Great customer service. Barry is super knowledgeable and I trust his skill set and experience. Barry can almost make you feel the upgrades you re doing to your bike even when just talking about them at the counter. He really goes above and beyond for his customers and has delivered each time I ve had my bike in with him for maintenance/repairs/upgrades.

When I first called Wild Child Motorcycle shop I talked with Kaylee. I told her I wanted to upgrade my street glide to a stage two. She immediately took my information and called me back 10 minutes later with a detailed quote. When I dropped my bike off I met Barry the owner. He explained in detail the parts that were purchased, performance, and guaranteed his work. Once my bike was complete, Barry went over everything he had done to my bike in detail. He also cleaned the bike up for me and gave me a free t-shirt. Somtimes the small details matter. Wild Child Motorcycle Shop customer service alone is excellent. I would give Wild Child Motorcycle shop ten stars if it was an option. I highly recommend this shop. Ask for Kaylee or the owner Barry, they both will get you right!

Great experience. Awesome professionals. Called me every step of the way and made sure anything proposed was what I wanted done for sure. The turnaround time was a little bit longer than I expected but I've gathered that it's because of their thoroughness as well as work load due to everyone trusting them with their motorcycles. I definitely recommend this shop and plan on utilizing them from now on for all my bike's needs.

I called them up and asked if they could change a tire and balance.he said bring it right over.they changed my tire cleaned my rim and had me done in 30 mins. And gave me a good price. Thanks I'll be back.

So far I've been pleased with Barry and the guys at Wild Child. They have been helpful with all my questions and ordered the parts they are installing on my Harley. They are a little bit backed up, however, that is understandable when you do good service work and repairs for a reasonable and competitive price!

Great customer service here I gave them an 08 Dyna I just bought with all sorts of issues and they took care of it no problem. I would recommend to anyone definitely cheaper than a Harley Dealer by a long shot but not so cheap you worry that your bike is gonna come out worse than it was before you took it there. So I m saying is you get what you pay for and here it s good quality service hands down.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Took my bike in for several issues. These guys are awesome folks to do business with. The problems were corrected as promised and price was very fair. Each phase of the repairs were discussed with me before any work was done. The mechanic, James is the man!

These guys are great! I needed a tire mounted very badly. They stayed open late to do it and found I needed wheel bearing too. Took care of me all the way! Thank you fellows!

Took a clutch to them to be installed and paid $195.00. Started messing up pretty quickly. I took it back to them and they said it is not the clutch that it is the pulley slipping or I have internal motor damage. Took it to another mechanic who pulled and the pulley and it was fine. He replaced the clutch and it works fine. Wildchild installed and said the clutch was fine when in fact is was not. Misdiagnosed the problem and cost me a lot more money on top of the $195.00 I paid them. They refused to do anything about this. I even asked them if they could install a couple rims for me to make up for it and they refused. A simple gesture on their part instead of rudeness and "we did nothing wrong" attitude would have went a long ways toward keeping my business when they obviously made a mistake and a misdiagnosis. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

When you call the guy is rude and will yell before letting you get the question out and they don t take trikes(they have no room),that was the 1st time but when the owner talks to you he apologized for the wrong and is very nice Barry) and they DO service Trikes,is very helpful

Wild Child motorcycle shop is a professional motorcycle repair shop they repaired my 2006 Street Glide rebuilding my primary that had a hundred thousand miles on it at a very good price with better than Factory Parts it runs good and they did it very quickly I would recommend that anybody in Jackson area that needs a motorcycle repair bring it to Wild Child motorcycle shop did a great job!!

great shop they have gone above and beyond time and time again for myself and a majority of their customers. if you have had a bad experience at this shop it might be time re-evaluate your life and personality and stop being a royal douche bag.

Broke down on my bike months ago the owner passed me...her and the mechanic (her son) loaded up there trailer and come got me and my bike took me back to the shop and fixed me rite up since then ive done buisiness with them several times and will continue to as long as I ride great shop great people treat you more like family than a customer...they always go the extra mile to take care of you and make sure your happy!!!

I took my custom chopper to berry an his guys...an told him exactly wht was going on with my bike ....an a week latee he had me up an running.....im so pleased with the work an the professionalism they display............i highly recommend wild child!!!!!!!!----
