I have been going to Perez Auto Repair and Accessories since Luis opened. I have known him for about 15 years now. He is a very honest person as well as mechanic. If he tells you what is wrong with your car, he means it. He stands behind his work and is true to his word. Stacy is a very friendly person. She knows what she is doing. The quotes they give you is what you will pay. There are no hidden fees at all. I drive from Statesboro to get my vehicle repaired by Perez.

New to area - found Perez and read reviews - reviews were great. I can add that he doesn't do work that isn't needed. Work that is done is quite reasonable and is done in a timely fashion. They stand behind their work 100%. Highly recommend!!

Our son is in school ,3000 miles from home, having car problems. We didn't know who to call and we tried Perez Auto Repair. The owner, Lewis, was honest, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Perez Auto.

Didn't have appointment and my car problem could have waited but folks at Perez just jump in and took care of me. Excellent service, price reasonable. Will recommend to all, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

During a long drive from Tennessee to the Florida/Georgia border a few weeks ago, my alternator unexpectedly gave up on me with just over an hour left of my trip. My helpful and kind tow driver, Mr. Greg Leggett from Grant Lewis Towing, called Mr. Perez to see if he happened to have the part. We took my car over, and with great luck, he had an alternator on-hand for a Honda Civic and was able to help me pretty much right away. From what I remember, he had the old/new alternators swapped in 30 minutes or less. I m not sure how long it took exactly, but I thought it d be worth commenting that I overheard his colleagues complimenting his well-practiced, quick skills while I sat in the waiting room. I only spent maybe an hour at the repair shop in total, then I was back on the road. His services were fantastic and affordable, and he & his team were so friendly and helpful overall. If I lived closer, I d certainly be calling Perez Auto for future repairs.

Excellent customer service. Always puts the customer first. Quality parts and professional demeanor. Goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. There's coffee in the lobby and service is quick for tire and oil changes. In a world where hardly anything is cheap, his repair services remains top notch for your dollar. If he can't get it done which is extremely rare, he will recommend other trusted mechanics or parts suppliers in the local area.

Mr. Perez has been working on my cars for a couple years now and i have found him to be trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable, has reasonable rates and more important than all that he is HONEST and that is saying something these days when it comes to a car mechanic! It is well worth the hours drive from my home to MR. Perez's shop just for the peace of mind that knowing what ever problem my car is having will be fixed right and if he isn't sure about something he will say so! I will be forever grateful to my nephew (also a mechanic) for sending me to Mr. Perez to fix a problem on my van that he didn't have the equipment to fix (there is that honesty again). Thank you again Mr. Perez, my car is no longer roaring (i can now hear myself think while driving down the road)or bouncing all over the place.

Will never give him my business again. Nothing but problems. Broke the cable that unlatches my hood, when I called to let him know he tried to tell me it was already broke. It wasn t, I was under the hood the evening before and it was 100% intact. He then got defensive/hostile when I told him I didn t know how truthful him or his employees were being. Very unprofessional in the shop and front office.

I know Perez personally. He takes pride in his work and aims to please his customers. If the job is not done right, he will fix the issue. Great place and very competitively priced.

Great prices amazing service. When I went to pick up my car it was raining. The gentleman brought me my umbrella out of my car so I wouldn t get wet when I went to get in my car. How sweet is that? Yes, I will be back.

I enjoy talking with Mr. and Mrs.Perez they done a very good job on my vehicle and yes it maybe a little expensive but I know definitely that I would take it back to him. Thank yall for everything
