Shay was absolutely incredible with helping my family get a new battery for our car, helped diagnose any problems that could have caused the battery to die along with tips to help make sure it doesnt happen again. He definitely deserves a raise, gave us support well over his pay grade

Great. Dustin the manager there is one of the most popular manager that jesup has ever had at jesup Advance auto , being in business myself for 30+ Years I would have loved any of my manager's to have the caring that Dustin brings to customers that others don't have in their hearts to if your unable to get out of your vehicle Dustin will come outside an help people Disable take the time an to help them not have to get out of there vehicle an smile about all the heart he gives to his customers. That's a gift that God put in his heart from his journey that he chose to go down People appreciate him for the love he brings to the whole Advance Company that he Represents. The certainly the best that I've personally seen while buying from Advance for 30 to 40 Years of my Company. You don't want to ever loose a Man like Dustin is. Thanks to Dustin for Being that person. After some bad experiences with Advanced Auto in Florida we moved to Jesup Georgia. Without going through a lot of details I had pretty much decided that advanced Auto was not the be all end-all, however the store manager Dustin worked hard to change my mind. We went in with a used truck that we had bought and when their battery tester said that the battery was good we just knew that it wasn't. Dustin came out himself and took our battery out and put a new battery in and as we suspected it was the battery the truck cranked right up! Since the battery in the truck was an advanced auto battery Dustin took care of it without any charge to us. Thank you Dustin for proving to me that even in today's world customer service is important and so is my business.

Only three stars because the guy at counter was busy talking about personal outside work not related to autoparts to another employee. Working on vehicles we want parts then get going, we don't like standing there waiting not knowing if the part is even there. Let alone waiting time where we can get our work done

Good visit. Employees were really nice and helpful. The guy that helped me was very patient, I had to make a call for some vehicle information, and he displayed patience and respect!!! They had a good variety of particular parts I was looking for, so I had plenty to choose from.

Those guys in Jesup, Georgia are awesome! They donated a can of WD 40 to me, and even assisted me with changing my tire, so I wouldn't mess up my suit before court. I'm truly thankful.

Dustin and Alli are awesome at the Jesup advanced auto parts. My battery warranty was half a month expired and Dustin looked out for me. Both Alli and Dustin provided good customer service. If you are in need of service for you vehicle I would highly recommend seeing coming to this store. I held back my tears and I am thankful. Thank you again Dustin and Alli

Of all the auto parts shops I've been to this one in Southeast Georgia has been my favorite. Dustin, Alley, & Jeremy (sorry if I misspelled any of your names) have all been very helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy team members of this Advance Auto Parts store. I strongly recommend this store to any person who needs vehicle parts and help to get your vehicle running strong.

The staff was very kind, friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions and got me the parts I needed. Mr. Charlie helped me with questions about my car and was so very nice. Alli waited on me and was very professional.

By far the best costumer service i have ever experienced and for it to come from the manager is even better. This was the third location i tried after previously being told there was nothing that could be done about my situation, and the third time is really the charm because not only was i helped but it exceeded my beginning expectations of the other locations THANK YOY

Dustin (the general manager) was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!I took my daughters 99 F150 up to check the battery and alternator. He came out, checked both, and identified the problem as the alternator.I was not scared but was somewhat intimidated by the serpentine belt.We purchased the alternator and then Dustin came out and helped us install it. Basically installed it for us.I do not even have the words to describe our appreciation!, especially in today s society!Advance Auto Parts, you have a gym and treasure in Dustin I hope this message makes it to someone and he gets the proper kudos he deserves

Went to pick something ordered. Staff was friendly and very helpful. My order was not easily found but the young man who helped me searched until it was found. He also carried it to my car. Great service.

Very honest shop! I had a young man help me out today! I asked for some windshield wipers because I thought I broke my wiper. Turns out I didnt need wind shield wipers, I just knocked one of the bushings loose on the wiper arm. He sent me over to a local mechanic and the mechanic tightened the bolt down for free and my wind shield wipers are working again at no charge. I believe his name was Christian at advanced auto parts. Thank you!!!

I meant the new manager he is absolutely top-notch way better than the sorry excuse of a manager they had before... Him and all of the crew helped me as much as I possibly could and I've actually been back twice since... I said I would never shop there again but when I found out the old manager left gave them another try, glad that I did...

The Jesup location has one of the best teams working for them I've seen in a long time!!!! Thanks guys for taking the time and helping me find a product that would work!! This was the last store I went to and should have been my first!! I felt that the staff went beyond to help me!!! Thanks guys!!!
