After walking into the store and receiving a 'welcome in' from a person I could not see. I stood there for quite a few minutes. I was NEVER OFFERED assistance from this invisible person, as I stood patiently. He never appeared. So I decided to leave. Oddly, as I was leaving. I was told have a great evening. Shaking my head! JUST WHY?

Walked in with dirty boots and employee ran his mouth. I was trying to get a part to repair a tractor but told him he can keep it. Very unprofessional that s what a mop is for lazy

My first visit was ok, but the African American lady that worked with me turned it around as she was very knowledgeable. Second time in two weeks that I have been to this store. I have to find another one. Today, I came to buy windshield wipers. The wipers that I had picked up were marked $25.99. I get to the register and the wrong price was listed. Instead of them offering to uphold the price, he offered a 10% discount because they didn t even have the complete set for the wipers that I was going to buy. So now, i feel like i should have just went to another location and they sort of got over it s nothing to check product codes and make sure that the item that you are marking is correct. So after a $6 discount on wipers that I was going to pay $50 for but are now $80. I just really feel like I shouldn t have bought them and went to another location. Because after seeing that they were incorrectly marked and they didn t have what they needed to uphold the purchase-it should have been honored.

A couple of rude employees!!!!! I don t recommend purchasing any of their store brand batteries (Autocraft). My mechanic purchased a battery from advanced auto during a recent repair on my car and they delivered the battery to the repair shop and installed it. Nothing put on the battery to prevent corrosion....standard practice when installing a new battery in a car.Battery is currently under a 2 year warranty.......battery is about 3 months old but had to call roadside assistance 2 times recently to jumpstart it because it was dead. Decided to phone this store location to inquire about getting a different battery put in. The young lady who answered the phone has a very unfriendly demeanor when dealing with customers.Explained to her that the warranty is under my mechanics repair shop and she begin giving me a headache and refused to help me with the warranty without speaking to my mechanic.Meanwhile I had already given her the repair shop name and their telephone number so that she could look the warranty information up in the computer.What I took away from this experience is that they are selling their own company brand battery (Autocraft) and telling people that the battery has a 2 year warranty but when there is a problem with the battery they don t want to honor the warranty and give customers another battery.

The mgr was very helpful, using his device he was able to diagnose the problem that I was having with my truck. Then he offered more assistance by trying to help with my oil light.

Clean store, but the people that wait on you are more tied up with commercial sales , so if you buy from this store in person , be prepared to wait a little longer.

Customer service:Very knowledgeable, clean environment andFriendly (from the manager to the workers everyone was pleasantly happy) no fake smiles. You can tell this how they work together. As a team!I almost forgot, which I was surprised.I purchased some windshields for my vehicle and the the young lady asked."Did I need them too put them on"So with that! A+Great job guys

Excellent customer service. Moon roof got stuck and we thought the bolt for the manual close might be stripped. Mike and David went above and beyond to help us find the correct tool - a T30 hex wrench - before the rain came!

Very, very poor service. Been waiting for 10 minutes to check out as a short female employee logs parts for a customer. She walked past me 5 times as I stood waiting and asked was I being helped? I responded "no" but she went back to logging parts. I waited another 4 minutes and asked her was anyone else working to which she responded "everyone is outside". Finally a few minutes later she asked "are you just checking out?" And I said yes, she asked me to come around and finally checked me out. It was the short, Hispanic female with the ponytail. Steer clear of this place, they lack professionalism and care for the customer's time. 1

I needed several items to get my truck up and running. David G. took care of me just like family. Even took ALL my stuff outside and put my windshield wiper blades on too. Great people like this who don't have to make such a difference in today's society. I trust these people and I give them all my business. Thanks David for such great service.

After three weeks of getting the runaround between my starter and battery FINALLY Mahendra and his awesome customer service was able to assist me and ease the back and forth stress. We are so quick to complain and give bad reviews let's put that same energy into those who actually take their time out and do their job with amazing service kudos.

Could used some retraining for the counters person everyone has bad days and when dealing with customers they can't afford to lose their cools.. there's been times I walk in the stores and they don't even acknowledge that I was even there for me is not good as a customer I spending money there so atlases acknowledge that I'm there. Maybe I have some questions about what I'm looking for or something. Service not that good.

Theses guy are great to do business with. I have gotten part with David for my trucks he is always super friendly and has a smile on his face . I am so happy this is store is so close to my home because the store is clean and there are not ppl hanging around parking lot like most stores. I started off with Mehandra who gave me detail info on a part and his suggestion on cables , He was also just really professional also Trying to work with my battery. Which had to Escalade to manager. The staff and management was right on task I dealt with Kenyia on the issue yesterday and she handled it like a pro. I watch all them work together , and have been dealing with them for years and I see why the store runs smooth . They make sure I get the right parts and if I ever have a problem they take care of the problem quickly. I have never had a concern with them like some of their competitors. I hate to sound like a commercial for them but it s true. Advance has been provided me with exceptional service, excellent service.

The associate was helpful and pleasant, but the woman managing the store got all kinds of attitude that was very unnecessary. If you want a GREAT Advanced store, go a couple of miles up to Tara Blvd and Flint River, because they are far more helpful and very informative.

If you're getting your battery charged, don't do it! Been to this same location 3 times in the past with dead batteries and all 3 times they tell me I need a new one. Take it somewhere else just to make sure and 2 of the three times it just needed charged. I don't know if they just don't hooked them up or they just don't know how to run their equipment. It would be zero stars but they don't give you that choice

This is my new go-to auto shop. My battery died while i was on the highway! Mrs. Jackie was very knowledgeable, fast, and professional. She knows cars and turned a bad auto experience into sunshine. I appreciate their dedication to customer service. Highly recommend this location.

Not very professional ! Walked in said Good morning associate was on phone never responded ! Woman comes from back . I said Good morning she exchanged a greeting . Can you please check my battery .She was trying to sale me a new battery . I check my battery at O'Reilly's nothing was wrong with battery , alternator , starter etc. I was just disappointed.

Warranty is no good. Stores aren't connected through computers. If you buy from one store and want to return to different store, they have to call store you purchased from to verify receipt. Also, they have limited warranty. They try to wiggle out of honoring warranty. Kinda like o'Reilly. I usually buy from auto zone. They have hassle free warranties. I buy small dollar items like bulbs. But nothing big like alternator or compressor.

Free complimentary coffee, tv and reading material in the waiting room. Public restroom on site. The mechanics are very friendly; Thomas in particular has a wonderful attitude & went out of his way to level with me, making sure I understood how to optimize the maintenance upkeep on my vehicle Thank You, Sir! Also, the service is finished speedily, AND they offer perks like "Visit a month from your 0il Change, to receive a Free Fill-up of all other engine fluids"! A+
