Dropped car off in June for a transmission issue, got it back worse than before. Returned it to have the issue corrected and finally got the car back in December. Would never recommend or use again. Hopefully the work holds up through it's guarantee period because id rather go to court than send the car back there.Update: Less than 3 weeks and the transmission is already slipping again.

Spent 5 grand for transmission rebuild that only lasted a total of 2 hours. Broke down the same day fluid everywhere. Even looked like engine oil. Finally after getting the run around for over 2.5 months I get a call saying your trucks ready; again. Truck was almost even worse than before. It literally gave my wife and myself whiplash. I took my truck to AAMCO a way more reputable shop and they told me what I already knew; I had been taken. These guys are scam artists. The owner Chris is either always in florida or unreachable. I hate it for the guy who answers the phone because he has to deal with irate customers due to the fact that his boss is a con man.Service: Transmission

Had a transmission rebuilt on my 2015 Yukon. Read some of the reviews but was referred by multiple people so went with these guys and they did not disappoint. They had my Yukon done in no time and it runs great. Glad I chose them will definitely refer them too.

I brought my 2001 F350 to C&C Transmission on 12/02/21 to have the transmission rebuilt and a new HD Converter installed. The owner Chris stated he knew exactly what was wrong with the truck because he owned the same vehicle and had to rebuild the transmission on his for the same reasons. I received my vehicle back within a few days. It initially ran great and I didn't have any issues. However, I took the truck on a 6 hour road trip in April to pick up some business materials in Florida. Approximately 5 hours into the trip the overdrive went out on the truck. I contacted Chris and explained the situation. He asked us to bring the truck back in under the 2 year/24,000 mile warranty that he offers upon transmission rebuilds. I dropped the truck off on May 2nd. As of 07/11/22 I have still yet to receive my truck back. I have tried contacting the shop on numerous occasions & Chris never seems to be available. Nor does he return any phone calls or text messages. The other employees at C&C have not been able to disclose any updates on the truck and claim that Chris is handling the repairs. I called the shop again on 06/29/22 & explained to the gentleman who answered the phone that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. Suddenly Chris became available and explained that he had been on vacation. I stated that 2 months is quite a long time for vacation especially when he is running a business. He conveniently stated that the parts to repair the truck had just arrived that day and that he would have the truck fixed by the end of the week. On Friday 07/01/22 I tried calling the shop again. After several attempts with no answer. I drove to the shop where I learned they were closed for the 4th of July holiday. I attempted to contact them again on Tues 7/5, Wed 7/6 & Fri 7/8 with no answer. I drove to the shop again on 7/8 & I learned that they were closed the entire week. Although we are still trying to get our truck back, I wanted to take a moment to warn everyone about this company and their lack of response, communication and commitment to their customers. They are extremely unprofessional and I would strongly encourage anyone to save their money and time and go elsewhere. As they clearly do not stand behind their warranty or work.Service: Transmission

We took our truck to have the speed sensors changed/checked. After keeping the truck 2 weeks and us having to call them for updates, we finally got it back. We have had the truck back less than 90 days and the problem started again. My husband called to let them know and was told "they would not warranty the work." BEWARE- would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Also, the positive reviews on here are from their friends/family.

I work for a commercial roofing company. C & C Transmission does all our transmission work and has been doing it for the last seven years. We have never had an issue with their work. Always get our vehicles back when promised usually a 2-3 day turn around. I would not trust anybody else but, C & C to do transmission work on our vehicles . The Quality of work and their customer service is top notch. I went through a couple different companies and dealerships before i found C & C Transmission and glad i found them. i will not use anybody else for my company vehicles or my personal vehicles.

A one star rating is too high for this business!! C and C Transmission had our truck 3 days and still could not diagnose problem so we finally decided just to go pick up our truck and take somewhere else. We get there and we can't even start it because they said the starter went out when we wasn't even having issues with the starter to begin with!! I asked to speak with manager and was told he was not there, they wouldn't give me a phone number either. After going round and round with mechanic, he finally called owner, owner showed up being more unprofessional than his employees! They would not even put a starter on that they told us WE had to buy even though it was working just fine when we left it so that we could get our truck out of there, claimed they didn't have time so we had to call a tow truck to come get it. How embarrassing for them is it to have a vehicle pulled from your garage because you couldn't fix it??!! Not only that but the way they acted was very unprofessional! I see now after the fact they have a C- rating with the Better Business Bureau as well. Learned my lesson and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!

Absolutely worst shop i have ever been to they destroyed my transmission said they fixed the leak but only made itbworse. They allso didnt even touch the transmsision. Go to dual automotive. 900 dollars and they didnt touch my transmission. They lie and say thinga are fixed when clearly they are notService: TransmissionService: Transmission

They replaced the lines on my GMC truck. everyone else was going to be a 2 week wait , they took it in on Tuesday Thursday morning it was ready for pickup.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

We are from Wisconsin and got stuck in Georgia. Long story but Chris came to our rescue and rebuilt our transmission. More than that he picked us up from the airport in Atlanta when our vehicle was done. His shop is almost an hour away from Atlanta airport! Very professional! Brought my F-250 in to have the transmission rebuilt. The work was done in a timely manner. I was very satisfied and would recommend this shop to anyone!

my bmw zf trans failed as usual @ 99K in 2007, kids in baby seats. c&c rebuilt it for half what other shops wanted, in 2018 my son was still driving the car at college with over 200K logged

Excellent service... didn't even have an appointment and they took care of me right away! Definitely know their stuff and have good fair prices! They'll continue to be my go to shop even with the 50+ miles I drive to get to them!!! Quick service and super friendly owners!!!!

These guys have rebuilt my Silverado transmission 2 times and that sounds like alot until you realize, it has 416.000 miles on it and is still running strong on the 2nd transmission......they don't keep your vehicle forever either..... Got mine back in 24 hours both times......these guys are the best and stand behind their work....

"Do NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE; Shady tree Mechanics..." I wasted $1550.00 on a transmission replacement transaction, please do not do the same..I HAVE HAD MY NISSAN FOR 10 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT UNTIL THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT ON IT "WHICH CAN BE TYPICAL ON NISSAN AND HONDA" (STILL GREAT CARS) I WAS LIMITED IN OPTIONS DUE TO MY SURROUNDING. I CALLED AROUND AND THEY SEEMED THE MOST REASONABLE AT THE TIME. SO I HAVE MY CAR TOWED THERE, ASK IF THEY COULD SWITCH OUT THE AXELS AND WHEEL BEARINGS ALONG WITH NEW ONES I HAD JUST BOUGHT SINCE THEY WERE REPLACING THE TRANSMISSION I HAD JUST ORDERED "SURE, NO PROBLEM" THE GUY SAYS. 3 DAYS LATER, I GO TO PICK MY CAR UP START IT UP AND HEAR THIS LOUD RAMBLING SOUND UNDER THE HOOD. "NEVER DID THIS BEFORE" GUY TOLD ME MY AC COMPRESSOR WAS GOING OUT. TURNED OUT SOMEONE LOOSENED THE ALTERNATOR AND MY AC COMPRESSOR WAS FINE, THEN WHILE DRIVING MY CAR EVERY TIME I WOULD STOP OR COME TO A TURN I WOULD HERD THIS LOUD KNOCKING OR CLACKING NOISE AS IF SOMETHING WERE LOOSE. WENT BACK TO THEM AND the Mgr Chris SAY I NEED TO HAVE ALL OF MY ENGINE MOUNTS REPLACED. AT THIS POINT, I DECIDE TO TAKE MY CAR TO OUR FAMILY MECHANIC IN CONYERS AND I WAS SHOCKED WITH WHAT HE FOUND WRONG WITH MY CAR... MISSING BOLTS AND SCREWS FOR PANELS UNDERNEATH TO HOLD THINGS IN PLACE AND TOGETHER, MY CAR COULD NOT EVEN PASS A SAFETY INSPECTION. THE BRAND NEW AXELS AND WHEEL BEARINGS I HAD BOUGHT HAD NEVER BEEN PUT ON. I WENT BACK TO C AND C AND ASKED THAT THEY PLEASE FIX THESE THINGS FOR MY SAFETY AND TO PUT THE ITEMS ON I HAD PAID OVER $350 FOR. HE SAID HE THEY WOULD AND HE TRIED TO ARGUE ABOUT THE ISSUES I FOUND WERE ACCURATE ABOUT MY CAR THAT WERE NOT THERE BEFORE AND THE "FACTS" HE HAD FOR MY CAR. THEN AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS THERE THEY GUY SAID HE WAS FINISHED. NONE KF THE THINGS WERE FIXED AND IN ADDITION TO THE DAMAGES THEY PUT ON MY CAR BEFORE NOW MY RADIATOR WAS LEAKING CAUSING MY CAR TO RUN HOT. I WASTED 1550 IN A TRANSMISSION TRANSACTION DEALING G WITH THESE UNETHICAL MECHANICS WITH NO INTEGRITY. PLEASE DO NOT DO THE SAME
