to last longer than a year. Esp if I don t blast music. A friend told me not to come here because they don t do right. I wish I would stop trying to give people the benefit of the doubt and just listen.

Terrible, sold me a bad product, doesn't want to make it right, very unprofessional, don't give these people your money go somewhere else, pay a little more, get a real warranty from honest folks. The owners replied to this post, but that's a lie, they wanted another $100 to replace the bad lights that were 2.5 months old, when I paid $160 for the lights and installation. I'll reiterate, take your money elsewhere, deal with honest professionals, that do honest work and honor their own policies.

Brought my vehicle in for some lighting work. They damaged my headlights and lied about it, telling me it was the lighting companies fault for a bad product. Came back and paid more for a second installation, same problem.I checked the work myself and found where my headlight was damaged and a shoddy fix was attempted, which permanently damaged my headlights. Owner is refusing to fix the issue and has ceased contact with me.So much for that "lifetime warranty" when they can't even fix something they broke.(EDIT* For your reply)Either you are continuing to lie or you actually don't understand what happened. The light did not "now" just break, it was broken before and you knew that, I have pictures. I tried to schedule a time with you to get it fixed for a while and you stopped replying to me. I just recently opened it myself almost a year later and saw where your shop had damaged my headlight housing.I have the DRL LED board you guys put in, and all the new ones, they all perform the exact same. You guys lied to me saying it was Lighting Trendz fault, when you had been the cause of my faulty light this whole time. And yes, it has almost been a year, because I was stupid enough to trust you guys would fix it like you said or honor your warranty.

Greetings,On February 11th......I had an Appointment setup concerning my Ghost lights. When I walked into the establishment NO one Greeted me at all.In Fact the sales representative was seeing 2 other personnel when I entered. I wait 30 mins and still NO ONE said anything. "Keep in mind...I Made an appointment " The owner even walked by me twice and said NOTHING. I WAS VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED FROM THAT MOMENT ON. When I spoke to the rep. he acted like I was bothering him. It was at that point I felt like they do not value their customers the same. I am a business owner myself and I make sure that All of my customers feel valued and important. So I took my Business Elsewhere. I will NOT be back here at All. My Business will be taken elsewhere.SINCERELY,PLEASE VALUE MY TIME & MAKE ME FEEL LIKE YOU CARE.

This is the worst place ever!!!!!!!I purchased some very expensive underglow lights online. I took them to this place for a professional install. When the work was complete, one side didn't work. Then when you turn them on, you could never get all 4 sides the same color. So I would look like a darn Christmas Tree for no reason. The first time I put fuel in my vehicle after the install, I began spilling gallons of fuel. When I took it to the Chevy Dealer, they had to replace the tube that the fuel travels through to my tank because Dream's best installer drilled holes in it when he was putting the wheel well lights in. When I took it back to Dreams, the gave me the run around about waiting for the owner who happened to be out of Country for a few months. Needless to say, I have to do a $777 repair after a very poor $350 simple light installation. Never again. I would never recommend this horrible place to any of my friends. Not even my enemies!

I've been going to them for the past 6 years. I've always been satisfied with them until my last visit. I ordered lights which took over a month to get to them. I make an appt with them on Thursday for Monday first thing in the am. I drop my car off with only 1 car in front of me to get two things done. Owner says it will be ready early afternoon. I call at 330 (car has been there since 930) and they say they haven't started installing the lights so my car wouldn't be ready til 6. I say why so long when u told me that it only took 3.5 hrs total to get what i wanted. They say they were busy cuz it was Monday. Mind you we had an appt and the other cars came after me. Seems they cater more towards men. Couple dudes walked up as im getting my car and they flock to them and go all out the way. Won't patronize them again and I suggest you don't.

I m giving one, because I have to. They actually deserve ZERO!! This was WORST job ever. The installation time was quick, but the job was messy. When I first arrived the owner said, we aren t responsible if the radio doesn t work once installed. You re still responsible for the installation fee $200. Which is fine, but that was a red flag. I went to talk to the installation guy to see if they usually have products not work once installed. He mentioned, sometimes the systems aren t good, but they are able to test the system, which he would do . Once I picked up the vehicle everything seemed fine. The next day I tried to use my navigation. Nothing. I kept getting message saying can t find connections. I figured the system was actually bad as I was told could possible be the case. My husband and I decided to take the system out. So the navigation gps was taped to the top of the windshield. How long was that going to last?? Not long. I couldn t get a signal from the gps, because it was never hooked up. It was only taped to the windshield and the wires were never connected. I also had a wireless back up camera installed. They decided to wire the camera (drilled holes in my bumper). The wires were running from the back of the truck through the back seat floor (which a hole was drilled in the floor). Then along the side boards up to the radio. All the cords to my previous system was cut, For no particular reason. If they wasn t hindering your work they could ve been left alone. This was the worst job ever. Please save your time and money. Find another company. If I could post the photos I would. It was a MESS.

My boyfriend and I came here to get tire lettering done. He made an appointment and prepaid to the labor. When arrived we were told that it would only be an hour process. The worker took so long with everything! They stopped to socialize and take pictures of a NON-PAYING CUSTOMERS car. The whole process took like almost 5 hours for a job they could have finished in 1 hour. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone coming here. If you do decide to come it s no need to make an appointment because you still will be waiting for hours.

Dreams did my vinyl on my Challenger, I paid $600 and I m 98% happy with it only because of 1 flaw and a few bubbles under the decal on my windshield! The staff is friendly but needs to work on their timing! I had an 3pm appointment and my work didn t get started until 5pm and I left around 6:30 pm in tears because I ordered tire letters and didn t realize until after they were applied that the letters were not correct! So after spending 3 1/2 hours at Dreams for calipers and letters I got a $25 discount and no apology!

On 7.8.16 I went to dreams for a window tint they were very helpful in choosing my tint for the car. After we choose the tint it only took them 1hr to do the job and it looks great thanks for the great service. I will definitely be back..

Wanted to come get my headliner done but owner's response to reviews are real arrogant and cocky always referring to 20 years of service but not really addressing the issues at hand. Be more humble and appreciate all customers they are the ones have you going 20 years strong over time these reviews are gonna affect you

I went in about a week ago to see if they could fix my headlight it was flickering on and off they said they were busy but could take a look at it they ended up fixing it for me I wasn t there more then an hour it was great service. Definitely recommend this place! I ve been multiple times for my cars needs and they ve taken care of me every time.

I called about my window tint fading/ bubbling weeks prior to the new year. Tint was installed Fall of 2016 and is now showing signs of deterioration. Manager never returned my call after notating my information. I doubt my lifetime warranty will be honored.

Ladies be very careful when u come here. I felt I was over charged to get a speaker and amp hooked up. They said they gave a warranty. Second day, my speaker stopped working the wiring under my hood burned. I took it back and they said they didn't have time to fix it. I took it back two other times and was told the same thing. I finally just gave up and had someone else fix it.
