What a great experience. Been driving by this place since we moved to Jenkinsburg 2 years ago. Needed a quick oil change. When I called for a price I was shocked. I said does that include labor? Yes. Does that include a filter? Yes. I took it right over, they had it done in 20 minutes. I asked if they could replace my loose wipers. He fixed them instead at no charge. I had installed them wrong. Highly recommend. Friendly and professional.

These guys are AWESOME! They give you the best service at a reasonable price and they know their stuff. The space for customers to wait is super clean and very nice.

I just started bringing my truck here regularly this past year. Mr David and his crew have always gone above and beyond to take care of me.Today my truck has an issue in the wheel well. I had to pull over about 1/2 mile from JR s Automotive. Managed to limp in about 5:15 (shop is closed). I called the shop and the owner of the shop himself came back to take care of my issue. He did a quick diagnosis and fixed it on the spot. What better service can you get than that? Not many people would come back after hours to take care of one of their customers. He treats his customers like family.I will always bring my truck here and highly recommend it for everyone else.

If you want honest mechanics who charge fair prices, JR'S is the place to go! David, Steve, Preston, and the rest of the guys are top-notch! JR's has serviced my Toyota Tundra for the past 4 years. (Prior to that, I lived in Clearwater, Florida.) JR'S is the only repair shop I use when it comes to buying tires, oil changes, or major repairs. If you need your vehicle serviced, go see the fine folks at JR's in Jenkinsburg!! Your wallet will thank you!

My experience was wonderful! Everyone was so helpful and provided outstanding service. I noticed in your reply that the number of stars I left apparently didn't show up correctly. I believe that this has now been corrected to 5 stars .

I have a 2020 Nissan Rogue. I had it towed to Nissan Mcdonough because I broke down on a long distance trip with a misfire. Nissan had my car for a week. They charged me nearly $1000.00 for a battery, a coil, and an engine air filter. When I picked my car up it still had a misfire. I brought my car to Jr's auto repair. These knowledgeable, professional mechanics actually diagnosed my car and fixed it in less than a week. It was affordable too!!Now they have won a customer for life. Thank you JRS auto repair for working with integrity and efficiency. You are the best!

Went in to change my oil today and was greedy by a small generous lady, she was polite as she could be. Before i even made it out the door, the small lady brought me a cup of coffee. I seen a car lot next door and was curious on the pricing of the vehicles. After talking to a tall ugly bearded guy covered up in tattoos, I was very interested in one of the vehicles. He also was very help and professional. I will be back to purchase a truck. Before I even finished my coffee my oil change was completed. New filter and oil and no oil mess under the vehicle. Hands down, the best experience ever!!! I highly recommend this new favorite spot of mine.

The best repair shop I've been to. Reasonable prices, great staff, and I feel I got exactly what I needed and wanted. The work was done right and in the right time frame that fit my schedule. I was extremely comfortable while I waited. The customer service was exceptional. This shop is definitely the place you want to go if you want fast and professional at a great price. Honestly, when I was quoted I was so surprised at how low the cost was I said "yes do the work" immediately.

This is THE BEST car repair shop I've ever ever been to! They're honest, they're reasonably priced, they always get our cars back to us precisely when they say they will. My husband found them bc of positive Google reviews and I'm more than confident saying that anyone who brings their car here will have an A+ experience and will make this the only place they'll bring their cars to like we have! Since getting my oil changed 1 week ago my oil is progressively leaking oil worse I don't know why.Much over due guys a huge thank you for correcting my issue. No problems at all since I came back. AWESOME.

Well i brought my 2002 Honda CRV in and it was running terrible! Would jump and skip at 3k rpm! Mechanic looked at it and found that a wire was bad in the wiring harness that lead to the pcm! So he replaced the wire and my car runs great! The price was good and the work was excellent! I had gotten a quote from a Honda Stealership that wanted to charge me an arm and leg to locate the problem and then what ever it cost to fix it!! I will definitely bring my car back to JR s! Also they are honest and very polite! Loved my experiance there!!

Been going here for routine oil changes for about 4 years and I've never had any issues. Just recently took my 2005 Ford Escape here to get some maintenance work done and had it back within a week. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly!
