The trunk of my car quit opening, so my daughter took it to an auto parts store close to our home ( not going to call them out) and they said we had to take it to the dealership. So, she hopped on over to AutoZone, they gave it a quick check, it just needed a new fuse, which he put in. He also showed my daughter exactly which fuse it was, should it go out again. Fantastic service & it was barely over $5. They just earned themselves a new customer! Thank you AutoZone!

They had what I needed, but it was 80% cheaper down the road. Just look at what motor oil costs versus what Walmart charges. It's like they think that because they have lazy employees who know little or nothing about most of the products they sell, they should charge almost double than what I can buy at Walmart or Dollar General or the local parts store. They are a last resort for parts and a very few items. It is difficult to justify going there, especially if I have questions about a product or in need of competent suggestions about anything related to automotive

Best autozone ever. Had to get a new battery on a trip out of state and I had a corroded battery terminal connector. Store manager couldn t replace the connector but found someone who could help me get a solid connection until I could make the 11 hour drive back home and replace the connector. After getting it sorted out and going to leave my throttle control sensor decided to get stuck and they helped me get back on the road to make it to work the next day. 10/10 wish I could give more than 5 stars. They took care of me incredible well

Big thanks to Jasmine, Justin and Kimberly for getting me a new battery!!! It was HOT, I was embarrassed(bc of mechanical issues LOL) but they definitely made it alright. I was able to receive a new battery and TOP TIER customer service I can t complain.. it made spending money that much easier!

Kim has the WORST attitude I ve ever seen in customer service. I don t know how this company hire people with the sorriest attitudes. First time I thought she just was having a bad day, but FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES?!?! Do better. Hire someone else who s grateful for their position.

Had a pleasure of meeting the lovely Ms . Kimberly she's far from amazing. She went above and beyond brought a headlight from advance no one knew how to put it in so I returned it and rode down to auto zone where I was greeted with the warmest smile you could ever want to see when having a bad day I explained to her what's was going on she gladly said no problem I'll take care of you the right way let's just say my headlight was put in less than 5 mins tried to tip she declined but instead she asked for me to leave a review so this is my experience with auto zone and I will be back... Thanks Ms.Kimberly

I simply stopped for a key-fob cover. It was a quick visit, but the staff were very helpful and efficient.

Love this place! The staff puts up with my husband and I playfully bickering back and forth about who knows more about ford trucks, LoL, it's me. Anyway the employees are really nice and helpful, prices are pretty good here and if they have to order a part it usually gets there in at most a couple of days. Definitely sign up for email so you can get coupons.

Bought a Duralast tool kit back in 2015 with a supposedly Lifetime warranty. I crack a socket and take it back and they mysteriously don t have me listed as buying it from them now. It s your product! Little things like this make me never walk into a business again. Bye AutoZone

I went in to buy refrigerant for my car & no one was helpful or asked if I needed help (because I definitely needed help) and when I asked for help the lady behind the counter said they couldn t help me install the refrigerant so I just left. I went across town to advanced auto parts & the guy helped me get the right kind & offered to put it in for me without asking.

Says free testing. Went to local store and they said we needed a sensor. Replaced the sensor. Was out of town in jesup. So we went to have it retested and reset. Woman at the counter was very rude and would not test vehicle. She was to busy discussing shopping with a Male coworker. Guess her shopping habits are more important than autozones business. Will not be going back to this location

I've had to make 2 trips back to Auto Zone today. I was sold the wrong products. Then I get home and look at my receipt to find that they stuck a pack of bulb grease in my bag without asking if I wanted it and charged me $1.49 for it.
