I wish there was a zero rating because this was the most unprofessional and frustrating experience that I have ever had with a mechanic. I picked up my car today (February 2022) and was told TODAY that the price was more than double than what we previously discussed. After having my car since mid December Andre Wright completely stopped communicating. Only after the Clayton County Police left a voicemail did he text me to say my car was ready. And when asked when I could pick it up, there was no response. two days later after I indicated that I would report my car stolen he then asked what time I wanted to pick it up. He also refused to give me an official receipt indicating what he repaired and REFUSED to allow me to test drive it (even with him in the car). NO ONE SHOULD EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.Service: Electrical repair

I was very impressed with the care and patience of Ari Auto when diagnosing my concern. They were honest about what my car needed and what it didn t. Overall, I felt the pricing was fair and I am happy with the service I received.

I called to set an appointment to check a code I got on my Equinox. I was able to get an appointment first thing this morning and my car was fixed within an hour. I am so grateful to ARI Auto and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the Jonesboro and surrounding areas.

I have been taking my vehicle to Ari Auto for the past four years. He has replaced my engine without any problems and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Ari Auto.

Just had my brakes and rotors replaced. It was quick and the prices are fantastic. Andre is a trustworthy mechanic that works fast.

andre was professional does professional work and honest he takes his time with your vehicle thanks for the tune up and oil change i truly recommend & prices are reasonable too check him out
