Do not go here to honestly use your battery warranty. The store manager (hispanic woman, idk her name) lied about my battery being good and said I can t use a good battery to utilize my warranty ( why would I return a good battery ? ) Anyway, went to another location down the street for them to test the battery as bad and sent me in the right location to get a good battery on my warranty. It s sad how certain people will treat you in certain areas.

The worst customer service ever employees was sitting on the ladder refusing to help playing in appropriate music the manager shouldn t be a manager he tried to over me for items that was in the incorrect spot his response was I didn t place it their nasty attitude Larry I don t recommend no one to ever shop here ever

Def 5*. Deserves more! Greeted when walked in. Had to put items down to look at others, employee came out, may I take to counter for you. WHAT!!!?!??!!! Double checked & corrected my items before checked out. OMGosh, just a great experience! C/S OVER THE TOP!

Stock built Hispanic employee with way more confidence then competence assisted me with my purchase. I was trying to figure out what type of oil I needed for an oil change. She recommended the wrong oil for my car after looking it up on the computer. Then she recommends I buy an oil filter and an air filter. I told her I had never heard of that type of oil before (grade 20W). With confidence, she came back there to assist me and confirmed that was the oil I needed. Long story short, it was the wrong Oil. So I went back and she was nice enough to swap it out. But I noticed the oil that I really needed (5-30 Full synthetic) came with a free oil filter and air filter. I paid more than I should have dealing with this person.

Great deals and sales are always occurring. However, the downsize is that many items may not be available. Still, I shop here because the bundle specials are better than Walmart.

Felix was so patient and helpful!! I learned my headlight was out as I was driving and this was the nearest place to stop. Felix was helpful and even taught me how to change it for the future. Great customer service. I will definitely come back!

Friendly and energetic staff! Came in to get my car's battery replaced. Unfortunately warranty had expired a few months ago, but Maite did everything she could to get me the best deal. I'd like to thank her and also Alejandro for replacing the battery and helping me with other things I needed.

I brought in a car battery, not knowing that it was no longer useable. I had them test and charge the battery. An hour later, I came back to pick up the battery and they said it had a full charge and the battery was still good. Clearly, no one in there knows how to test a battery because when I tried to jump my car with the same battery, the engine barely started. My neighbor's multimeter then showed that the battery had a 1.29 charge... Hysterical. Never rely on an auto chain store to do *anything* with your car, much an auto chain store in the hood. They're only good for selling parts. Beyond that, the employees are clueless.

Never received a pickup your order email from store. After 4 hours I called the store. Employee attitude was hostile & full of apathy. Claimed he doesn't know anything about an email that alert you if your order is filled & ready for pick-up. Geezee, we gotta get our emotions & thinking under control. Terrible customer service in many stores in South Clayton County. * time to move... Ugh

I Only Give This Place A 4 Star Rating, Because They Don't Have A Lot Of Part's That Fits My Truck. And They Call There Self's A Auto Part's Store, And I See Them As A Want To Be Auto Part's Store.

Had to return some coolant we didn't need and had bought the day before unopened. The Hispanic lady at the one next to goodwill off 138 and Tara was rude as hell and said she couldn't do it. We are frequent customers and Kenny J took over and did the return no problem and had excellent customer service skills and calmed my husband down. Great job Kenny thank you so much! You are why we will continue to be Autozone customers.

Jimmy the store manager was very great and helpful, he went as far as using his personal car to help me get where I needed to go. He also was outstanding at helping me figure out what parts I needed for my vehicle to get fixed! Everyone was nice and friendly as well!

HAD BROUGHT IN 5 BATTERIES FOR THE BATTERY RECYCLING PROGRAM. MANAGERS AT OHTER AUTOZONE STORES GAVE ME A LOTTT OF GRIEF!!!!! MAITE HELP ME WITH NO PROBLEM. SHE ALSO SHOWED HER EMPLOYEES HOW TO TAKE IN RECYCLE BATTERIES TOO. LIMIT 5 PER CUSTOMER PER DAY!!!!!

I was sold a bad car from Pars Cars dealership on Mt. Zion in Morrow (BUYERS BEWARE!!!) that died three hours after it was sold to me. It turns out the alternator in the car had stopped working. I called AutoZone for a replacement and was received by a wonderful employee named Jennifer T.Jennifer was so extremely helpful over the phone when I asked about the alternator I was looking for. Jennifer even recommended three different mechanics to replace my alternator. After I arrived at the store to buy the car part that she put to the side for me, she proceeded to help me look for other items that I needed before I left. I ended up using one of the mechanics that Jennifer recommended and got my car back on the road that same day and was able to make it to my job later.AutoZone is great but employees like Jennifer make it 100 times better. She was truly my life saver that day and I recommend she get a promotion. She was professional, polite, helpful, honest, and very caring about my situation and what I was going through.Thank you, Jennifer T!

THE LOCATION IS CONVENIENT...MRS. LISA IS ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE... SHE DOES HER BEST TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMERS LEAVE SATISFIED...THEY HAVE A OCCASSIONAL DEALS THAT THE AVERAGE D.I.Y'er CAN BENEFIT FROM, BUT THEY DON'T CLEARLY ADVERTISE THEM...THEIR PRICES, WARRANTIES, REWARDS, AND IN-STOCK SUPPLY OF PARTS MAKE THEM MY FIRST CHOICE...

I don't know what was going on in this store, but there was only 1 employee working the line, while the manager, helped someone that walked in AFTER I joined as the 3rd person in line. The gentleman in front, stated that there had been 3 to 4 other employees walking around, but none of them appeared to be helping with the customers lined up. It could have been time for some overdue breaks and lunches, however, the manager was rude and nonchalant about the matter and expressed exactly that to us as customers.

The guys didn't want to return my item saying they had no money to make the return although I had used a card. So I tried everyway possible even buying 165$ more merchandise to keep from having to get the cash they didn't have and still they did not make the return. Not impressed w the lack of ability to vomete simple tasks I noticed they were all just laying around in the hidden chairs between the parts. Just lazy bums get some real workers.

Superior customer service! CSM DJ took care of all my needs from the moment I called the store inquiring about parts for my vehicle. To make matters perfect, DJ had everything at the front counter waiting for me. DJ as well as the staff were very helpful and had very positive attitudes.. . I recommend this store to any and everyone.

Last week, I had to have a battery tested and then replaced. Jamal met me at the door and saw the process through from beginning to end. He was very professional and nice. Thanks for your excellent customer service. Very hard to find nowadays.

Normally l would give Auto Zone as a whole five 's however the false advertising of curbside pickup has given me a reason to give only 2 's. Now l placed an order online and there are instructions on how it works.Let's just say after contacting the corporate office in ATLANTA and speaking with two different employees at separate locations, neither has given the same response to the online curbside pickup.My order was placed at 9:18a on Sunday Jan.23, 2022, I made contact with the store at 12:00pm on the same day (because I never received an email about my order) and was told that l have to come into the store and at that time my order would be pulled.How is this curbside pickup???When l spoke with someone at the corporate office on Jan.24, 2022, he explained that due to Covid and being short staffed this is no longer an option at this time. Short staffed??? When l went into the store there were 6 employees there So why is it being advertised??? To some it maybe petty... I don't care but due to Covid concerns I only shop online with pickup at the stores designated area, delivery or curbside pickup.The 2 's only reflect the false advertisement but the employees at this location get 4.5 's.

I Always have great service here. Jimmy was a big help today. I went to pick up a part I ordered online and Jimmy double checked to make sure it was the right part for my car. It turned out to be the wrong part so Jimmy came outside and looked at my car to figure out the right part and even reached out to Chevrolet to confirm. Jimmy is an awesome employee and saved me the hassle of having to return a part.

Like in anything it depends on the location. As a whole I would ask that employees1. LISTEN to what they're being asked for.2. Be more professional...I am...3. NOT approach or address female customers in a demeaning or overly "familiar" manner. "Ma" and "Sweetheart" are entirely UNACCEPTABLE.4. if you're not interested in the retail/counter service...stay home, stock shelves go corporate but leave the attitude in the breakroom!5. Keep their pants pulled up!!6. If asked for a part or a size...chances are some women (like me) know what they're talking about. For them to argue or then insist on checking my car and ultimately proving to be wrong isn't good Customer service or engagement and ultimately prompts me to avoid that store.7. I am not there to date...I'm there to fix my daily and my project car.My sons, my husband AND my mechanic insist I shop at a competitor 10 miles away!

This location is convenient because I live 5 minutes down the street but today my experience was not so great. Travis was very nonchalant about assisting me, A PAYING customer! A complete stranger had to get him to assist me. You would think him & I knew each other & had a falling out in the past. This experience left me frustrated & I will not ever come here. Also, they should hire younger people. Everyone there is 65+ & although I commend them for working as hard as they do, they need assistance w/ the store. The lines are long & it s ridiculous

I came in today and i was greeted with a warm welcome.. It was a part that i needed really urgent. Manager Dijay resolved the issue immediately. Dijay is the most awesome associate there. Thanks for a wonderful experience. I will continue to shop there.
