First time here because my normal guys were not open today. One thing I did like is how they called me back when they did not answer the phone. Gave me a price over the phone instead of saying come in so we can see. Customer service was great and prices are affordable. I always pass this place but would never stop. Glad I did because now I have a tire shop who s all about the customer. Open on Sunday is a plus for me

Women be careful going here alone! My car is very dirty, so do excuse that! However two of my tires, one the driver rear and the passenger front tires had a slow leak. I only really went for the passenger front, but I could see a nail in my driver rear and since I was there I said what the heck. It s about 7:15 when I arrived, he took the driver rear off first because he could see the nail, which was fine. But today I notice how both of the tires I had service with him are scratches from him taking the tire off. I would saw this sooner, but it s been raining. I wouldn t suggest this place to anyone coming from a person that use to work in a tire shop. He will scratch your rims and won t respond taking full responsibility for it. I ve had my car about 6 months and it s always hand washed. My old man came out and said what happen? This is what I get for not taking it to a true professional. Let alone I had to come back that night because my tire that he was suppose to patch was going flat while I waited in the Sam s club fuel line. I called and he asked if I had a spare because he was closed, but I met him back at the shop and made sure he continued to look at it because I already was there for an hour. I m butt hurt about my rims because they are black and will easily show the damage. I should ve just kept putting my own air in and took it somewhere else. He even rushed when men approached him which is probably why my rims are scratched. I give this place zero stars. I even texted the owner these same pictures, but I guarantee this review will get a response. Good thing I shave a before service picture to reflect what I m saying.

This place should be shut down . I give the guy 0 stars. He gave me a bald tire and I almost lost my life on the Highway then after coming back to show him the tire he tried to sell me another one and once he realized I was serious he just gave me another one and it was still bald. Watch out for this guy it s a big scam . DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A CAR!! He doesn t care about your life at all . I literally bought this tire Tuesday and this is what the tire looks like on the following Monday and I did not hit anything the tire popped on it s own.

I have a brand new vehicle and the man (owner) lost the key to my tire and my sensors were also on after service which was a complete red flag. Any time I go to DECATUR tires this never happens .. unfortunately they didn t have my tire size and I tried something new and was very dissatisfied with the ghetto services my car received.

I really appreciate all that you did to get my car repaired! He went as far as letting me drive his car to auto zone to get parts for my car because my brakes were so bad. Very reasonable prices, would definitely recommend to other people. Literally no complaints 10/10 will be go back! My car got finished way faster than expected. Great customer service. Again thank you so much!

Very thankful! We were hauling a boat, when the tire blew out and were stranded on the side of the road just north of the exit. He was there with in minutes, changed out the tire and got us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend! Not everyone is willing to drop what they are doing to come rescue someone on the side of the road.

The owner charged me $30 to plug a tire I had the same problem weeks later so I went to MLK tires on the Westside and was only charged $11. Do whatever you want with that info.

Helpful, knowledgeable and saved me a ton of money. My brake system needed some work. I purchased the parts that were needed and he was able to take care of it throughout the span of a few weeks. I highly recommend his services. Thank you.

Great place, convenient and very understanding I had a 30 minute break at work they had my tires changed and on my car and I was pulling out of the parking lot in 16 minutes, definitely recommend to anyone, great service. Thank you for a job well done!

Guy said $50 plus tax for TIRe I agreed he takes tire off my car and says it s 80$ for the user tire. I asked what happened to the 50$ tire he shows me a tire with two plugs in it and barely any thread on tire. Bad service

Quick Service & Very Helpful. Came to get two new tires and found out one of my rims were bent. He was able to fix the bent rim and also put air in my spare before leaving. GREAT SERVICE WILL COME BACK!

Called Abbey to get a Alignment this morning about 10:45am, and his response was come now and I'll get you done with no long wait time.I got there at 11:05 and 11:15 I pulled into the stall and not only did he keep his word he also educated me on a proper alignment and let me stay in the stall and see what was being done.Abbey is a man of his word his prices are amazing and he does top notch work.I will definitely be back for other services...thanks Abbey

I called Abby at 7:40pm on Saturday after having to stop and pump my tire up 3 times on the way home. He had the tire out and ready for me when I got there. He was super fast and I will be back in the future.

I ordered tires from tire rack and had them delivered to Abbey's. They put the new tires on and aligned my wheels. There was no waiting room to wait in but it was a beautiful day. I enjoyed the sun and relaxed. They did a great job.

Abbey is an amazing guy. He is kind, quick, and affordable. He told me in the beginning that he hasn't worked on a older pickup like mine but said that he would try and do everything he can to get an alignment done. And he definetley did. He will show and explain everything he is doing. And will show you when the vehicle is aligned and that it is in range before it is even took off the lift. I would and will be recommending this place to anyone that needs some work done to there vehicle.

Good man; got me aligned and even made sure I knew what was going on regarding numbers. I definitely recommend him for alignments, tires and oil changes, if you need it.

Brought my wife s car here due to a slow leak. He found them very quickly, patched it and I was on my way in about 20 minutes! I ll definitely be using him again for any of my tire needs.
