Thanks for everything the parts I bought worked great!! Staff went above and beyond even after I left The store to help me get the spark plug wires in the right spots!! Y'all are awesome!! Thanks so much for helping me make sense out of this diagram!!

Went in looking for cleaning solution and valve stem caps and ended up coming out with spray wax and a headlight cleaning kit as well. They've got it all, along with a helpful staff that will assist you with questions. Clean and organized location.

O'Reilly and Al's auto parts is the only 2 parts stores I deal with. The only 2 that actually know a good bit about the parts they carry, and if they are uncertain, you'll find them on a mission to connect the dots for you. Always nice employees and they display equality in every customer I've seen them deal with.

Last minute electrical problems going outta town, they checked it out and one battery was dead the other almost... got 2 new ones they put em in and off we went. Thanks...

I ve been here twice. Tiffany helped me the first time and she was great and knew her stuff. I went back today to get a bulb for a blinker that went out and Matthew helped me and changed it out for me, thank God. We re a military family so my husband is always gone or home too late to help with things most days. I can t tell you how much I appreciate the help. Being so far from home & not having any help around sure makes me feel at ease.

I went to O'Reilly 3/10/2021. Mauricio greeted me with a hello, is there anything I can help you with. Very Kind and personable. I am a woman in her late 40's and he helped me with no hesitation. He helped me every step of the way. showed me where the fluids go to and he changed out both filters for me as well. Told me they would help anytime I needed it. From my standpoint of view, I would go back there 100 times more than go back to the dealership who overcharges. Thank you for being so kind and respectful.

I really did like this place. I have had great experience here. The last time I shopped here I used a coupon, well the guy got the wrong size wiper for my Acadia. So I ordered another. When the one new come I didn't get the 5.00 coupon off my purchase. I had to pay 5.00 more. I'm on a budget. Both men were nice and I'm thankful they put the wiper on for me!

I needed a new battery for my truck. I went to Advance autos and they said they couldn't replace it, so I came here. Mathew replaced my battery efficiency and professionally. I will return here if I need any other auto assistance.

Facilities well maintained. Good courteous service. Also if they do not have the part in stock which is rare will have the very next morning for pickup. And without doubt they are the best parts at the cheapest prices. If you find a park somewhere else and it's less they will match it plus. Been with them for 13 - 14 years now and will not go nowhere else.

My parts store. But if you ever want to have a bad day ask for Jamie. She can talk smack about her manager in front of customers. Not good. She talks bad about customers in front of customers. Needs to learn to look up parts

Would suggest a different parts store, I've had issues with ordering parts. Wanted new parts and they gave me used and then put it on just to find out it doesn't work. Seems to be a problem with the whole chain. Just be careful of what you get.

I needed a fuel pump for my car today. O'Reilly in Hinesville, GA was the only store in the area with the right one in stock. However, I also needed the strainer, a $7 part, which they did not have in stock. However, Brittney from the Hinesville store found one available at the Jesup location. She called to verify they had it and the manager Allen, offered to drive from Jesup to Ludowici to meet me so I wouldn't have to travel 30 minutes round trip out of my way. I paid for the part at the Hinesville store with Brittany, and Allen drove up from the Jesup O'Reilly to meet me near my home at the IGA in Ludowici. Very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help a customer out. Thank you again Brittney and Allen for the help.

O'Reilly's in Jesup Georgia is absolutely fantastic everybody that works there goes above and beyond and making sure you get what you need and you know what you're doing... Never had a bad experience here I recommend it to anybody needing anything they sell
