Always a great experience with Jefferson Ford, sales and service, but especially with Israel Pruitt. He is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. He provides excellent customer service during the buying process and makes sure you are 100 percent satisfied after purchasing a vehicle.

Do not do business here, Casey was disingenuous from the very first visit. I was looking to purchase a new Bronco and decided to place an order. So I decided to check out Jefferson Ford as I live in Jefferson and like doing business in my community. During the ordering process my biggest concern was the time frame, so when Casey informed me it only took 6 weeks to get his Bronco I was excited and placed my order.After about a week I called to enquire on my Ford COVP enrollment and Casey forward an email with all my order information. As you can imagine I was through the roof when I received the email. So another week or so goes by with no new developments so I call Ford. They took my information and informed me that this order had been cancelled. So I went to go see Casey and he insured me that everything is good to go. I let another couple weeks go by and I still have not received the VIN number. This is the next step in the build, the factory creates a VIN and then emails it to the customer so you can follow the process on Fords build website.Feeling reluctant I called Ford enrollment again to check on status and they tell me the order had been cancelled. We dig into it and get even further, my helpful representative found my order a said something interesting. She said at that same time I ordered my Bronco someone simultaneously ordered a F150. Just like the last conversation, she informed me that my Bronco indeed had been cancelled.Again, I take a drive to the dealer and had some not so good words with Casey and basically got berated for calling the manufacture. He kept asking me why are you following up, and how he did not understand why I was so persistent. Basically he was the expert and I was just some peasant and I should sit back and let them do their job. Well I m sorry sir, it don t work like that. So I demanded my none refundable $500 back and went and purchased me a new Bronco that weekend.I do not recommend this company to anyone, find yourself a slightly bigger dealership and go spend your hard earned money there.Thank you Casey for letting me know how you guys do business over there.

I was pleased with the purchase of the car. Stephen was great! He always followed up with me, but never pressured me like typical car salesmen. Rex(finance guy) was patient and explained the process of my first car purchase. Overall great experience and will recommend to friends.

Richard was very helpful to answer all our questions about the new Ford cars they had. They gave us an excellent deal on the Ford Escape we purchased. The experience was wonderful. We highly recommend Jefferson Ford for all your vehicle needs. One thing we especially liked was the $500 00 dollars military discount we received.

I had been dealing with another Ford Store in Winder for 34 Years and I severed my relationship with them when I was looking to order a new Specialty Ford Vehicle. I called around looking for a dealer that would take my order and was fortunate to find Jefferson Ford and Israel Pruitt. I ordered three vehicles and the first one was just delivered. Me and my wife were treated with 5 Star service and we left the dealership feeling like a valued customer. I am looking forward to my next two purchases in the coming months.

It has been almost 20 years since I purchased a brand new car. I have never had as much fun and enjoyment in buying a new vehicle than what I experienced at Jefferson Ford. I hate car shopping and going to dealerships to wheel-and-deal with the salesman. However, this dealership and the salesman we worked with, Richard, was the best car shopping experience. They were easy to work with, no hidden fees to bargain with, price of the car we were looking at was well below KBB value, you could even see the staff working together as a team supporting one another.24 hours after purchasing the car, there was an issue with it and Jefferson Ford took care of the bill. I have heard from friends and coworkers of other dealerships not taking any responsibility and unwilling to work with the customer.In a couple years, my daughter will be needing a car, you can bet Jefferson Ford will be where I shop.Thank you, Richard and staff at Jefferson Ford!

Israel, is not your typical salesman. He is not overly aggressive or pushy. He listens well and is very friendly and out going, He listened to me Jimmy Bryant the customer and helped me to get the car that I wanted. I would highly recommend Jefferson Ford and sales person Israel Pruitt.

If I could give a 0, I absolutely would. I have never experienced such poor service from sales to the service department. I bought my car a year ago and it s been back and forth to the dealership for multiple issues since I bought it. Had Jefferson Ford upheld their promise of trading out my car in November, I wouldn t still be in this situation of STILL having issues with this lemon. I brought my car for the 8th time back in January with a list of issues. I was told when I picked it up 4 weeks later that everything was fixed. However, I didn t even get out of the parking lot and noticed half the issues had not indeed been fixed. I immediately called Kevin who told me he would call me back when he looked at the schedule. After not hearing from him for 3 weeks, I called him back and he said they were full and he would call me to let me know when I could bring it back in. It is now May with no call back. I should not have to keep calling to bring my car in. Kevin knows my issues have been ongoing for the last year. Most of all, I shouldn t be bringing it back MULTIPLE times for the SAME issues. Not to mentioned the damage that occurred on 2 separate times I brought it in to have it fixed.

We finally found a car dealership that actually wants to give the customer a good price and is absolutely willing to warranty their product as well, from bumper to bumper!! After weeks and weeks of searching, from big name lots to off brand dealers "the best deal in town" was literally the best deal...in my town!We have searched and found brand name dealerships that tell us they dont adjust prices, that used inventory comes "used" so expect dents and scrapes and also if we dont buy it someone else will. I have seen cars with a 36k (or more...) price tag on these lots with fender scrapes so deep the plastic pieces hanging out would cut your leg open (they smeared some black paint on it and called it "fixed"), rims that look like they were used as a doggy chew toy and interiors so filthy you felt like they should put a plastic sheet down on the seat before you sat down... but rest assured "they will sell" is the current mantra of the day. I guess that is because your other option (newer&new) prices can be just ridiculously crazy these days so the used car side of the house has carte blanche to treat customers however they see fit.Well not so at Jefferson Ford!From the cheery greeting by Casey right when you walk in to the handshakes and introductions of everyone else in the place, its a mix of going to church on a Sunday morning... "how you doing".. "nice to meet ya".. with a sprinkle of great conversation along the way that you just can't help but feel like you accidentally stopped by an old friends place right as lunch was being served and "look theres an empty seat so stay while" kind of down home familiarity that is just so lacking these days!Isreal was so helpful with all our extra questions and even ran a real live demo of some of the features that come (standard?) now days, auto parallel parking and auto backup.. plus a hundred other little things (did I just date myself?).. and Patrick was absolutely no pressure sales.. Rex (the money guy) very nice and has no problems explaining everything that is taking place -in every particular- so you know they are there to help you get in the car you want. This is the only dealership i have found so far that treats their used cars the same as their brand new ones! They even detailed the car and filled it with gas before we drove it home! Amazing... simply amazing...Dont bother driving to Atlanta, Gainesville or Athens, you are wasting your time! If your looking for a great used car that's just clean, inside and out, then come to Jefferson Ford and tell Casey hello.... btw I didnt know it at the time but Casey is the (new?) manager, he is just so friendly and good natured that he just fits right in with everyone else!If your not considering shopping at Jefferson Ford for your next car then you might just be missing out...

They're very nice. Didn't have much of a selection if you're looking for anything other than an SUV or truck, though they have a very nice selection of those. They were very nice about taking my information and what I'm looking for and said they'd let me know what they can do. Very nice people. Nice service.

The internet sales manager, Isreal, was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase of a 2020 Ford F250. He explained everything well and was very courteous. Best experience buying a vehicle in my 66 years.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. In December of 2021, I placed an order for an F150. It took Ford 13 months to build and deliver the truck so after 11 months, I purchased a different truck at another dealership. I felt bad for wanting to back out of my order so after texting my salesman, Pierce, we agreed that if I found them a buyer, the truck I ordered would be sold at MSRP. After the buyer I found inquired more about price, turns out the sales manager and Pierce wanted to charge a $5,000 markup to change buyers to put extra money in their pockets. The buyer I found then backed out due to the higher than agreed upon price and I started to consider buying the truck as I liked the color more than the truck I purchased. Pierce and I began to negotiate on a trade in but they lowballed me around $10,000 below market value on my truck. Meanwhile the ordered truck was posted to the website possibly automatically but it included the dealer markup which would have been put in manually as Ford has made public statements against dealer markups. They even offered the truck at MSRP to the buyer I found after he left a negative review in exchange for him taking the review down despite me planning on visiting the dealership that next weekend to make a deal for the ordered truck. If you come to this dealer expecting better customer service and fair prices, you re better off going somewhere else.
