I went in to get my vehicle looked at. I told them about my pre existing issues prior to having diagnostic done. They told me that there was nothing that they could do until I got my catalytic converters fixed. I knew this prior and told them that it had no power when accelerating. They did nothing but a code scan but insisted that they did a diagnostic. If they had done a diagnosis they would have been able to tell me what is going on with my vehicle. my mother asked for my money back and the owner yelled at her This shop is unprofessional and I would stay away. They did give me a refund after yelling at and mouthing off my mother when she went to get my money back while I was at work!

had a little accident in my work vehicle. brought it to the shop and fixed the problem immediately. they even came and picked up my keys when i forgot to leave it with them! i wish i could tip !! def would use in any crisis again.

I took my truck to have the A/C lines vacuumed out and recharged up, they have filled my lines up with 150 PSI, almost blew my seals out. I called up there and they never updated me on my truck, I had to call them for them to say, there was nothing that they could do.When I called inquiring a refund, he was rude and hung up in my face.100% do not recommend.

I was working on my own vehicle and needed a part pressed out and the new one pressed back in and they helped me no problem.... I just took the part off the car and dropped it off with them and they took care of it... they were very reasonable on the price for doing it also!

Traveling through to a weekend adventure and suddenly the rear axel froze. Had to get a tow and find someplace to bring my stang. Google's rating was a 4.5 and 3rd one down on the list to call. First repair shop said he was 2 weeks behind. Second shop never answered. Duncan's Automotive, Miss Debbie answered said they welcomed the opportunity to help when given the circumstances. When we arrived to talk after the tow truck delivered the car, Joey said he would take a look after ordering a part for another vehicle and call. The call came in with cost estimate and when it would be repaired. Duncan's Automotive was on point and kept to their word. Amazing, that is what you want from a mechanic. No BS, straight forward and delivers as promised. If I lived in Jessup, GA, they would be my go to place to take care of my vehicle on a routine basis. Hats off guys and a job well done.

I went in to get a co2 sensor changed, they stripped the sensor out and said that they couldn't do it, took it down the road and the mechanic said he could not believe that they left my truck like that! Now that it's to late I find out a lot of people have experienced the same thing, please dont go there.

Needed a simple part replacement but a clamp broke and Joey Duncan told me the only part was in Waycross. He hopped in his truck went to Waycross and gote running that afternoon. Duncan Auto Service has a customer for life

Very good place to take your car. He may take a little time to get to your car but when he do you better believe that it is going to be done right the first time, I will take my car to him again and again.

I definitely would not recommend this business. the customer service is terrible, and the wait time is relentless. I am not one to complain on any business, but this is just not it. 100% DO NOT recommend.

Had a scheduled time for my car to be repaired. Car was there at scheduled time not one day but 2 days and car was not repaired owner was short of help he said so did not have time to repair my car. Yet they scheduled me 2 appts to bring car in and leave for minor repairs. Waste of time.
