Nice and friendly staff. They took the time to hear me out and then address my needs accordingly! They were not pushy nor trying to force sales/unnecessary products down my throat Looking forward to doing more business here.

Great tire shop. Was on the way to Savannah and got a nail in my tire. Jesup tire shop was able to squeeze me in and repair it. The best. Thank you.

Bad experience. Went to get tires mount and balanced. Waited over 2 hours as apparently another favored customer or friend of employees drove in after me and they stopped working on my vehicle and kept chatting and cutting up with whoever their bestie was. Terrible customer service. The receptionist was very nice though. Going to Mavis this time....lesson learned.

I went in to get new tires put on my CRV. During the process they broke one of my studs off the hub that holds the nug nuts to the tire. When I ask if they where going to fix it or pay to have it fixed they told me it was not their problem and that I have to have it fixed at my own additional cost at another shop.

I m 65 years old and this is the worst the worst I ve ever seen a tire shop run the only place to go in Jessup Georgia to get good service. Is Jess up tire stay away from the new place in town beware.

Went in to have a tire checked and checked it out thoroughly and didn't find a leak. They also aired my tires up at no charge. Friendly people

Does not service 26 or 24-in tires apparently or even want to try even though that I would have paid them to break it down and do it by hand without any problems but you know so I'd have to give this place a one star cuz you can't service all vehicles and you can't service a majority of the tires or rims the people have nowadays just the ones that you choose to I guess that you choose you're like the guy from Joe dirt that just like snakes and sparklers

Solid five stars. Rolled in there on a donut & had all 4 tires replaced. Good tires, great price. They even put the donut back that s a first.

Very helpful. My mom had a flat tire close to closing. I ran her tire to the shop just to get them to put a new one on while my mom was getting the spare put on. She pulled up at 5 as they were finishing her tire and instead of just putting in the back of her car, they put it on for her in the rain.

Everyone I have ever dealt with in this place is awesome, quite possibly the only repair shop I have ever used where they don't fix things that don't need to be fixed and most of the time my bill is less than what they quoted me... Have had pretty much everything they can do to a car done by them over the years and I would highly recommend them, they also have a used tire selection that look like they are new... You can use these people with the utmost confidence that you will be done correctly

Had my truck towed here to get lock lug nuts off after I lost the key. Not only did they do that and put nice better lugs on & replace/fix my caliper, but went above and beyond fixing my windshield wipers, which has nothing to do with tires nor did they charge me for it. Super fast, friendly, professional, and affordable! For sure our go-to auto professionals from here on out.

Got here at 11 am for one tire change they say it s first come first serve I was the only one in shop at time and it s now 1 pm and they still have not got my tire changed, With the people that came in after me coming and going getting their stuff done! It s ridiculous!

Brought some stainless mufflers and stainless universal pipe sections in to get welded into car was told they would take a look at it and give me an estimate if they were able to do it, get a call the next day with a bill and no estimate saying it was done muffler placement was good but everything else is terrible quality. It s a stainless steel system designed not to rust that they have welded mild steel press bent sections into so it all has to be cut out and rewelded with the pipe I originally had brought!!! Thanks for nothing they have actually cost me more money with their poor customer service and poor quality workmanship.

Bought set of tire run over screw didn t even have a appointment they still fixed it great place for your cars needs they go above an beyond great place great People I m a delivery driver and good to know there their an stand behind there work

These guys are fantastic had an appointment that morning but don't hesitate just to stop in when you need something they have always worked me in and done everything possible to keep me on the road or get me back on the road as soon as possible... Everyone from the receptionist the managers and the actual mechanics are fantastic to deal with

No jesup tire damaged my rims and wouldn't take responsibility for it, the supervisor and owner Gigg I believe is his name I bought four tires for two of my vehicles along with years of repair to my car and truck, they scratched my rims on my truck and even one of the workers admitted that their tire machine would scratch rim's, we'll the owner and supervisor blame me and deny any fault of their own, I spent over a thousand dollars for tires,I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them.

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. Went up to take a vehicle for a tire to get patched up. Still had trouble. Took to dealer from which I bought the vehicle from and said the worst patch job he s ever witnessed. Buying a 300 dollar tire with only having vehicle 5 months. Don t use these people it ll save you money.

I want to commend the staff of Jesup Tire for looking out for their customers. This morning I had a flat tire what I thought would be a smooth morning. They went above and beyond to inspect the tires on my work van to ensure they were correct. They were not. The tires did not have the correct load limit and due to that they have deteriorated on the inside. Had they not caught this I could have had more serious issues on the road. Thank you.

Went in with my RAM 2500. It started pulling to the right. Had to make an appt. for 4 days later. Parked it till then. When I arrived at 8:05 for my 8:00 appt. the mechanic let me know I was late. I waited with the truck and after a while the office person came and told me "The mechanic said you picked up a nail, would you like us to fix it?" Let me guess, right front? "Yes." They charged me for the alignment anyways, I plugged the tire myself. These practice's are dishonest at best. I'll find another mechanic.

Brought my 2000 F-150 there to get four new tires. Initially went to Walmart, but they were not able to service the aftermarket lug nuts. Jesup did not have an issue at all, and I got better tires to boot. Great service.

After leaving a jobsite this morning, I had a tire off the rim of my truck. I arrive at Jesup tire, they replaced the tire in just a few minutes. They saved me long hours of waiting for a road service to get to me. Thanks Jesup Tire! DARWIN was fast and friendly.

Service is great. I had a flat tire on the road. They had me back on the road in 1.5 hrs. Without an appointment. They also do suspension work. Never had an issue. Highly recommend
