Great experience here today! I had a nail in my tire from traveling out of town. I was able to call and get it fixed same day. They were able to pull my records from my unusual shop and still honor my warranty no questions asked. I will continue to use them knowing that they have great customer service at all locations. Khristy was absolutely amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They made sure to show me everything that was wrong with my car, without trying to jump up my bill. They worked really well with me on everything, and were extremely helpful. Definitely coming back for any of my cars needs!!

My husband, sister and I were excited to drive to the peaches to the beaches sale . We pulled off at a small church partaking in the sale with a flat tire. Not only was the kindness of strangers changed the tire with our low spare but put directions in our phone for this tire place that was hopefully still open this time on Saturday. We pulled in and Kristey said she saw our Florida tags and that s why they were planning to stay and help us. What could have been a nasty situation for us, was nothing less than pleasant and met a lot of super nice, helpful people. Highly recommend.

Great service, quick and easy. Mrs. Christy was very helpful with my flat tire, I definitely recommend coming here if your having vehicle trouble. The staff is very friendly, inviting and knowledgeable.

Mavis endangered both me and my child by not securing a tire to my car. My tire flew off 2 blocks down from the tire shop causing a near wreck with both me and my 9 year old child in the car. My child was mentally traumatized by the event and I have experience neck pains since from the whole ordeal as well as missed days from work due to not having a car. I got a sorry for loss wages from Mavis and a call stating the car would be fixed but there was nothing more they could do. This experience happening so close to the christmas holidays has caused a major set back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great customer service over the phone with Corey and in person & all the staff was very helpful upon my arrival, one gentleman even came and held the door and greeted me with a friendly how may I help you wait time was not long Thank you for great customer service!02/19/2023 I came back to Mavis In Reference to a noise my vehicle was making & I must say management team (Brad & Khristy) was great along with their service guys they took the time to recheck my vehicle and make sure that it was not an issue on their end, the customer service was excellent, I can honestly say they went above and beyond to help me and give me knowledge of what could be the issue and I m very appreciative of that. Great job !

Khristy, has been one of the most helpful associates that has helped me in the tire business in quite some time! I really appreciated her warm and friendly attitude. She not just helped me with my oil change and brakes but she accommodated everything I asked for! I will be telling friends and family GO to MAVIS!

Brad at Mavis Tire has the best deals around! He was very polite and did his best to accommodate my tire needs and concerns! They made sure to expedicously get my car back on the road as well. Thank you Brad at Mavis for everything!

I pulled into this store with a bad tire. I could not get the lug nuts to budge. I was out of town and desperately needed help. The kind folks at Mavis got right on it and changed my tire. They were extremely nice and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This place is great! They changed all 4 of my tires with no issues and a great price. 2 months later, I found a nail in my tire and the fixed the issue same day with no problem. Shout out to Cory for assisting me in the nail problem

Mavis is awesome I feel the employees know their job the management is the best. I recommend them for anything that you might need done on your vehicle. The manager Brad is really good always willing to work with the customer to be sure they re happy. Go see Mavis

On Sunday 01/21 the jesup mavis quoted us $399 for a wheel bearing install. Exactly 24 hours later, when my husband called to make the appointment the lady on the phone told him that the price would be $504. $100 more?! He explained that we had the quote they gave us NOT EVEN 24 hours before in hand and it states they would honor the quote for 30 days. After going back and fourth and myself calling as well and realizing we were getting no where, I decided to call other Mavis locations and both the Brunswick AND Richmond hill locations told us they would honor the estimate. We decided with Richmond hill and they did in fact honor the estimate and completed the work on 01/23. How can another location honor the jesup location s estimate but the jesup location cannot, 24 hours later? Kristy, the women we spoke to, did not even try to be helpful and was very rude. I do not recommend this location.

Thanks to Khristy and Mavis for quick service. Had a flat tire on the way to Jesup for a ball tournament and had to get a new tire. In and out with great service and even checked out another issue I was concerned about.

BEWARE! MAVIS TIRE in Jesup, GA WILL RIP YOU OFF!! I d give zero stars if possible! Sunday morning(1-7-23) I went in for a 10am appointment that I had made online. On Saturday(1-6-23), I had purchased my son a used car from a private seller, so I wanted to get the oil changed & the tires rotated & balanced before my son came to get the car today(1-8-23). I needed it done on Sunday, because he lives 4 hours away and only had today off work to come pick up the car from me. I thought I d try Mavis Tire since it was conveniently open on Sunday. When I got in my car I noticed there was no updated oil change sticker on the windshield. Still the old one from another place. Thought odd, but no biggie, so I went inside and the guy came out & put one on for me. I went on my way and returned home. My husband went to look at the car. He immediately came back in and asked if I d gotten the tires rotated & balanced. I showed my copy of the receipt. He said, Well, they didn t rotate them because I marked them before you left. They have not been rotated nor do they have any signs of being touched because there are absolutely zero residual signs from the mechanic s handprints on any tire. Each tire is still in the same place. We immediately got in the car and went back up there. The guy I had dealt with was still there. Told us he was the manager yet had no name tag identifying him. Didn t offer his name. When my husband questioned him about the tire rotation the no-named manager did not deny it. He stayed stone-faced and said, We can rotate them now. My husband said, No you re not touching our car now. We will take it to a local trustworthy place and now we aren t even sure the oil got changed!. The no-named manager then said, Well, the oil did get changed. We responded we wanted a credit back on our card for NON SERVICES . The no-named manager said he couldn t do that on Sunday we d have to come back tomorrow. My husband was getting irate and asked the no-named manager who his supervisor was. He said Brad. My husband said, Just Brad?? You re saying you don t know your boss s last name? He said, No, just Brad. He kept stone-faced cold staring straight ahead looking totally unconcerned. The no-named manager never offered an apology and really acted totally flippant like he didn t really care they had been caught! Unbelievable! We then left since we were wasting our time with the no-named manager. We came home and immediately called & reported this to corporate headquarters. We will go back today(Monday) to see if Brad, the other manager, will make things right and give us a total refund. Regardless, it s more about the principle. This is a new business in town that will never get any business from any of our families ever again. We will let our friends know, too. It s a shame employees at Mavis Tire couldn t be decent and do the right thing. They took advantage of me, so I wanted to warn others before anyone else decides to choose to do any business there. And to anyone that thinks they received good services done there before you should probably be wondering if you got ripped off, too. I highly doubt this is an isolated incident. Shame on MAVIS TIRE!

I totally recommend people to come to Mavis tire & brakes in Jesup,Ga. Brad & Corey Both team up to made sure i have everything I need done for my vehicle. Both guys are patient and respectful. Finishing my oil change and no time. Thank you guys keep up the great customer service.

Called the place a day before to put some tires on my rims my appointment was at 8am my car didn't get worked on until 10am then the guy that's working on my car goes and works on other cars, talks to other people and chills around and still doesn't work on my car until 11 they then tell me the rims I put new tires on don't fit my car , I was fine with that the problem was that they made me wait 4 hours to tell me the rims don't fit when I could of been out of there in an hour if they would of just focused on doing their job not only that people came after me and they left before me, towards the end they try to charge me $180 just because they put new tires on my rims when the day before the lady on the phone told meit was $120 for tire change and alignment . RIP OFF . I don't suggest u don't waste your time and money here .

Woke to a slow leak this morning. By the time I reached Jesup I was nearly flat. After dropping grands off to school and having to be to work in less than an hour and a half I informed Christy of my situation and she had me in and out!!! Special thanks to Christy and the Mavis team. I'm truly grateful.

Want to give a high recommendation to anyone needing work done on your automobile. My 1st visit was awesome. Jimi is a very honest & caring mechanic. He treats your automobile like it is his own. Also thanks to Ed who also was very professional & caring. Made me feel like I have somewhere dependable to have repairs on my car. I will definitely be back..Thanks again guys!!

Walked in 5 minutes before closing with a bad tire. 25 minutes later my tire is fixed and I'm on my way. Awesome service by Christy and crew.

The staff at this shop was so helpful! They took their time to explain which tires would work best for my car. Im on a tight budget and they got me their lowest quote. I will differently be back and tell everyone that I know, to go there!

This was my first experience at this location and they were wonderful. When I arrived Sean informed me that despite having an appointment, there was a 3 hour delay. They had attempted to contact me but my phone went to voicemail. Despite this, he spoke to the other workers and they were able to get me in 45 minutes after the appointment time. Each worker was diligent and gave me more information than I had ever known about a tire. Sean is very friendly, professional and I have never received so many updates during the process of getting work done on my car. I even hear customers sitting behind me saying how impressed they were with the service and updates here. I definitely recommend!

Made an apt for 12pm 1/6/2024 to look at a leak in my tire. 2 hours later they told me they couldn t patch the tire and it needed to be replaced. Very disappointed as I waited in the office that long just to determine they couldn t patch it and I had to buy a new tire.
